Location is perfect, very close to everything, walking distance to the main city center of Prague and a few minutes away from public transport (tram, subway). The room was relatively small, but comfortable in general.
The room did not have any A/C or ventilation and there was no flow of air through the room. Even when the outside temperature was around 22-25 deg C (72-78 F) it was impossible to stay inside for two people. Open window did not help much, unless the room door was open too.
Breakfast offered by the hotel was expensive.

The staff was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They gave us great suggestions nade made it a pleasure to come and go. I traveled with my parent and we shared a room with separate beds. The location is really great - it is in the center near all the sights and in a calm tucked away street, so it is quiet and relaxing for rest. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The location is convenient, the old town centre is within walking distance.
The photos are misleading. In fact, the hotel is stuck in the 1980s and has long been in need of renovation. Dirty, smelly and stuffy, hair on the floor in the bathroom, the mattress on the bed was old, yellow and completely worn out. On top of this, terrible carpeting everywhere you could see. The breakfast is below average, everything tastes like cardboard. Parking is a lie, in fact it is 3-4 spaces on the street for which you have to pay the regular city rate for parking (~€25). The hotel staff consists mainly of teenagers, seems the owners also optimise here only for their profit. Neighbouring bars open until dawn will keep you awake almost all night.

Had a great one-night stay in Prague! The location is excellent—very close to the city center and all the main attractions. The hospitality was outstanding, and the rooms were cozy. While the furniture and appliances aren’t brand new, they’re in proper condition—absolutely no complaints. The staff was very responsible and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation!

I liked the breakfast and also the treatment of the staffs!
Also the executive lounge for the determined hours was really satisfying, that would be great if there were a light music inside the second room of breakfast.
I wanted to wear slippers in my room, but unfortunately, I couldn't find any. When I called the receptionist, I was informed that the hotel doesn't provide slippers. Additionally, it would have been more convenient to have a phone in the room, so I wouldn't need to use my personal cellphone to contact reception.
