We loved everything.

We've been traveling Europe for a couple of weeks and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. Staff are wonderful, rooms are clean and comfortable, amazing breakfasts, complimentary drinks, bottle of wine and tea in our room, loved the ambiance with soft jazz, beautiful courtyard, lovely dinning area, and more.
Street noise is very loud until very late 1-2ish. I need a lighter sleep cover.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The courtyard was great for winding down. The location was excellent, close to the center of town. There were a lot of small gestures and gifts that showed consideration. We were granted an early check in, which was important as we had limited time. We had an early departure so we could not enjoy the breakfast.
The only downside is that the hotel is older and somewhat run down. It needs a face-lift sometime soon, but for now compensates adequately in the personal effort.

Everything was more than perfect.
Even the staff surprised me while I was having my breakfast with a cake celebrating my birthday, which was one of the best gestures I have ever had, so I am really grateful for these moments
