Great location easy walking distance to main attractions and metro link. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice treats left in hotel for my birthday.
No aircon but hotel provided us with a fan.

Great central location — very convenient for exploring the city. The room was also clean and well-maintained.
The soundproofing is very poor — you can clearly hear everything happening in the corridor. We stayed one night (Saturday to Sunday), and despite the windows facing a quiet street with no traffic, it was quite noisy throughout the night due to loud groups of people outside. Early in the morning (around 6 AM), there was a very loud garbage truck, and later the nearby church bells rang loudly at 9 and 11 AM. There is no air conditioning, so we had to keep the window open, which made the noise even more noticeable. The room itself is quite small (which wasn’t a major issue), but overall the lack of comfort due to noise affected the stay. The hotel offered complimentary wine and vouchers, which was a nice gesture, but the staff felt a bit too intrusive at times.

Location and courtyard are great, the location is convenient to everything
The beds were way too soft - all 4 people in our party thought so. and I didnt appreciate that we never received more than 2 tiny tubes of body wash/shampoo and 1 of lotion despite being there for 3 nights! Also, having a hook or two to hang clothes in the bathroom would be great.

The hotel is okay, not very modern though. The staff is really great and helpful and caring. The location of course is great. The breakfast has a lot of choice. The terrace is a great place to chill after a long day. The hotel is globally really generous in terms of service and availability to its customers. The lady at the front desk is really cute.
The shower is really too small and should be refurbished. The walls are a bit thin (one day, a bear was snoring in the next room, I slept at 4 AM). There is no air conditioning.

Perfect location, nice and helpful staff, great facilities.
Just be careful if you come by car as there is little to no parking (due to excellent location in the city center) and be aware about the 23€/day.

The property was incredibly clean and in a great location - so close To all of the major sites - the outdoor garden area and breakfast was amazing - everything was so fresh with a wide variety every day. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful and the service provided was excellent - Dana and Arina were fantastic!
