The staff was very kind and helpful. Helped us arrange a 4am taxi pickup at checkout to get to the airport for an early flight. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere and caught a tram to destinations that were a bit further away.
Bed was a little firm for our liking. Shower was a bit small and had a crack that caused some water on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal for us but could use some updating

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and wonderfully generous, and gave us some exceptional recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area. Prague was exceptional cold whilst we were there and the hotel was warm, cosy and very close to central Old Town.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with lots of food, champagne (on weekends, I suppose), and excellent service. The room that we booked turned out to be spacious, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a great location; it is close to main destinations (Charles Bridge is a 10-minute walk), and tram and metro stations are also near. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring Prague, and on cold days it was such a relief to be able to come back quickly and warm up after being outside for hours.
The staff truly made our stay unforgettable, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. From welcome and goodbye drinks to Christmas cookies and so many thoughtful gifts, we were genuinely amazed. Thank you all for the care and effort you put into making our stay so special.

I loved staying here. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at home. The building has a lot of history and character. The staff go over and beyond. My only regret is not having had breakfast there because I heard it was so good. But they even put out a snack bar in the afternoon and it was so nice coming back to the hotel for an afternoon nap and having some nibbles to choose from. Lived the view from my room. Will absolutely be back next time in Prague.

Thank you, Adler Hotel, for hosting us! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Old Town and Charles Bridge. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from.
We were pleasantly surprised with two bottles of wine: one upon arrival and another on the last night of our stay. The hotel also provided plenty of complimentary items and vouchers that could be used at nearby cafés.
Parking was very convenient, as the hotel offers its own parking space, making it easy for guests traveling by car.
Overall, a wonderful stay that we would happily recommend.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Old Town. You can tell they are trying to give an elevated hotel experience, but just aren’t quite hitting the mark.
The rooms are very dated and the shower is tiny. The bathroom itself is a good size, but has a tiny corner shower. I can’t imagine it would be comfortable for a full grown man to shower in. The mini fridge sitting on the floor of the room with the hot water kettle on top is also a less than desirable look. If the hotel could do some renovations to rework the bathroom layout and update the paint colors/decor in the rooms, this would be a really nice hotel to stay at given the great location.
