Location was great for what we wanted - so close to the metro station and tram. Breakfast was excellent - loads of choice and all very tasty. All the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful.
We had a room on the 4th floor which was quite hot despite no heating being on. Window was open for most of the time we were in the room so not a major issue.

Amazing property and value for money and very close like a 11 min walk to the city centre also the staff was very courteous and welcoming made our stay even much better.. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly service, a lot of benefits (free refreshments, card to receive discounts), breakfast was good, good location
Very small standard room, noisy, Could really do with a refurb. The photos of the rooms were quite misleading and it didn't feel like great value for money.

Breakfast was fine, room was also fine, luckily we had an AC which was a blessing in the hot summer months!
it was a bit loud outside at night, but not too bad.
