Pleasant
It was very central and easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. Surrounded by good bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable.
It's and old building with no soundproofing and no carpet in the common areas which meant it was very noisy as guests came and went. You could even hear guests talking in the next room.

Great location, at the edge of old town. Near two metro stations and a major tram node with a lot of lines. Also lot of nice restaurant and bar options around the hotel. Very pleasant staff with tidy and clean rooms, absolutely recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It's a hotel you can stay at in Prague with peace of mind. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are constantly helpful. The reception staff are very friendly and eager to assist. The hotel courtyard is wonderful. It has a very quiet and beautiful garden. Also, staying at this hotel gives you discounts at some restaurants. It's right in the middle of the city center, so you can easily walk everywhere.

The location is perfect, the staff is very nice, helpfull and approachable. Always with a smile on their face.
Great reccomendstion on where to go and what to do, where to drink the best coffee with the best apple strudle and where to have a propper steak.

Perfect location!!!!!!!!!!! 30 second walk to the city centre, on a really nice old cobble street. Worth the money! Nothing luxury but worth the price for sure. Staff are very helpful.
Cleaners came in room while I was in there. Explained I’ll be 5 mins before I leave to go and explore for the day but decided to start cleaning while I was getting ready… very thankful she cleaned room but don’t think she understood I needed 5 minutes to get ready lol.
