Fantastic breakfast, such a good selection of food which was topped up regularly so nothing ever ran out. The room was spacious and comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful and had lots of lovely little touches such as the free Prague pass, vouchers and discounts. It was also quiet too and felt really private. The location was also fantastic, easy to walk everywhere.
The bathroom was a little bit basic and could be better if it was a little bit more modernised (but perhaps this is just personal preference)

Everything was excellent! Staff is close to a family behaviour with a true hospitality approach!
We’ve slept at the top floor where the construction is from wood and every single move makes a noise which gives you no chance to sleep after 7.30:8.00

Very cute hotel in the heart of Prague. Extremely well positioned right in the center, less than 5 mins away from mall, bars, metro etc. staff was super friendly and kind, inner garden was so cozy to chill in. Room was clean and comfy.
Given it being a historical building, there was no AC in the room, just a fan provided, which was a bit tough during the hot summer days.

Nice room, small but it worked well for just one person. Service at front desk was great. I was greeted with a smile and all staff is personable. I also like the vouchers they give you (for free coffee, free city pass etc). Feels like a nice little touch of welcome.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, but you pay for the convenience of having it in the hotel. Breakfast in little places around town is less expensive.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel!
The location is perfect — just a short and pleasant walk to the Old Town and all the main sights of Prague.
What really made our stay special was the team. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and genuinely helpful. They gave us great recommendations on places to visit, shared discount vouchers for local attractions, and even welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine — such a thoughtful touch!
Breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of cheeses, fresh vegetables, pastries, desserts, and of course, hot eggs. A great way to start the day.
Yes, the building is older, but it’s clearly well-maintained. Everything was clean, cozy, and full of charm.
At check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a voucher for our next visit, bottles of water for the journey, and cute fridge magnets — it was such a sweet gesture.
I left with beautiful memories of both the hotel and the city. I’d absolutely love to come back.
Huge thanks to the entire team — it’s the people and their attention to detail that make this place truly exceptional!

Perfect location, staff couldn’t do more to help. Super friendly from the second we arrived, vouchers for free drinks and discounts. Local recommendations. Such a generous hotel- would highly recommend. Lovely breakfast spread too.
No AC but windows open and fan on worked well.

So close to city centre !
No english chanels on tv ! Breakfast was ok but all i could eat was tea and toast ! No edible hot items ! Roasted vegetables and roast potatoes are not would i would have for breakfast !
