We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. It's a hotel you can stay at in Prague with peace of mind. The rooms are very clean, and the staff are constantly helpful. The reception staff are very friendly and eager to assist. The hotel courtyard is wonderful. It has a very quiet and beautiful garden. Also, staying at this hotel gives you discounts at some restaurants. It's right in the middle of the city center, so you can easily walk everywhere.

Form the first moment , the welcome Was so kind and so helpful! Having a hot Welcome drink at the entrance and the touch of bottle of wine was exquisite. I will come back for sure .

The staff was very kind and helpful. Helped us arrange a 4am taxi pickup at checkout to get to the airport for an early flight. The location was excellent - we walked everywhere and caught a tram to destinations that were a bit further away.
Bed was a little firm for our liking. Shower was a bit small and had a crack that caused some water on the bathroom floor. Not a big deal for us but could use some updating

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and wonderfully generous, and gave us some exceptional recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area. Prague was exceptional cold whilst we were there and the hotel was warm, cosy and very close to central Old Town.

Location: It is near of almost everything. Staff: Staff People are very kind, helpful and they willing to assist anytime. Room: Equipped with everything you need. They also shared and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with lots of food, champagne (on weekends, I suppose), and excellent service. The room that we booked turned out to be spacious, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a great location; it is close to main destinations (Charles Bridge is a 10-minute walk), and tram and metro stations are also near. We really enjoyed our stay there.
