Breakfast was at 7 and it was perfect, as we left our room early, so we can calmly enjoy with pur breakfast. Cleanless is my priority and it was great excelent. Location is good. Also we received welcome gifts....thank you to all for amazing experience

The staff was really nice and helpful. Everything was in walking distance to the bridge. They found out it’s my birthday and sent over cake and procesco making the morning really special.
It is in the center so it can be loud with bars nearby but it has amazing bars

I had a lovely stay at the hotel and would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful restaurant staff. A special mention goes to Polina and the other young lady, who were always so welcoming, kind and friendly. Their beautiful smiles and warm attitude made every breakfast and meal feel extra special. Thank you for your excellent service and for making my stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting you both, and I truly appreciate the positive energy you brought every day. ❤️
However, I was a little disappointed with some aspects at the hotel. As a guest, I believe that welcoming and service-minded staff are very important at every level of a hotel , from reception to the restaurant, kitchen and cleaning staff. During my stay, I noticed that some staff members did not respond when guests greeted them with a “hello” or thanked them. For me, this is not necessarily a language barrier. Even if someone does not speak English, a smile, a friendly gesture or simply acknowledging the guest can make a big difference. Small things like greeting guests, smiling and showing a welcoming attitude create a much more pleasant atmosphere. I believe this is an area where the hotel could improve, because good hospitality is not only about speaking the same language, it is also about making guests feel welcome and respected. The room was quite small and could use more care and attention. I also felt that there was a lack of comfortable spaces where guests could simply sit, relax and enjoy some quiet time. The garden also has potential and could be improved to create a more relaxing space with comfortable chair, light.. ONE other important aspect is that the garden is more used as smoking area. This would be more considerate towards guests with allergies and families with children. Overall, I appreciated my stay and especially the kindness of the restaurant staff. With some improvements to the rooms, outdoor areas and smoking arrangements, the hotel could offer an even better experience.

The location is great. We got a room facing the street with a view of the adjacent church. Perfect for exploring Prague on foot. We opted for the breakfast option and we don't regret it. The breakfasts are delicious, with gluten-free options (which was a very positive surprise), vegetarian options, and wonderful coffee. It's truly worth it!
