I had a lovely stay at the hotel and would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful restaurant staff.
A special mention goes to Polina and the other young lady, who were always so welcoming, kind and friendly. Their beautiful smiles and warm attitude made every breakfast and meal feel extra special.
Thank you for your excellent service and for making my stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasure meeting you both, and I truly appreciate the positive energy you brought every day. ❤️
However, I was a little disappointed with some aspects at the hotel. As a guest, I believe that welcoming and service-minded staff are very important at every level of a hotel , from reception to the restaurant, kitchen and cleaning staff.
During my stay, I noticed that some staff members did not respond when guests greeted them with a “hello” or thanked them. For me, this is not necessarily a language barrier. Even if someone does not speak English, a smile, a friendly gesture or simply acknowledging the guest can make a big difference.
Small things like greeting guests, smiling and showing a welcoming attitude create a much more pleasant atmosphere. I believe this is an area where the hotel could improve, because good hospitality is not only about speaking the same language, it is also about making guests feel welcome and respected.
The room was quite small and could use more care and attention. I also felt that there was a lack of comfortable spaces where guests could simply sit, relax and enjoy some quiet time. The garden also has potential and could be improved to create a more relaxing space with comfortable chair, light..
ONE other important aspect is that the garden is more used as smoking area. This would be more considerate towards guests with allergies and families with children.
Overall, I appreciated my stay and especially the kindness of the restaurant staff. With some improvements to the rooms, outdoor areas and smoking arrangements, the hotel could offer an even better experience.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room also had air conditioning.
Our bedroom was old feeling and the wood around the windows was rotted. The shower didn't work properly and sprayed water all over the place. There was plenty of space for cabinetry in the bathroom, but there wasn't any. The bed was uncomfortable and I felt like I was going to roll off the side because it dipped down.

The room was too small and too cramped. Hit the tv and window doors every time I passed my bed and ended up with bruises because it was nearly unavoidable if I didn’t think about it…two single beds with no walking space around them.

Amazing location near the historical center, there was a problem with the shower head but apart from that it was an amazing stay. Breakfast was superb and had amazing variety. Staff was overall friendly and made our stay comfortable. Honestly our stay felt like luxury for the price

Unaccommodating, extremely hot and uncomfortable. No help offered. Claimed AC was working and it wasn’t. Refused to help. We had to switch hotels. Do not stay here.
