The hotel was in an excelent location. The beds were comfortable, and the stuff was very friendly. The variety of breakfast options was not bad, but the quality of the food, in my opinion, was not satisfactory.
I didn't like the smell of the hotel, and the cleaning products they use do not hava a pleasant smell.

Unexpected bonuses like mulled wine, complimentary wine, free afternoon refreshments, Prague pass card for a free river boat cruise and discounts at top attractions. Great staff who are helpful and genuinely welcoming. Clean room, large room, pretty courtyard.
The dry air is probably not something the hotel can control but in winter with heating full blast, the dry climate made sleeping at night difficult (dry mouth, dry nose, uncomfortable to breathe and stay asleep).

Breakfast was great + nice variety. There was a free bottle of wine in the room. The location was good and the hotel was really quiet.
The water in the evening as nice and hot. When I tried to have a shower in the morning, the water was warm, but not warm enough to have a shower.

Perfect for centre of Prgaue
Good facilities for people in wheelchairs
No noise and comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day
Slept well
Breakfast had plenty of choice
Staff were very helpful and willing to serve us in the cafe bar when we asked
Decent checkout time
Narrow road outside of the building so care is needed when leaving as vans and cars pass regularly
