Location is good and staff is friendly and helpful.
Very, very small rooms and not comfortable. Photos in booking.com dose not match reality and was big disappointment. No soundproofing, so you can hear other guests and nightlife lovers from bar next door. I guess 4 star rating for hotels doesn’t mean anything anymore and anyone can get them.

Good location, close to old town
Very small and very basic rooms (more 2*) , staff is friendly but the whole experience was a bit chaotic, the place lacks organisation and management . If you’re expecting a 4* hotel like it says in the Booking rating, you’ll be disappointed. The “executive room” is just a small standard room, but with free snacks and drinks in the breakfast area

Great variety of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes for breakfast. Wonderful location, 4 minutes from metro and trams. Within walking distance from major tourist attractions. Staff goes out of their way to assist in making reservations and provide additional information about the city.
The noise from next door and from the hallway - the room needs to be better insulated.

Boutique hotel with a family atmosphere, very clean, excellent breakfast, excellent service from the staff, spacious and clean rooms, comfortable bed, excellent location, we enjoyed ourselves very much, we will definitely return, highly recommended

Great location easy walking distance to main attractions and metro link. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice treats left in hotel for my birthday.
No aircon but hotel provided us with a fan.
