Location was great for exploring the city both by walking and by tram as the team stop is quite close too.

The Staff was truly great & polite and another good thing is the 24h reception.
Ok, let's start with the sound insulation - there was NONE. Not only from outside of the street, which is understandable and this posed no problem after 23.00 where people would not be partying on the street, but most importantly from inside of the room where I could hear EVERYTHING from the next rooms (both left and right side) - like people sneezing, blowing their noses or snoring. (when people were talking or showering it was like them being in our own room) and this includes the door where it was non-existent - people passing by or cleaners cleaning in the morning from 07.00 would wake us up when we caught some sleep. Also as other guests were saying in the inner yard rooms it was the same noise from people passing their doors & the maintenance team being heard from their doors or rooms. Cleanliness was sub par, even the wall and the carpet had stains. There was nowhere practical to actually leave our clothes & backpacks, so we had to "stuff" them on the very small desk next to the beds, where even for 1 person this space was not enough, let alone for 2 people. Not comfy beds - very soft mattresses to the point of feeling "bent" when sleeping. The bathroom shower had moldy corners & there was even long hair in the shower from the previous guests. Breakfast was very basic, sugary & without lots of options - for sure not worth the price. So, overall: no sleep and rest, no proper cleanliness, and disappointing breakfast - meaning the most basic things of a paid accomodation were totally missing.

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect to walk to old town, Charles Bridge and astronomical clock. Also easy access to the main shopping streets. Breakfast was by far the best in the two months I’ve been traveling in Europe.

Super location, just four minutes walk from the Reduta jazz club. Pleasant staff and some nice extras.

Wonderful location right next to the ancient St. Michael's Church in Jircháře church. Plenty of bars and some restaurants around. The hotel has beautiful inner yard, the picture of which I attach to this review.
We were kindly provided by the staff with 2 free drinks at the legendary Cafe Louvre, as well as welcoming drink in the hotel itself!
I'd like to separately indicate the breakfast which was fantastic, frankly speaking

I did like:
- the staff is very friendly
- great location of the hotel
- the gift at the check out
- good value for money
- the room is extremely small and a bit cold in the winter
- there was broken glass all over the room, very dangerous
- breakfast could be improved

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was pretty good. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Very close to everything but also in a quiet neighborhood. Served treats all day. Mulled wine was excellent. Didn’t try the breakfast but looked good.
A little outdated rooms and bathrooms and the bathrooms were very small but that wasn’t a major problem for us. It was very comfortable in total. Good value.
