Wonderful
The location, closed to everywhere, shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant and metro. We have a early flight to home this morning and they can offer us a sandwich bag with some fruit. Exceptional breakfast as well.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were so kind and wonderfully generous, and gave us some exceptional recommendations for restaurants and sites in the area. Prague was exceptional cold whilst we were there and the hotel was warm, cosy and very close to central Old Town.

We received wonderful service from the front desk staff, in particular a young man named Ivan. He was very helpful and informative as it was our first time in Prague. All the staff we encountered were friendly and kind. :)

Location: It is near of almost everything. Staff: Staff People are very kind, helpful and they willing to assist anytime. Room: Equipped with everything you need. They also shared and gave us a bottle of wine as a gift.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with lots of food, champagne (on weekends, I suppose), and excellent service. The room that we booked turned out to be spacious, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a great location; it is close to main destinations (Charles Bridge is a 10-minute walk), and tram and metro stations are also near. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Very large bathroom compared to other hotel chains. Good location.
Booked a double room and selected wanted a double bed and not two twin beds. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together which was not comfortable sleeping where you could feel the join in the middle. For a double the room was on the small side.

From when we arrived until we left all the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were all brilliant. On arrival we received a map, discount pass for the city and drinks voucher for the hotel and nearby cafe. Complementary bottle of wine in room was a lovely treat. We also received a bag of Christmas cookies and magnet as a souvenir of our stay. Breakfast was fantastic as a large choice. Our room was warm and comfortable. Hotel is in an excellent location to either use public transport or walk to areas of interest, including shops. Great Cuban bar next to hotel doing amazing cocktails.
