This is a lovely place to stay in Prague. Breakfast is exceptional and the location is very good. Very comfortable and staff are lovely

The location couldn’t have been be better. Everything is within walking distance, but it’s still super quiet and away from the crowds, on a safe street. Getting around was easy too, with quick access to the tram and metro, if needed,although we walked everywhere.
The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. But what really made special was the staff. I didn’t catch all the names, but every single person was genuinely lovely and welcoming. The little surprises in the room and at checkout were such a nice touch and made us feel really welcomed.
Can’t wait to come back to this lovely place again!

We visited Prague for Christmas. Excellent location, we walked to all city sights (old city, castle, museum, markets, etc.). Fair facilities. Excellent hospitality (offered us a bottle of wine and the last night champagne and some souvenirs ). Very good staff
There is nothing serious to say, the cleaning lady cleaned the room every day but in the 4 days she never changed the sheets, maybe because they were already clean. All staff (9 from 10) were helpful, friendly and polite except one guy

We were extremely happy with our stay here. The location was perfect for exploring Prague, and on cold days it was such a relief to be able to come back quickly and warm up after being outside for hours.
The staff truly made our stay unforgettable, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. From welcome and goodbye drinks to Christmas cookies and so many thoughtful gifts, we were genuinely amazed. Thank you all for the care and effort you put into making our stay so special.
