There is only one chair in the room, which is a bit inconvenient when traveling as a couple.
In the bathroom, there are no shelves to put personal items, and there is only one hook for towels, which is not enough.
The wardrobe is small, but it is sufficient for a short trip. There is no designated place for a suitcase, so you have to unpack it either on the floor or on the bed.
The breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The location is good. There is parking available, but it is narrow and only fits three cars; the entrance through the gate is also quite narrow.
However, there are nice welcome gifts: a bottle of wine upon arrival, a voucher for coffee (tea) or prosecco, and a discount card for many attractions.

Great location, very close to metro, trams closeby, mall with supermarkets and many shops inside. Breakfast was great. At checkout we got a magnet with city of Prague (nice)
On the first day of checkin, some chocolate fall on the bed linen. The rebwere 2-3 stains on it for 2 days. On the 3rd day bed linen were changed (stain obvious to the eye). There was a charge city tax when i checked in which i had to pay so i paid. When i cane back to my country i checked my booking and there was not even note for extra local charges. Hotel personnel didnt accept it on first hand, only when booking.com intervened i got i refund. Thats the main reason why i deduct 2 points from my rate of stay

The hotel was convenient to the main shopping area and close to the historical old city. The hotel displayed the local history of the area which was very very interesting to see and read. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with wide range of fresh produce.

It was very central and easy to walk to all the tourist attractions. Surrounded by good bars, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It's an old building with no soundproofing and no carpet in the common areas which meant it was very noisy as guests came and went. You could even hear guests talking in the next room. If you need quiet to sleep, this hotel is not for you.

Great location, at the edge of old town. Near two metro stations and a major tram node with a lot of lines. Also lot of nice restaurant and bar options around the hotel. Very pleasant staff with tidy and clean rooms, absolutely recommend.
