Everything was exceptional. From the owners and hotel staff to the driver and cafe team, everyone was incredibly warm and went above and beyond to anticipate our every need.
Our arrival started seamlessly with a hotel pre-arranged airport pickup, where our driver was waiting right on time. The hotel itself is stunning; each room is uniquely designed and beautifully furnished. Between the very comfortable bed, spa-like bathroom and the thoughtful amenities, every detail was curated for a perfect stay. To top it off, the on-site cafe serves phenomenal breakfast options, treats, and drinks that we looked forward to every morning. The hotel is also centrally located very close to many famous attractions and excellent places to eat. Sarah was so thoughtful and provided us with some of her favorite restaurants. All of her suggestions that we tried were exceptional. And just steps from the hotel are several pubs and neighborhood places that long-time locals frequent.

Terrific location. Walking distance to Charles Bridge and old town but out of the frenzy, being nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood that itself is close to other main sites (eg. Prague Castle). Staff exceptional. Room was beautiful and spacious.
Shower was a bit of nuisance to use and bathroom quite small

The true Prague charm and welcome of its staff.
Beautiful you can tell thought and care has gone into the renovation of this property! Its owners should be proud!
I can’t choose anything! I’d be being picky!

Our flight arrived in Prague vey early in the morning around 7am. Prior to arrival, we had contacted for airport transport and early check-in. Our driver was already at the airport and had smooth communication while we landed. Our room was already ready once we arrived the hotel in the morning. The staffs are very warm and welcoming. And the breakfast is amazing with all you can eat a' la carte manu and it even runs till 2pm in the afternoon. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel. Truly felt a home away from home during our stay. Thanks team Hotel Nerudova 211!

Very Good
Excellent location, very clean and comfortable
We had a very loud storage heater in the bedroom that made noise constantly, I slept on the sofa as it was too loud to sleep

Room: The loft room number 401 is maybe our new favorite hotel room in all of Europe! We loved the exposed wooden beams, the A-frame room, the round porthole windows that overlooked the red rooftops and spires of Prague, and all the thoughtful amenities, including a book of short stories by Czech author Jan Neruda, hot water pot for tea, a whiskey welcome drink served in a decorative globe, and the comfort amenities in the bathroom including hair dryer, lotion, makeup remover, nail file, q-tips, and shampoo and conditioner.
Location: Excellent walking distance to the Prague Castle and the Strahov monastery. So many wonderful cafes and pubs and cute shops close by! Love the cobblestone streets. Easy for our driver to find it.
Breakfast: The hotel cafe had exceptional options for breakfast! I enjoyed the Turkish eggs with yogurt and dill and my husband said the eggs Benedict were delicious. The cafe is quaint and elegant. The frothy vanilla latte was a bit of heaven!
The seating is a little tight in the breakfast cafe but that's to be expected when everyone is breakfasting at the same time.

Very nice rooms, amazing lady at reception, clean and comfortable.
It was a bit cold at the apartment and reception because it was an old building

What we loved most was the unique combination of history, comfort, and atmosphere. The location was excellent — convenient yet peaceful, allowing us to truly enjoy the surroundings while being close to everything we needed. Staying in a beautifully renovated 16th-century building made the experience feel special and authentic; you could genuinely feel the character and soul of the space the moment you walked in.
The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed, blending historic charm with modern amenities. Every detail seemed carefully considered, making our stay effortless and relaxing. The amenities provided covered everything we could possibly need, adding to the sense of care and hospitality.
Most of all, the staff made a lasting impression on us. They were exceptionally kind, warm, and genuinely helpful in every matter. Their positive energy and willingness to assist with anything created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel not just like guests, but truly valued and cared for.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations. If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the experience even more.
