Jan (the owner) and his staff were engaging and genuine. We felt very welcome the moment we arrived. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our accommodations was excellent. They served us in their café or in our room if we wanted. The location was perfect for walking anywhere but was off the beaten path. Overall, this was one of the best places we've ever stayed.

Very lovely hotel in a convenient location. We were offered an upgrade to our room during our stay, which was great. We could see original wall artwork in the room and also got a 2 bed/2 bath. It was a spacious and clean hotel with a convenient bistro attached.

We had an excellent experience at Hotel Nerudova. The building and design are beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the attic suite was spacious and a fun/interesting room for the kids. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with the castle, Charles Bridge, shops, restaurants, and cafes all around - quickly becoming one of my favorite locations in Prague! We certainly recommend staying here, and can't wait to return!

This hotel was an attraction in itself - a charming historic building that was home to a writer. We loved staying here. Everything was impeccable the room, the hospitality, the coffee shop downstairs. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need from transportation from the airport to finding medical attention when needed. We stayed in the standard apartment, a very large room with 2 king sized very comfy beds, large bathroom with robes included, kitchen, and dining space. Location was great (Prague Castle and only 10 minute walk to the Old Town) I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, I absolutely recommend it!

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional, both at the reception desk and at the cafe for the breakfast service. The hotel was superb: rooms were very elegant, very clean, nicely decorated, large, and extremely comfortable, and the common areas of the hotel were also very warm and welcoming. But what really stood out was the staff, who always went the extra mile to make sure my girlfriend and I had everything we needed and more. To give just an example, I went downstairs to ask for a teabag of herbal tea and I got a teapot with already made tea delivered to my bedroom free of charge. This is just a small thing that exemplifies the level of service we had throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing, both for quantity and quality of food, and waiting staff very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

The hotel was wonderful. The room was really big, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was very original, warm and inviting. Great breakfast at the attached restaurant/cafe.

Property was pristine, clean and very well located. It was in a very safe area with several consulates relatively close by along with multiple nice restaurants and bars around. The service was beyond excellent - all around smiling faces eager to help. Special shoutout to Kamil, Christyna, Klara and Vallerie (I’m sure i butchered the spellings). Kamil especially was exceptionally offering to help immediately when he saw us with our disabled child in the rain. The restaurant within the hotel was excellent as well, with really good breakfast and again, wonderful service from the staff. I wish we had a longer time in Prague than the 4 nights we spent there.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was so beautiful. Upon arrival, they gave us free welcome drinks at the cafe, which you could order anything you wanted, and all were delicious. The breakfast was so yummy and the rooms were huge and beautifully decorated. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond. The location was A+. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next trip to Prague.

The hotel was so wonderful that it made me wish I could stay longer in Prague. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was beautiful, spotless, and cozy. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Everything that was provided made me feel truly well taken care of — like I was treated with warmth and care throughout my stay.
