Onefam Miru is genuinely a fantastic hostel. It’s just a couple of steps from the metro, and the staff is wonderful, especially Zac, who went above and beyond with hospitality and helpful tips for exploring Prague and the surrounding area. The bathrooms are small but very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hostel for 5 nights in a mixed dorm and overall had a good time, especially thanks to the amazing location. It’s literally 2-3 minutes walking from a metro station and super well-connected to the city center. You can reach pretty much everything. The hostel has a really lively atmosphere at night – they organize pub crawls, family dinners, etc. – and it’s very easy to meet people and make friends. If you’re a solo traveler or enjoy the social side of hostels, you’ll love this part.
Unfortunately, the staff experience wasn’t always great. I paid for laundry service and dropped my clothes in the afternoon (it was literally the only clean outfit I had left besides what I was wearing) and asked that same night, very politely, when it would be ready the next day. One of the guys from the staff said, “I don’t know, but if you need clothes, there are shops nearby where you can buy.” I found that answer pretty rude and unhelpful, especially since I was paying for the service, and one night should be more than enough turnaround time. The clothes were on time but the response of the staff wasn't great at all.
The other disappointing moment was with the key deposit. My friend paid the deposit (and the whole stay) in euros in cash upon arrival. On checkout day, they returned the deposit in Czech crowns only. We were in a rush to catch a flight, and she basically lost money because she didn’t have time to exchange it back.

The hostel was easy to find and right next to the Christmas market, which was a bonus. The views from the hostel windows were amazing, the staff was very friendly and warm, made you feel like you are hanging out with a group of friends.
