Location was good - modern- up to date facility - friendly staff - nice amenities. In room complementary water and tea/coffee a plus. Like the Dove bathroom products as a connection to being at home.
Took a minute to figure out the shower operation.

The staff at Reception was really great, they supported us to travel Prague with great Iternary, Maps and Guidance. The Room was very clean and awesome stay overall. on Friday(11.04.2025) we arrived little late to hotel and really very hungry, Chef supported us like anything cooked rice, some great salads, french fries ---Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel if you are family/couple.
We liked everything :) no negative comments as such.

It is near the Congress centre, just a few steps away. Breakfast was good, there were a lot of gluten-free options, including GF bread, etc. The room was spacious and quiet.

Super nice breakfast!
The receptionist failed to mention to us that we're getting a better rate for breakfast if booked when checking in. We only booked one breakfast as at that point we weren't sure what we were doing the following day. We then returned later to book the next day to be charged nearly 25% extra! I addition, we kept finding grapes on the floor in the room which seemed rather odd given the hotel boats by being super clean and tidy.

Breakfast was wonderful- many choices and many cultures covered. The staff were all lovely. We came to the hotel restaurant a few times for tea. It was booked out in the evening.
The location of the hotel -it was not as easy to get into town as we would have expected.
