I had a wonderful stay at this charming historical apartment in Prague. The owner was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making the experience even more pleasant. The villa itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere, with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. It's located in a quiet area, and parking right in front of the villa was very convenient. I highly recommend this lovely place, and I’ll definitely book it again the next time I’m in Prague!

The kitchen and lounge area where we could sit.
The barbeque and terrace area was unusable and very disorderly like a storage space for junk. We planned to have a barbeque with friends which we arranged beforehand but we had to cancel the barbeque and visit with friends. It was absolutely not like the photographs of that area. No garden furniture or usable chairs outside and no patio.

Ideal place if you travel by car, the house has a garage where you can leave your car. Also there are no huge hordes of tourists like in the center, as it seemed to me, this is Prague with locals.The tourist center can be reached cheaply by taxi or transport. The apartment has everything you need for life.

Spacious apartment, linen and towels. Nice bathroom. Good WiFi.
Access to a garden is actually not an access, no place around the house where you can spend time outside. Kitchen wasn't clean (a lot of dust on the fridge, someone's old cake remained in the freezer, water in the kettle from the guests who stayed before us), no washing machine or air conditioning. The kitchen is not fully equipped with basics you need to prepare your food.

It's a quiet neighborhood. It has its own free parking lot. Very spacious rooms.
A little far from the center. But they said there is a metro stop nearby. The furnishings are old-fashioned. There should be a smart TV but there is no TV. There were cobwebs in some corners of the house. It cannot be said to be cleaned well

Cozy, exclusive house. Spacious beautiful rooms and kitchen , two bathrooms. There is everything you need. Near bus stop, park, shopping center.
You may not meet family members, if you want, there are two entrances, I really liked it :D.

Excellent apartment for a 4 person family with easy access to public transport trams running down the street. With a 24 hour pass we easily shopped at various stores, visited Prague Castle, and went out for food. It's a great launching point to see Prague.
A tight 2 car garage was available making parking reasonable. The apartment itself was adequate, nothing fancy but priced well. Security was good with a locked gate, secure main door, and locked apartment doors. Vintage appearance with plenty of space.
Tub shower is a bit awkward. The shower head is mounted at tub level, and is the only means to fill the tub so it's slow if bathing. With care you can shower, but without a shower curtain or screen, just aim carefully.
TV wasn't usable and not a smart TV that connects to Wi-Fi. A minor inconvenience.

The appartment was comfortable and clean with comfy beds and a well equiped kitchen. The antique (but well preserved) furniture in an older villa was a big pleasant surprise, something you don´t get to see often. The bathroom was nevertheless modern and an additional toilette room is a big plus in an appartment for four persons. The location is very good if you are travelling by car and don´t want to drive into the centre. The subway station is reachable within 5-10 minutes on foot. Some tram stations are even nearer. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and flexible regarding our check-in and check-out and I am thankful for it.

Great location near public transport, spacious and private reserved parking was a major plus. Host was friendly and helpful.
Dishes were not clean - we had to rewash all of them as many had food scraps still on them. Bins had not been emptied.
Some kitchen utensils were missing, such as knives and cutting boards.
