They provided us a room with a window outside, and did not warn us about bugs or flys that can enter the room if the window is open. We went for dinner and left the window a bit open, came back to a room full of bugs, and they refused to give us a new room, I’m not sure if it’s my bad or their false to not warn about it, I’m just leaving this comment here because if i would not contact booking support, I’d probably have to change hotel in the middle of the night. Thanks to Alfred from booking support that helped us get a new rolm eventually.

The room to much small for 4 adults and there’s no space in the room i book “ family room king “ and it’s like Twin room not for family at all. And when i go to reception to change they said you should to pay extra to have another room they don’t help my anyway.

The location is brilliant and the inside is amazing, the restaurants and bars are all really nice!
The spa appointments were a bit disorganised and so we all didn’t get the appointments we originally booked for.
