long queue by check-in. my room access was blocked before I checked-out. They asked prepayment of all the services, so 0 trust, even if they have my credit card info. they did not offer me compensation for the unreasonably blocked room access.

Thank you for asking us how was for us the staying at the Hilton Prague. We were a large group from Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina and when we arrived at the reception we were greeted by Jakob. All compliments to Jakob and a recommendation for his promotion. He is not only very polite and well behaved but also genuinely committed to the guests. He listened to us and tried to accommodate us so that we could feel as much as possible at home. A very capable young gentleman who speaks English well. The same score goes for Gleb, who was at the reception the next day. He also listened to us as his guests, respected our requests and tried to help us. The two of them left a great impression on us. We were a combined group of mature and young, male and female people. In addition, some of as work too in tourism in Croatia and would love to have those two guys in our crue. All compliments to Jacob and Gleb and a sincere recommendation for their promotion.
At the reception of the dining room we had a very unpleasant experience with Katarina and Duška. The two ladies wouldn't let us go into the dining room until we paid for breakfast. Before that, we were at the reception and we arranged everything wit Gleb for post pay at the check out but when we returned to the dining doom, Katarina and Duška wouldn't let us in again. So, we had to pay for the breakfast on the spot with a credit card. They two created such a mess at the entrance of the dining room (it was crowded - around 9 am) that people on the sidelines were watching and wondering. We were very disappointed with those two ladies... and it was very unpleasant experience for us. Everything else was fine and it would have been excellent if those "two female figure skaters hadn't fallen on the ice", so the score is much lower than what the guys at the hotel reception deserve. In any case, the young people from our group will also send comments on TikTok. Thank you very much for your accommodation!

The bistro caffee is a rip off, awful food at extrene prices. The pool is a mini pool, a pool of a family house for a hotel with 400+ rooms. Everything is at a 5 star price but the quality is that of a 3 star. We could hear the next room yelling , it was a group of construction workers drinking till 2 am. Location is okayish but there are so many more cheaper and better hotels in the city center.
The spa is horrible for a 5 star. Overall it lookes like a communist apartment building turned into a wannabe 5 star hotel.

The breakfest was good, lots of choices, the location was good aswell, 15mins walk from city center or 5 by car.
The hotel is build like a square, my room was located on the opposite side of the elevators, so it took 3-4 mins of walk to get from the elevator to the room.
The air conditioner wasnt really doing anything, and you cant open the windows.

No towels. Had to ask multiple times and many times we didn’t get any. Stayed there for 3 nights and only had 4 towels for 2 people. Couldn’t go to the spa or pool because we didn’t have robes or footies. Awful customer service on that end

Hotel room size was good for 4 person.Didn’t like anything else in hotel . The whole hotel team extremely rude and unfriendly.wont recommend it for anyone
The only good / friendly person in our stay was the reception young lady from cyprus who was very friendly the time we arrived and checked us in and the people who take the bags to the room on arrival and departure day , other than that all services in hotel was extremely bad .The house keeping team extremely rude , they dont put us water / tea when used or finished , mugs and bedsheets doesn’t get changed or cleaned. Nothing gets to be cleaned during ur stay!!!! When you call reception or house keeping if you need towels or water they shout to you !!!!!! As if ur asking for a
Favor honestly worst experience i had in a hotel from a long time very disappointing wouldnt recommend at all. If you keep calling reception they dont help you as well and even the manager who we called couldn’t change anything from the house keeping unprofessionalism although he knew that we dont get cleaned towels or water bottles for the room !!
So i guess if u want to experience a bad service and rude attitude hilton prague is ur destination!!
