To be fair, the hotel has many positive aspects. The location is excellent and very close to shopping centers and major tourist attractions. The hotel staff were all amazing, friendly, and always willing to help and provide comfort for the guests. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good.
Unfortunately, the negatives completely ruined my experience. During my entire stay, I was unable to sleep properly because the AC was extremely hot and barely cooling the room. I contacted maintenance, and although they tried to help, they told me this was the maximum cooling the AC could provide. In addition, the window curtains did not close completely, allowing sunlight to enter the room early in the morning.
I am not exaggerating or being unfair — I genuinely could not sleep throughout my stay, and unfortunately, I did not enjoy my vacation because of this issue.

the location is the only thing going for this hotel. it is sufficiently close to the sights to walk to most of them.
if you can afford to pay for a room here look elsewhere for a better deal. the room was very small, about a third of the size of a hotel I paid a third for a hotel i stayed at in another part of Prague less close to the action. the soulless international vibe here was common to other Hilton hotels around the world that I have also regretted staying at. the staff were a mixed bag but overall average in performance of their duties, had the usual Hilton attitude problem that you should be thanking them for allowing you to stay in their hotel.

Central, rooms are clean.
The resturant (looks like a 3 star) is small and gloomy with black furniture. There is no proper coffee machine with a barista (just an automatic machine), no proper coffee shop but a bar. Had to go across the road to Marriott to have a proper coffee. Rooms have no water bottles. An empty bottle is provided to go near the lift and fill the bottle from the dispenser. The water was chalky. Terrible. Will be staying at the marriot next door hereafter

Our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was wonderful.
The hotel is just steps away from Prague Old Town, the staff were extremely welcoming — especially the Egyptian front desk receptionist whose warm reception made us very happy.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily.
A truly pleasant and relaxing stay with no negative notes at all.
Nothing in particular.
The only minor point could be the lack of a scenic view, but it was not an issue for us.

Location, Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable,
Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable, but we were disappointed by the lack of basic late-night services. After 10–10:30 PM, we were unable to order anything from room service — not even water. We were advised to fill water ourselves from a dispenser on the floor using an empty bottle, which is not something expected in a 5-star property. Compared to other 5-star hotels around the world that offer 24-hour room service or at least essential late-night options, this experience fell below the usual luxury standards.
