Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast.
The pool and surrounding area is very small and the pool water was a little cold.
The concierge wasn't very clear on use of the teams, luckily the PID Litacka app was great.

Central, rooms are clean.
The resturant (looks like a 3 star) is small and gloomy with black furniture. There is no proper coffee machine with a barista (just an automatic machine), no proper coffee shop but a bar. Had to go across the road to Marriott to have a proper coffee. Rooms have no water bottles. An empty bottle is provided to go near the lift and fill the bottle from the dispenser. The water was chalky. Terrible. Will be staying at the marriot next door hereafter

Location was excellent
The bed was really big and comfortable
The pillows and duvet were really cosy
For a superior room the room was small in my opinion
There were nice lamps and nice headboard but not much better then the rooms in the travel lodge for example
The pool was very small and it was chilly
It said 27 degrees on the board but it was only like warm
