Facility is quite good, location, nice spacious rooms, tidy and refreshed bathrooms.
There is no any welcome drink in the room . Couple of still or mineral water bottles would be nice . Instead You ought to go to the corridor to fill up a bottle with tap water.

We weren’t advised that the pool and the spa facilities were under renovation. They don’t provide any basic toiletries at all.

Our stay at the Hilton Prague Old Town was great and what we expected from Hilton Hotels.
The room was comfortable, clean an a good size.
The breakfast every day was great with a wide range of food to select from.
The hotel was ideally located near the old town attractions and also the river for our canal tour.
There were plenty of restaurants nearby to eat out.
Would prefer more deals for accommodation costs as a little more than what we would normally pay for a hotel but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Great location and great service, had an issue as booking has canceled my reservation and i arrived without one... people at the reception politley explained what i need to look for in the emails... they were right... booking failed to book... then i created a new reservation... this time it worked... Room was good, big bed as i like.
booking failed, for future i need to consider booking directly with hilton... unfortunatelly this trip shown that despite high booking status they still fail time to time...
