Location, Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable,
Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable, but we were disappointed by the lack of basic late-night services. After 10–10:30 PM, we were unable to order anything from room service — not even water. We were advised to fill water ourselves from a dispenser on the floor using an empty bottle, which is not something expected in a 5-star property. Compared to other 5-star hotels around the world that offer 24-hour room service or at least essential late-night options, this experience fell below the usual luxury standards.

The location was excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Reception was temporary on level 2. The person who checked us in refused to enter my Hilton Honors number as we made the reservation via booking.com.

It was an easy walk to many landmarks.
I know times are a changing , but I was surprised with the Hilton Brand nane , housekeeping only came once . There was a small fridge , but no honor bar or snacks . Internet was not free and I was constantly kicked off line.
