Great location, made it ideal for exploring the city with young family.
Rooms were not cleaned, had to ask house keeping. For a premium hotel I expect the rooms (modern hotels) to have a expresso machine and water. To get water you had to go fill bottles each time in the corridor. Honestly rooms felt no better than a Premier Inn or best Western. Further more requested a late check out as our flight was late evening. We have two young kids. We would pay for this. Manager said no availability. Yet offered another family this option later.

Location is perfect. Refreshed interiors and bathroom fixtures . Quite acceptable noise insulation .
No welcome water in the room. The only option is that you should off to corridor and fill the bottle via tap water yourself . No mini bar filling. Bathrobe upon request .

Location, Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable,
Overall, our stay at Hilton Prague Old Town was comfortable, but we were disappointed by the lack of basic late-night services. After 10–10:30 PM, we were unable to order anything from room service — not even water. We were advised to fill water ourselves from a dispenser on the floor using an empty bottle, which is not something expected in a 5-star property. Compared to other 5-star hotels around the world that offer 24-hour room service or at least essential late-night options, this experience fell below the usual luxury standards.
