Perfect location. In the heart of the old town and seconds away from the metro. So easy to get to from Prague main station.
Friendly staff to check us in and easy self-checkout. Great facilities. Good tv, good windows, good air conditioning. Clean and modern, plenty of space.
The bathroom was well cleaned, but while we were there there was a slightly strange smell perhaps coming from the pipes. We could keep the smell minimized by running the powerful extractor fan in the bathroom. Still one of the nicest places we've stayed in Europe.

Amazing location, you are going to be in the heart of Prague 1! I had everything that I needed including mini fridge, hairdryer, slipper etc.

Excellent location, nice staff, clean, good value for money
No views from the windows, only the sky. Pillows werent the most comfortable. Room was next to the reception so not always so private. However, a nice place to stay in the heart of the old town

The location is excellent and staff were accommodating.
It isnt possible to open a window. While theres an air conditioning unit, we would have really liked fresh air.
There is no option to drop off luggage before 10am.

The location is amazing, we went everywhere on foot and that was really manageable. The room is clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is good too. Towels get replaced when you want them to. Across the street there's a (cocktail) bar which is amazing and we made prooer use of it, and if you don't want to go there but stay in your room on a busy night, it gives little to no noise in the room which is great.
They offer Netflix... but we were quite exhausted at the end of everyday and wanted to watch an episode of our series but the tv had no account access, so we weren't able to use it as we wanted. We had to message them each time we intended to use it but one day we were gone already so it was basically no addition. But it was resolved quite quickly the other 2 days. And this is really a minor dislike, because who needs to watch tv anyway when you're in such a beautiful city.

The reception staff reached out the day before to explain where the property is which made it easy to find the building. The receptionist was there to meet us and gave us a tour of the apartment.
I honestly loved the place. I dont have any complaints.

The location was very central in the heart of Old Town!
We were not aware of all the narrow stairs. I wish there were better instructions on how to get to the apartment, and pictures of the entryway. If we had known, we would have brought backpacks instead of luggages. I would also not encourage cooking in the unit despite the availability of a stove; the unit is clearly a converted attic with no cooking vent. The sloped ceiling above the stove was bubbling.

The property location is amazing!
Our experience of the host was that she was robotic and not welcoming. It was our first visit to Prague and she was definitely going through the motions only. The dish rag and sponge were old and stained.
