I cant think of a better location in Prague. So central, yet tucked away without the noise of the city at night.
The beds werent super comfy. The pillows on the master bed were lumpy, and the kids futon was creaky.

Location was excellent, very close to major sights within a short walk. Plenty of restaurants close-by. Apartment was perfect for a couple space-wise: full kitchen, dining area, washing machine, closet space, dresser space. Check-in was seamless and very quick. Definitely would stay here again for the value.

Huge apartment overlooking pedestrian square. Comfortable bed. Good ventilation. Walking distance to everything. Plenty of restaurants and Billa supermarket.
Parking was expensive and hard to get in and out. Noisy from Square bellow till late if windows open.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location within walking distance of Old Town, Wenceslas Square, and a tram stop! The staff were accommodating and friendly. The flat was spacious for a family of four. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Prague!

Excellent choice! right in the center of old town Prague, spacious and clean rooms. Very helpful and responsive staff, everything being taken care of, up to the smallest details so you can enjoy your stay.
Just a single shower/bathroom for an entire family or maybe more than one family... albeit a very clean and renovated one

Very spacious apartment with all amenities.
The apartment was on the first floor. People could look right into the apartment from the street which made it difficult for windows to be open to get some air into the rooms.

The location is great. The apartment was very new and clean.
The apartment was offered as an apartment with three beds to accommodate 5 adults (two double beds, 1 sofa bed) being the main reason why we booked the apartment. The sofa bed turned out to be a normal sofa with a length of roughly 1.70 m, being too short to comfortably accommodate anyone of our group. Discussing the issue with the landlords we were told that it counts as a bed since they put linen and bedding on it although the sofa is too short for average adults to sleep on. I was told that the pictures have shown the apartment and I could have seen the sofa bed and its dimensions in booking but the pictures for this specific apartment only show a small corner of the sofa (bed) making it impossible to know that its actually not a suitable sleeping place for an adult before arriving there. This was very disappointing.

We loved the location. Very close walk to the centre of old town but situated on a street that wasnt too noisy. It was serviced every day that we were there. And the shower was the best one we experienced in our month of travelling.
Its a challenge finding the location to collect keys- would be an easy fix providing clearer instructions. And the pillows were very lumpy!

The best: very central and quiet. The accommodation is in a restored old Czech house, next to the Bethlehem Church.
Things to improve: the furniture is very basic, some utensils are missing in the kitchen. The bed is somewhat uncomfortable for a 7-day stay. I think the comfort inside the apartment should be improved for longer stays. thank you

A taxi was arranged for us, to and from the airport. We were taken straight to the reception desk (80 yards from the property) to collect the keys. The apartment was very big, well equipped and was cleaned every day. Being in the old town, it was in an excellent location, being only five minutes from the main square.
