Such a great location in Prague and the apartment was super clean. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We had a great stay for our family of 4.

The apartment and location were perfect! I would definitely stay again! The room was perfect for a Family of 4 with a teen and pre-teen
Trying to find the check in office was the biggest struggle, but I was able to call and they met me out front. After the first day, I realized it was pretty easy, but after just getting off a flight it was a bit difficult.

The location is amazing. Walkable to everything. The apartment amenities are very thoughtful. Soap for washing machine, coffee pods, shower gel, hand soap, etc. Comfortable beds, nice pillows. Great all around.

Everything was great. We enjoyed to stay there. It is almost in the hearth of the city. It was a big apartment with 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Vera and manager of the apartment Monica was very helpful. We felt safe with my family .Thanks for everything.

I normally dont share reviews , however Betlem Apartments exceeded our expectation .
To start with
Location - walkable distance to Charles Bridge and all the other landmark locations.
The amenities- they provided all that you need to stay with family fully equipped.
Cleanliness - They clean the apartment everyday ( again its your choice, if you dont want them to enter your room while you are not around please leave the mark).
Host - Excellent support from the host , you can reach them and they are very responsive and open minded people to support you in whichever way possible . We had to extend the stay beyond what we booked originally , even though host had the option to over charge me because it was a last minute request . He didnt do it , instead was very professional to offer us the same cost that we paid during initial booking.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and visit to Prague . Thanks Betlem Prague Apartment team for your support.

Location was ideal for exploring all the major sites and having access to local conveniences. This was a a perfect apartment for our family of 4.
Pillows were uncomfortable...but that was it.

Location was great between Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. Italian restaurant outside of door, with other restaurants nearby. Apartment was spacious. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Daily housekeeping which we did not expect
FYI only made breakfast there so didn't check out the cooking supplies.

The apartment and its location were wonderful.
Lovely view from the apartment with all the attractions close by. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment also had a washer which was a bonus.
The office staff were very welcoming and helpful.
The only small issue was that the shower didn’t drain properly but that can be easily fixed.

Excellent location in the Old Town, yet still quite calm (there isn't really any noise if you keep windows closed). Around 5 minutes walk from the river and Charles bridge. Many small pubs nearby, not so much shops but there are a few where you could by water, drinks etc. The apartment itself was clean and cozy, with extra pillows and blankets. Check-in and check-out was smooth (the reception is 80m away, with the lockbox easy to find next to its door).
There was a small problem with the coffee machine - part of the coffee was spilled into the lower section. Somehow I got things wrong despite clear instructions, or maybe it just needs to be checked. Also paper towels wouldn't harm, since we had to use toiler paper to clean up all that coffee mess from the table :)

The location is great, 5-10 min walk from most of the museums in the old city.
If you sleep lightly you may found the big doors noisy at night when people are coming back and you trying to sleep. But for most people it won’t matter

Location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was beautiful and cool - we had a wonderful stay with all facilities in place. There are lovely beer gardens, wine bars and shops just outside and the flat is 10 minutes walk away from Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square! We could park just outside the property and enjoyed it so much! Will be back!

We travelled as a group of four, one elderly couple and two other friends. One of us is wheelchair bound. We rented the apartment on the first floor and it was exceptionally suitable for everyone. There are no steps except a tiny one by the front door. Three beds, easy shower access, extremely spacious rooms due to very tall ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, washing machine and safe. The location is exceptional. We need a secure private parking and they provided one behind a locked gate for an extra 30 dollars a night. They served us a free bottle of wine upon arrival, the coffee machine was excellent and always stocked. AC would be nice, but they did provide us with two fans instead. Five stars out of five.
