Wonderful
Apartment is great, nice high ceilings, more than enough space, very comfortable.
Nothing. No complaints really

Wonderful
Great location, comfortable bed, very nice shower. Really appreciated that there was a fan as we find sleeping without air movement difficult. Mud room/vestibule was very handy.
A drying rack for clothes would have been handy, but that's a nitpick.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. I liked the location as it was not too far from old town and bus stops were near by. Good restaurants close by and also stores.

Very Good
Very close to the old city center and many restaurants nearby.
As I did drive an oldtimer car, I could park at a private garage close by, so no worries about this ☺️
No remarks.

Very Good
The host is very friendly and flexible. His support for us is excellent. The apartment is located within a 10- to 15-minute walk to the Charles Bridge. The apartment is gracious.
The windows may require some maintenance, as we prefer no noise at night. However, that's a personal perspective, not implying that the noise exceeds common levels.

Looking out our windows to a magnificent view of the Prague Castle and surrounding sights. Awesome. Our location was superb for walking to any sights both the castle and old town.
It was missing a few amenties but minor.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment in Prague. Our host, Michal, was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was excellent—close to the main attractions—making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience!
It was all good, nothing to complain about.

The location of the apartment is great. Everywhere is walkable. There are lots of mini-marts around the building open well past 11 pm if there was a need for anything. The apartment itself was amazing and very large, actually two apartments made into one. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Michael our host found us parking in purple zone within minutes of arriving. I recommend using Easypark to pay. Only park in purple zone. We left the car in same spot for two days and used Uber and walking for everything within city.
There is nothing negative about it. The place is perfect.

Michal waited to greet us at the property on the time of the arrival I notified early. Best location: 1 min to tram stops, 30s walk to the riverside, where parties at night, 10 min walk to the Charles Bridge, many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Surprisingly quiet block. No AC but a fan was provided. Provided were a refrigerator, stovetop, generous kitchin utencils including glasses, plates, and pots. Washing machine works great and a drying rack was a plus. Water pressure was great. Unfortunately, one of two shower drains was partially clogged. Overall, it was great stay. I will definitely consider to stay again next visit. Easy contact to Michal and quick response for towel, toiletery. Uber black reserved to the airport at 4am costed abour $45. Very secure and safe building with a separate building entrance key. There is an elevator to carry baggages to upper levels. The room has a view of the Petrin Tower.

Wonderful
We booked the family apartment, which turned out to be two separate apartments located near each other (the same unit if keeping both apartments´doors open). It wasn't a big deal, at least we had two independent bathrooms what was a good thing.
The apartment had all the basics we needed, even small things like coffee, sugar, and salt were provided. There was quality toilet paper, shower gel, and everything was simple but good.
The location is quite convenient: just 1–4 tram stops and you're in the center of Prague. The tram stop is very close, which is great for getting around, though it can be a bit noisy, not a problem for us, but worth noting.
The host was always available and responsive to our messages. He was helpful throughout, and we also used his private parking, which was secure and more affordable than other options in the city.
Curtains were missing on the side facing the inner patio, where they would definitely help provide some extra privacy (I am sure the host will work on that in the near future). Also, the existing curtains were a bit short and thin, so they didn’t block out the light very well. During summer, it can already be bright by 6:00 AM, which might make it harder to sleep in. That said, it’s not a major issue, just something to be aware of a tip for thr owner. The noise from the trams could be a problem for some...but again, it is nothing if compared to having a bar next to the apaprtment, we did not have any problem with it!
The blankets were more suited for winter, even though it was summer. A few extra sheets or covers would have been nice. In any case, I’m sure that if I had mentioned it to Michal, it wouldn’t have been a problem, he was always available and ready to help.
Despite this minor issues, we will be coming back to the apartment, it is good all-rounder.

Wonderful
Fabulous location! Close to public transit and for those who wish to walk everywhere, close to major attractions in Prague. The apartment is simple but everything one needs for either a few days or a few weeks stay in Prague. I liked that it is also safe and secure and that the landlord is available around the property almost daily or just a phone call away.
The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen equipped adequately for those wishing to prepare simple meals instead of eating out all the time. But also many excellent restaurants in the neighbourhood for those who want to eat out.
Lots of electrical outlets to plug in your digital devices and great free Wifi.
Tall windows with plenty of light and very private…the windows look out onto an inner courtyard.
My apartment was on street level and there was no need to climb stairs…great for accessibility.
For someone like myself, staying for two weeks, I could have used more clothes hangers and more hanging space like a closet. In the living/dining/ kitchen area, would have appreciated a floor lamp or two for directional light for reading/ working at the table in that room. As the table is small, I would have found a separate space such as a desk for a computer would have made this large room more useful. There is space for it and would allow the current table for dining only instead of having to clear it for different uses a longer staying traveller might need.

The location of the apartment is ideal, quiet, on the ground floor of a well-maintained and beautiful building, close to all the attractions that can be reached on foot. When we got tired, we came back, rested and went out again. The apartment is spacious, clean, has an equipped kitchen (small remark: a slightly larger pot would not hurt). The bathroom is also spacious. The owner is friendly, responds quickly to messages, waited for us and helped with paying for parking for the car near the apartment. There are good restaurants and a few minimarkets in the area. Kampa Park is also nearby (we traveled with a dog).
Everything was perfect and above expectations. Prague is also very beautiful, clean and we spent three beautiful sunny days exploring the city.
