Everything. Hotel , breakfast, staff all very good. A very good hotel in a very good location . You have nearby trams and metro that can get you in any city's locations.
It is need for a shower cap in the bath. And was a slight smell in the bath .

The staff always tried to help, the room was cleaned, everything was great.
Special thanks to Yulia at the reception desk.
It's a 10-minute walk to the metro.
But it is impossible to sleep with the windows open at night because police cars and ambulances often drive past with their sirens on, which is very disturbing. It feels like they are doing it on purpose because it happens almost every 15 minutes. Otherwise, everything was great.

Clean, good location central to everything. Without being in the center of the crazy of old and new square
Shower doors kept coming off.
Liked everything else.
Decent bar closes a little early 10:00 PM.

Loved the hotel, the room was lovely with plenty of storage space, staff were friendly and English was spoken widely. We paid for breakfast which was very good value for money and we also had a few evening meals at the hotel. The standard of the food was excellent. Location was just five minutes walk from the subway service which we found easy to use because, again, many information signs were in English. The reception staff were always polite and helpful dealing when dealing with our enquiries and the provision of a luggage store was invaluable because we had a late evening flight

Fantastic hotel close enough to the centre of Prague but away from the tram lines , so relatively quiet .

The room was spacious and they were able to give us a room with three single beds for our party of 3. When we experienced an issue with our door knob, they acted immediately to rectify the matter. The hotel has a restaurant onsite and other restaurants in walking distance. A convenience and souvenir store is also a couple minutes walk away. The hotel is relatively close to the city centre by public transportation or uber - both options were cheap.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed in a room on the very top floor, kind of in the roof, which was fairly basic but clean and comfy.
Because I was only one person, they gave me a duvet which didn't quite cover the width of the bed which was a bit annoying. And the pillows were too thick for me.

Lots of choice for breakfast, well stocked and frequently refilled.
Should have had a double bed since paid for superior single. Also a bit of a mix up around payment for breakfast, it was unclear as to whether it was included or not.

Rooms and building were in great condition. AC worked well and stay was comfortable.
The hotel locks its doors late at night and we nearly missed our Uber to the airport because the nightman was asleep and had forgotten that we'd told him the night before that we needed to leave before 5am.
All other staff were great and helpful but this was a very poor end to our stay.
