If you consider the price, it is worth it. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Regarding the location - you will need to walk around 5-7 minutes to the tram or underground station. Tram 22 follows one of Prague's most scenic routes with stunning views along the way. It will take around 15-20 minutes to get to the different sightseeing.

Clean. Rooms good. Breakfast good. Had a lift.
The shower could be better. Old large keys to room. At least can leave at desk who are there all night, but a key card system should be there by now.

My room was very good. It was clean, comfy, a nice big bed and very quiet. The breakfast was very good and the staff were brilliant, especially the 2 ladies on the reception desk. They were fantastic.

A quiet hotel with super comfortable beds. The staff smiley services. Simply excellent. The Wenceslas Square only about 10-15 walk from the hotel.

A very pretty hotel. I'd like to say that the receptionist helped us a lot to find a doctor. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but please give her a raise.

Breakfast was good and with a good number of choices and some variety every day. Room was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. Even though the hotel is not super central, it is located at 5 min from the metro station and several busses and trams are also stopping 1-2 min from the hotel.

Size of the room was excellent, very comfortable.
The staff at the reception keep changing almost daily , not all of them seem to like the job which affects their approach while dealing with the guests.
Some are good , some are rude.

Very nice hotel just a short walk away (10 mins or so) from the busy 'tourist central'. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows! Friendly staff, especially in the bar and restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Great value for money. Would definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although I was very dubious about the location, the hotel itself is facing a quiet square and no noise was heard from the main street. Bed&sleep quality were really good. The room was not very new, but very clean. I cannot evaluate the breakfast, as I did not attend it. I did have lunch in the hotel restaurant and it was good. Staff was very friendly and much helpful. I believe I will come back.
There is nothing negative to point out.
