This was one of the best accommodation I ever had. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was very clean and it was cleaned every day. The bed was more comfortable than the one I have and it was big. The locations was excellent, just around 10 minutes from the tram station I.P. Pavlova. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was the best food in Prague and the staff in the restaurant very friendly.

Staff is good. Overall good stay.
Good hotel, a bit remote from center. Our rooms were on first floor, a bit noisy. Will not chose this hotel again as for money I paid, could be given better room.

You can't beat the locatin - Location is absolutely fantastic. You are about 1.5 km (1 mile) from the old city. We took the Bolt for first couple of days but after that, just walked, its a beautiful walk. The new(wer) city is a block away. She staff is friendly and very helpful. Had an issue with my shower door and was fixed immediately. The big downside is the rooms (especially the carpet) is very old and outdated. The mattress in our room was so soft to the point of being uncomfortable (to be fair to the hotel, I did not bring it up so I did not give them any negative ratings for it as I am sure it would have been fixed/replaced. Breakfast is fantastic and has everything

This is a pleasant hotel, about a half hour walk to the historic Old Town and well placed for a variety of choice with restaurants and bars.
We booked well in advance for 4 nights, in a 'superior double' room, with breakfast. We certainly felt it offered good value for money.
The hotel maintains some original charm whilst having the benefit of modern adaptations, like the glass elevator through the centre of the wrought iron banister staircase and air conditioning in the room.
There was a biometric operated safe, which was a great addition and a smart TV with streaming channels.
Breakfast was good, though not the best we've ever had. There were plenty of options, hot and cold.
Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we felt the term superior double set our expectations higher than the room delivered.
The double bed was actually 2 single pushed together, with single quilts.
The pillows were unusual, being oversized and very soft. Thankfully, housekeeping were able to provide us with smaller ones after we asked.
The shower room was very small, with very limited storage for toiletries.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. (Old school charm). The air conditioning was wonderful for hot days. Real flowers in the window pots. Very attentive and friendly staff.
