Location was good. Within short walking distance from the train station. Breakfast spread was good.
Room was strange on Level 6A. The slanted roof design made me accidentally knock against it several times during my stay.

Fine hotel, ok location, nice staff, choices for breakfast (should have been included).
Hard bed, hard pillows, room was very tired and shower was tiny. Very uncomfortable set up in the bathroom, the bathtub is so narrow you have to stand on the inside rounded edges of the bath (ie half way up the sides!) just to wash your hair under the shower, and even then it’s 1 wall squeezy thing of “hair/body wash” (for women this is terrible, might as well be dish liquid). I paid quite a bit to stay here and it felt 3-stars at best. There were options for breakfast, but hot food wasn’t very appealing. We had to pay extra, but for the price it should have been included. Not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, you had to pay. Always should be at least 1 bottle of water complimentary! Outside room window was just the inside of the building and absolutely covered (!) in bird poo. Gross.

Just the location
Staff was very non serious. They didnt give us the room we selected. They didnt remove the rubbish from the room. Left the broken glass in the bathroom and didnt even replce after complaining.

breakfast is good, location is ok and all rooms booked in the same floor
when I booked had inform that all rooms we need shower room in bathroom but two got and another 4 rooms can't, since I had booked almost a month, is should be can manage

- very central location
- great breakfast buffet
- spacious room with modern bathroom
- comfortable bed
- the spa costs extra and is not cheap
- only 1 socket on each side of the bed
- a few simple decoration elements in the room make it look more dated than it is
