I have stayed before in this hotel and is absolutely perfect.Is close to the train station and also is close to the centre of the gorgeous Prague. Staff is friendly, and the rooms are lovely. Food is also very nice and has a nice bar. This time I couldn't enjoy the the sauna but I recommend it.

Very modern, clean and well maintained. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Amazing location. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast.
Smaller rooms - looked bigger in picture on booking.com. Bad / ineffective Airconditioning. We travelled during the heatwave in Czech. It shows 19 degrees in the room (as the lowest possible temp) but it is more like 27 degrees. Difficult to sleep. Staff couldn't help. No gym in the hotel.

Upon arrival, desk staff member accidently charged me city tax twice. Once I discovered being charged twice, they gave me a refund. Unfortunately, nothing was offered to me for this mistake. It would have been a nice gesture.

Excellent room in a hotel perfectly situated for Prague hlavni nadrazi, and a short walk to the old town. Very varied and tasty buffet breakfast.
