Disappointing
The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main attractions and sights. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot.
Although the hotel is advertised as a five-star property, the overall experience doesn’t come close to five-star standards — in my opinion, not even four-star.
Even basic details you would normally expect at this level are missing. For example, the water placed on the table in the room is chargeable, whereas complimentary bottled water is standard in many good four- and five-star hotels. Overall, the service and amenities simply don’t reflect the rating the hotel claims to have.

Wonderful
I would like to give a special mention to Roman, who is a wonderful example of how much a person’s passion for their job can make a difference.
Despite being older in age, Roman is incredibly energetic, cheerful, and always welcoming. He is a great conversationalist, genuinely enjoys what he does, and gives every guest a level of personal attention that makes you feel truly valued.
Roman is a perfect example of how loving your profession and caring about people can completely change the impression guests have of a place. His positive attitude and dedication definitely made my experience at the hotel more enjoyable.

Giant bed that was comfortable and on a high floor. Modern convenience. Nice view. Accommodating staff. Shout out to Slobodan at concierge desk for printing my train tickets. :-)
Breakfast wasn’t à la carte so I didn’t get it. Went to a coffee shop instead.

Wonderful
Cleanness, excellent wifi and location is perfect it’s in city center and in the same time in a calm street far from any noise. Moreover the hotel has several elevators for quick and easy room access
The room was not that spacious as seen while making booking. We were two me and my wife and while making reservation we booked double room it was written 23 m square but we found it no more than 15 m square

I liked the stuff specially breakfast stuff. The location was good . The A/C was good which made us sleep good .
The floor was slippary and not clean . The bathtub was slippery and high . This is a very big issue the hotel need to put into consideration because bathing time was a stress for all of us . Also there was no complematary water .
