Hotel was very convenient to all the major sites,most were within walking distance.Breakfast was exceptional with a vast range to suit all tastes. Rooms were very clean and well serviced every morning.
We had booked a junior suite but these are situated at the front of the hotel and it is extremely noisy with vehicles going past.Our room was above an entry and we were awakened every morning before 6am with deliveries and refuse collection. In hindsight we should of paid less money for a room at the rear of hotel,the room itself was very clean although decor very dated.

Location is in the city center. It was Ok to get to the hotel by taxi.
In case of travelling with a baby you need to remember that there are not a lot of parks around.

This was an excellent quality hotel. Not too far from the station and very easy walk to all the Prague main sights. Breakfast was superb and the staff were great.

Great location, brilliant lobby, bar, reception, breakfast area.
I had little interaction with the staff, but the guys on reception were excellent with checking in and out.
Only had breakfasts, and the selection is as good as anywhere I've ever seen. And top quality
Very hard to say anything wrong about this place and I'll certainly be back if I go back to Prague.
I understand star ratings are different around the world, but based on my experience, this place has a 5 star public areas like bar, restaurant, breakfast area, abs the reception is stunning! The rooms are not 5 star. Don't expect luxurious rooms, although they're perfectly fine!!!
If I'm really picky, the single beds are a bit narrow, I'm not small, but they're very comfortable!! And a wipe along the top of the door frames once in a while wouldn't go astray.
But these aren't issues really at all, and I'll 100% use again, and fully recommend.

The hotel’s biggest strengths are its excellent location and cleanliness. It’s within walking distance of Prague’s main train station and many attractions, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and these are the main reasons I would choose to stay here again.
Check-in and check-out took longer than expected. The breakfast selection was limited, and the breakfast staff did not seem particularly welcoming. The rooms are also on the small side, which may be a downside for guests with larger luggage or longer stays.

The location and the spa in the basement
The door of the bathroom is made by glass, which is hard to open or to close, and it does not block the sound nor the smile

The property is located the perfect distance from the town for a short walk to everything you would want to do or see.
Unfortunately due to the hotel being very busy the noise levels in the corridor and doors shutting was very loud from our room.
