Food- quantity vs. quality..low grade products, same food every day, presented in a poor way,mostly industrial and not cooked from scratch… asked for a latte with soy- got steamed soy and asked to add the coffee myself
Staff not greeting, not friendly makes you feel like you interrupted them
The hotel is way overrated
As we checked out no one thanked for our business or asked how it was
It was all about the money, the deposit etc… same as we entered no one cared , we must pay before seeing the room+ a deposit that will be returned after we leave
Must indicate extremely low toilet and sink( were told this is the standard when asked if our room is handicap accessible?)

Wonderful, clean hotel with great staff, in a convenient location to walk to old town and other attractions. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions and the central train station. It is well maintained, with spotless rooms and highly accommodating staff. The breakfast also offers a good variety of options.

Everything to do with this hotel from was good, the breakfast, to the bar staff etc. Location was excellent for us, close to the railway station in came in from Zermatt (~600m), to being in easy walking distant to the old town (~900m) to having good restaurants close by. I would recommend going to breakfast earlier rather than later as it became quite busy later during the breakfast period.
The lifts were getting a little old and making a lot of noise.

Good selection and quality of breakfast food, hours were amazing (0630-1030) which gave us a lot of flexibility. The couples massage in the spa was reasonable priced and was enjoyable. Car was parked underground but staff was always quick to bring it up when needed. Room and bathroom matched photos, nice accommodations.
Wish the aircon in the room worked a bit better. Elevators kept having issues but staff was always quick to fix. The shower was nice an powerful but it was impossible to keep the bathroom dry since there is essentialy no shower door.
