Location is great.
Room is also good.
Staff weren’t that friendly with me.
The reception staff and the guy at the door outside who helped other people with their luggage but didn’t help me just because I had 1 luggage. I found that to be a bit rude.
Not so welcoming overall, staff seems a bit too serious and no smiles.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are plenty of stops for public transportation nearby, including the central railway station. Almost all the main points of interest in the city are within walking distance.
The reception desk clerks are very friendly and efficient. I want to mention Lukas and Diana in particular, but all the staff were really great.
The room was quiet, as requested, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was very generous and tasty, with a good variety of products.
All in all, I recommend the Grandium for a pleasurable stay in Prague.
The bedside table did not have any drawers, and neither did the closet.

Disappointing
Check in was easy, location was ideal being very close to the train station. Choice of pillows was nice, and being able to open the window to let some fresh air in was helpful.
We had an extra charge on top of what we booked AND had to give extra card details as an insurance policy. Given this we expected a lovely room, but that was not the case. Getting to the room was an extra 10 minute walk through lots of different corridors. The room itself was a nice size, but just so dated. This is not a 5 star hotel. The décor is tired, chips in the furniture, mould in the plastic shower head and stickers falling off the ugly old plastic soap bottles. The mini-bar was very well stocked but the prices were extortionate - a "welcome gift" of a shower cap and small bar of soap was just a joke considering you have to pay for even water in the room. TV wasn't smart or capable of streaming, which ordinarily isn't an issue however in a '5 star' hotel you expect something a little more up to date. Airconditioning was very noisy and did nothing. Our "view" was into other guests' rooms.
Maybe this hotel would have been worthy of 5-stars 10-15 years ago but it needs a lot of work to become up to date and worth the money. Having facilities available means absolutely nothing when they come with such a heavy extra cost.

We loved Cleanness and freundliness from the staff there.
Breakfast Buffet can't say that is "5 Stars" its not many kinda of food there. I'd say that was 3 Stars.
The taste was ok, but just cant enjoy everyday breakfast, bc it was 2 days the same.
