The hotel is really well located, close to the main train station and a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were exceptional - really friendly, helpful and always saying hi as we walked past. The breakfast had a huge selection, and we didn't wait for a table when we wanted to eat.

Amazing hotel, wide halls, big bright rooms, amazing breakfast, good massage, and just incredible place: right in the city centre, possible to walk to all the sightseeings
Unfortunately no swimming pool and fitness room; could make first day mini-bar free of charge at least the bottle of water

Location , the idea of extending your check out by paying money
Very hot at night , you can hear people around you, the housekeepers have no consideration to customers as they open and close the doors really loud without thinking of other people

Lovely hotel in an excellent location for seeing Prague old town. Friendly staff. Very clean with some nice touches in the room on arrival. Breakfast selection was very good.
The hot breakfast selection I personally found a little on the lukewarm side & the plates were not hot enough to keep it warm. But the selection available was great and really enjoyed the fresh omelette & waffle station.

Disappointed room wasn’t cleaned on the second day of stay apart from a bottle of water, curtain became displaced also and unable to open the window without requesting.
