The area was really central and good, close to a lot of things.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and on the 3rd day our iPhone charger with a 2 meter cable disappered from our room. The staff handled it very poorly and was a bit rude, the guy at the front desk didn’t even apologized for the inconvenience it caused us and was also giving us the impression that it was our fault and that we lied about it because the cleaning staff said they didn’t took it but we know for certain that it was in our room before we went out that day. The hotel took zero responsibility for it. I know an iPhone charger is not much but after that incident we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our stuff out in the room and we wished that the staff could have handled the situation better. We will not stay here again in the future.

The location was excellent. Room size good.
Carpet was very badly stained and looked filthy. Complained at front desk but received no further feedback. Definitely not a five star hotel. Breakfast buffet good selection but hot items were always cold.

It was my 4th hotel in 7 nights and I couldn't believe what I was getting for the price! The room was spacious with a large bathtub. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing.

Breakfast had lots of options we loved it, we could walk almost everywhere from the hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the main train station. The room was warm and comfortable. Even though it was full during breakfast, everything went smoothly and efficiently. I wish I had more days to enjoy the place.
For a five Star Hotel the room wasn't that big.
