The rooms have a tad bit of old Soviet feel to them, but that’s to be expected.

This hotel was okay overall. They offer a very large buffet breakfast with many options, which is a plus. However, if you prefer a quiet breakfast, you need to go very early around 6:00 a.m. From 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., the breakfast area becomes very crowded and can feel chaotic.
The hotel has a spa that is fine for relaxation. There is also a nice on-site restaurant with decent food, which is convenient if you don’t want to go out to look for another place to eat. The location is good, as it is within walking distance of the downtown area.
The main downside of this hotel is the noise at night. You can clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallways at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m., which is very annoying. Some guests are very disrespectful. We were woken up at 4:00 a.m. because someone was taking a personal phone call in the hallway, walking back and forth and speaking very loudly. We had to ask this person to go elsewhere to take the call.
Another serious issue happened on our last day. I found what appeared to be a bed bug on my bed. I took photos and reported it at checkout. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem knowledgeable about bed bugs and did not acknowledge the issue, even after I showed them the pictures. I wanted to be fair and inform them so they could address the problem, but it was extremely uncomfortable, especially since we had stayed three nights and only noticed it at the end.

The hotel is located near the city center. We didn’t need to use public transport to visit the main sightseeing spots. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want to save time and money by walking around the city center. The price matched our expectations and offered great value. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.
The shower area was a bit uncomfortable to use, which may be due to the room being a standard type, but overall it didn’t affect the stay much.

There is always a huge line in the reception, the bathroom especially the shower is small and uncomfortable, the shower heads are very old and there is no bath cover so your bathroom is always wet, very small rooms as well.

Pleasant
Clean good location walking to many good tourist places
Breakfast was so so. We book the transportation to airport, either the hotel staff did not care or they are just trying to sell expensive car service from outside cabs, out booked car did not show (or maybe it was never booked) and they try to make us take two smaller cars which are much more expensive. We used uber at the end, it was 1/2 of the price from the hotel and much faster.
