Food option was good
The front desk and manager provided terrible service. Our room was directly facing a wall, and the carpet was so dirty that it had a foul odor. When I requested a room change, I was informed that we were in the city center and that they couldn’t accommodate my request. I couldn’t comprehend their reasoning.
Additionally, I had to leave a day earlier due to inclement weather (bad snow storm with flight cancellations). I spoke to a few front desk personnel to explain the situation, but I received conflicting answers. Some said I would receive a refund, while others were clueless and told me that the manager wasn’t available.
After multiple attempts over two to three days, I finally managed to speak to a manager. All she had to say was to email the hotel and that they would get back to me. At that point, a day before my departure, it was the only option I had. I emailed the hotel, 2-3 days later I received a simple, short response: “We cannot accommodate your request.”

Our room was prepared incorrectly, we ordered two beds and there were two beds with a mattress topper on top and it was made as one bed. I tried to call down to the front desk with the phone in the room but the phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell phone. They did come up and rectify it. We tried to use theme thermostat, it was frozen so maintenance had to come back upstairs after replacing the phone to remove the thermostat off the wall, blow off dust and reset it for to to work to lower the temp in the room. Other than that, it was fine.

Everything! The check in and out process, the included breakfast daily, the supportive staff at all times. Walking distance to major train station and all locals. A 10/10 hotel for your stay in Prague

Pillows were so comfy , really good breakfast with lots of choice . Staff very helpful and friendly . Rooms spotless. When the taxi we ordered through the hotel to collect us from the airport was late the hotel the next day even though it wasn't the hotels fault they surprised us with an apology note and a bottle of Prosecco to our room which was a lovely gesture . Would return .
