Location location location. The hotel is in walking distance from the train station and about 20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast was amazing with many many options. Both European style and American style breakfast options.

Breakfast was excellent, a lot of choices of sweets and taarts. omlette was perfect as well. the room was big and comfy.

The breakfast was wonderful. The overall stay was great except for the things below.
I asked two times for the air conditioner and coffee maker to be looked because they didn’t work or I didn’t know how to use them. They never worked the entire time. I didn’t bother with asking again.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was good. The staff were nice and polite
There is no view from the room ,it's facing another hotel that requires to close the curtains all the time.
The bathtub is to high and not comfortable.

Location is great.
Room is also good.
Staff weren’t that friendly with me.
The reception staff and the guy at the door outside who helped other people with their luggage but didn’t help me just because I had 1 luggage. I found that to be a bit rude.
Not so welcoming overall, staff seems a bit too serious and no smiles.
