I was fined 8 euros because I was late in the check out for 20 minutes, which is not long time We paid a deposit upon check in The hotel didn't provide me with free water

Disappointing
The location is definitely a major advantage and one of the best parts of the stay. The reception staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations for a true 5-star property and felt more like a good 3.5-star hotel. The cleanliness was rather average. Although the breakfast had a large variety, the quality and taste were not very good. The food was very oily, with a heavy focus on processed meats and cold cuts and very limited vegetable options. We also dined at the hotel’s Asian restaurant, which was highly rated, but unfortunately we found it overpriced and disappointing. The food was very oily and heavy, especially the pasta and risotto dishes. Another disappointing point was the spa showers on the last day. During check-in, we were told we could use showers after check-out before our flight, but later discovered the spa charges separately for shower access. Even more confusing, I was charged €10 while my friend was charged €5 for the exact same service. This felt unprofessional and misleading.

Very modern and gorgeous hotel - great facilities and team. Location was a convenient 10 mins walk to the center of Old Town - worked well for us! Spacious and clean rooms with a lovely bathroom.
Not sure if this is across all rooms but our shower was in the bathtub, didn’t impact us in any way but worth being mindful of if this isn’t suitable for you.

Overall liked the whole stay very clean, all staff helpful and smiling
The the larger 2 room 3 bed room would be nice to have had 2 bathrooms but was still acceptable for our stay.
