Good selection and quality of breakfast food, hours were amazing (0630-1030) which gave us a lot of flexibility. The couples massage in the spa was reasonable priced and was enjoyable. Car was parked underground but staff was always quick to bring it up when needed. Room and bathroom matched photos, nice accommodations.
Wish the aircon in the room worked a bit better. Elevators kept having issues but staff was always quick to fix. The shower was nice an powerful but it was impossible to keep the bathroom dry since there is essentialy no shower door.

The the larger 2 room 3 bed room would be nice to have had 2 bathrooms but was still acceptable for our stay.

The room was spacious, it allowed all parties to live separately and together simultaneously. It was conveniently located; walkable to mini markets, restaurants and public transportation. The staff was polite and professional.

The location was excellent. Room size good.
Carpet was very badly stained and looked filthy. Complained at front desk but received no further feedback. Definitely not a five star hotel. Breakfast buffet good selection but hot items were always cold.

It was my 4th hotel in 7 nights and I couldn't believe what I was getting for the price! The room was spacious with a large bathtub. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing.
