Pillows were so comfy , really good breakfast with lots of choice . Staff very helpful and friendly . Rooms spotless. When the taxi we ordered through the hotel to collect us from the airport was late the hotel the next day even though it wasn't the hotels fault they surprised us with an apology note and a bottle of Prosecco to our room which was a lovely gesture . Would return .

Fabulous location for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice modern decor. The breakfast was amazing. A huge choice of fresh food. Would stay here again.
The bar is expensive but expected in this type of hotel. And it shut at 12 midnight. Was hopeful it would stay open longer for customers staying at the hotel.

food is ok except some green salads , pls add it
room has no coffee machine with capsule coffee machine
room was given 2 single bed but I have selected a booked room for big bed /tiwwin) informed earlier, confimed by hotel
then wnt to room to see single beds and went to reception re asked again and she changed it but its not a good image , tired between rooms to chage .Please pay attention with your staff not to tire the customer in the hotel due to wrong attention.

The overall facility was beyond my expectations, you could not be impressed with the breakfast, varied and covered all tastes.
The corner Junior Suite was roomy, well equipped and homely.
Email response prior to arriving could be improved.

Good central location
Our room which we had upgraded to a junior suite was on 2nd floor (room 233 to be specific) above main entrance. Of our 4 mornings there we were woken between 5am and 5.30am by Lorry’s and workers extremely loud out on street. Spoke to reception staff and where told nothing could be done about it.
Extremely disappointing as we were work every morning extremely early which ruined our break and first experience of Prague.
