I would like to give a special mention to Roman, who is a wonderful example of how much a person’s passion for their job can make a difference.
Despite being older in age, Roman is incredibly energetic, cheerful, and always welcoming. He is a great conversationalist, genuinely enjoys what he does, and gives every guest a level of personal attention that makes you feel truly valued.
Roman is a perfect example of how loving your profession and caring about people can completely change the impression guests have of a place. His positive attitude and dedication definitely made my experience at the hotel more enjoyable.

Good location near the old town and the train station. Good breakfast. Excellent wi-fi. The photo we see in booking is of the reception and the common areas (including the breakfast room), which are modern and cool (But only those areas).
The rooms are relatively compact, the room facilities are old. Stayed in room 621 and 622.
The bathrooms, including the showers, show signs of age and may not align with the high standards one would anticipate from an upscale establishment.
The view from the room is an inner atrium, not pleasant.

I asked for a conference room for just 3 people akk they had were large rooms at a 100 Euros an hour that was not acceptable

We had an excellent stay at Grandium Hotel. The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the old town and within walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The parking spot, and location of the hotel, but really nice staff!
Interieur, looks good on the outside but it’s a disco of mirrors and ugly gold when you’re really there. Rooms are also a bit out dated

Excellent location, right in the heart of Prague, yet in an extremely quiet area. The hotel was spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide and varied selection. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again!

The breakfast was extensive and enjoyable and the location was perfect since we traveled by train.
Free mini bar. We stayed at another hotel in Vienna before coming to you. 4 stars and they give us free minibar.
