Amazing location, very friendly staff, the food was great, overall - everything was great! Will definitely stay here again.
The room is a bit noisy, means, we hear very well the neighbor rooms (talking, door knocking etc). As we are out most of the day it is not big of a deal at all, but something to mention :)

Location was perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the city center with access to restaurants, shops and city and tourist transportation to the different attractions. The hotel includes a delicios and ample selection for breakfast, which we got to enjoy before heading out to visit the city. The bar offers happy hour, but you can also get a coffee or dessert. The room was comfortable and had air conditioner, which was a must for us.

Very good location. Almost within walking distance of all major attractions. Breakfast has a wide spread. Rooms are modern, neat and clean; most importantly, the bed is very comfortable. Staff is friendly. Overall, a very good hotel.

I have stayed before in this hotel and is absolutely perfect.Is close to the train station and also is close to the centre of the gorgeous Prague. Staff is friendly, and the rooms are lovely. Food is also very nice and has a nice bar. This time I couldn't enjoy the the sauna but I recommend it.

Food- quantity vs. quality..low grade products, same food every day, presented in a poor way,mostly industrial and not cooked from scratch… asked for a latte with soy- got steamed soy and asked to add the coffee myself
Staff not greeting, not friendly makes you feel like you interrupted them
The hotel is way overrated
As we checked out no one thanked for our business or asked how it was
It was all about the money, the deposit etc… same as we entered no one cared , we must pay before seeing the room+ a deposit that will be returned after we leave
Must indicate extremely low toilet and sink( were told this is the standard when asked if our room is handicap accessible?)

Wonderful, clean hotel with great staff, in a convenient location to walk to old town and other attractions. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything to do with this hotel from was good, the breakfast, to the bar staff etc. Location was excellent for us, close to the railway station in came in from Zermatt (~600m), to being in easy walking distant to the old town (~900m) to having good restaurants close by. I would recommend going to breakfast earlier rather than later as it became quite busy later during the breakfast period.
The lifts were getting a little old and making a lot of noise.
