Greta stay at the Grandium. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast and super friendly staff.
Couldn’t use the bathtub as the bathtub stopper was broken…

It’s a nice hotel overall, just not worth the price and far from a true 5-star experience (more like a low-end 4-star). We asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together with a gap in the middle. The bathroom was tiny with no shelf space or towel hooks, there wasn't even free water in the room. To top it off, a bellhop grabbed our suitcases without asking, tried to push restaurant recommendations on us, and then requested a tip for a service we never asked for.

The main advantage of the hotel is its breakfast, with a very wide variety of options. The location was good, and the room was clean.
They asked for a security deposit at the reception in case we break something. Weird, but ok. To our surprise, they tried to convince us that every hotel does it in other countries, which is not true.
Weird to experience something like this at a 5-star hotel.
The shower head was strange and very strong, it felt broken. When we asked to change it, they brought the same one. The floor in the bathroom was always covered in water.

I found the hotel awesome the SPA ladies are absolute friendly people, the breakfast has a lot to offer and the place is so ideal.

A very comfortable hotel, close to everything. A rich breakfast.
There’s only a bath in the room and not a shower. The breakfast is rich but everyday it’s almost the same menu.

Transport from the Airport to the hotel is easy and cheap using bus and Metro. The hotel was warm and welcoming and the breakfast was great, lots of choice and as much as you want. The hotel to the old square was about a 10 minute wander although it's easy to get distracted with all of the sights and sounds.
