Location is great.
Room is also good.
Staff weren’t that friendly with me.
The reception staff and the guy at the door outside who helped other people with their luggage but didn’t help me just because I had 1 luggage. I found that to be a bit rude.
Not so welcoming overall, staff seems a bit too serious and no smiles.

The hotel is in an excellent location. There are plenty of stops for public transportation nearby, including the central railway station. Almost all the main points of interest in the city are within walking distance.
The reception desk clerks are very friendly and efficient. I want to mention Lukas and Diana in particular, but all the staff were really great.
The room was quiet, as requested, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast was very generous and tasty, with a good variety of products.
All in all, I recommend the Grandium for a pleasurable stay in Prague.
The bedside table did not have any drawers, and neither did the closet.

It was close to the train station, about 5min walk. The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to the room. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable to sleep on. Walking distance to old town, astronomical clock and charles bridge. We had a massage from their spa. It was affordable! The therapists were very professional and accomodating. Especially Angie and Giselle, highly recommended! The best hotel from our trip!

The breakfast buffet was very good. The hotel was bright and cheery.
We asked the front desk twice to fix our air conditioning and coffee maker, and they never worked properly. We even put a note on the coffee maker to have it looked at. We opened the window to cool the room off and never got the coffee maker working properly.
If not for these issues, I'd give it a top rating in all categories.
If you lowered the prices in the lobby bar to the going rate for the area, you'd fill it with guests.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel has excellent location with only a few minutes walk to city center with shops and restaurants and only a 10-15 minute walk to Old Town. The hotel was very clean and beautiful, the breakfast buffet was very nice with lots of options to choose from and even a "make your own omelette" station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday.

The Staff ( Except for the one person who asked about my cards details when checking in because of the deposit which is very weird ).
The Location is very central. Robes, slippers and extra useful stuff in room. Storage for Luggage.
Nosiy in the morgen due to construction beside the hotel. The room decoration is ancient not suitable for such a hotel. No Toothbrush or paste in room.

Service is decent and attentive.
over-reated and far from center. Part of the hotel is rather old. The other part is nice but still value for money is not good enough. The place is far from the historical center and old city and Jewish quarter. Reviews for its location were not accurate.

The TV was too small for the size of the living room, and there was no TV in the bedroom.
