location is great, food and staff are rather good too!
having to walk thru clouds of cigarette smoke and vapes as smokers stood outside
effectively blocking the entry doors to the hotel. Hotel value is alittle on th exxie side

Lovely design, absolutely spotless everywhere, the staff were beyond lovely, helpful & helpful. The location was amazing walking distance for literally everything, so much around the hotel. Me & my boyfriend hired out the private spa package it was an hour completely private with a jacuzzi & sauna it was amazing and cheap definitely recommend booking this.

Location it is definetly+++ center...all is only a walk distances..Wenceslas Square a few minutes
View from the my room on some kind of Office....OK bad luck for me...1 bathrobe for me and my wife....not even 1 pair of house slippers for us....1 bathroom set for TWO!!! person in the room?? Are you serious??in the 5 stars Hotel??? Icing on the cake....small bottle of the wine and water on the table it is NOT complimentary in the 5 stars Hotels ...like is usually everywhere in the WORLD!

The hotel is located near the city center. We didn’t need to use public transport to visit the main sightseeing spots. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you want to save time and money by walking around the city center. The price matched our expectations and offered great value. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.
The shower area was a bit uncomfortable to use, which may be due to the room being a standard type, but overall it didn’t affect the stay much.

Hotel was fabulous, decor was beautiful. I stayed for 2 nights. It was so central to all the tourist attractions. Bedroom and bathroom was extremely clean. Buffet breakfast was gorgeous with a huge variety of food. Staff were extremely friendly. Staff member gave all of us all a small box of chocolates when we were departing, I told of highly recommend this hotel to anybody.

only the Breakfast is good
1- the toilet and shower don't have ventilation and this is very dangerous for health,
2- housekeeping are very lazy and they make the room arrangements late,
3- all rooms have internal views looking the restaurant roof and other rooms which was very bad,
4- rooms internal walls sound insulation are very bad as you heard the neighbor rooms while talking,
5- street in front of the hotel is not illuminated at night, very dangerous,
6- staff in restaurant and housekeeping are not familiar with the English language which lead to difficult communication,
7- All TV channels are not in English except few news channels and only one new Arabic channel.
8- Hotel services don't recap with a five stars hotel
