We arrived earlier than check in time, rooms were ready and a great welcome. Breakfast options were vast, replenished regularly and large seating area so no problem in finding a table. Frequented the hotel bar regularly, good service and nice atmosphere. Had dinner in hotel restaurant one evening, food was delicious and service excellent. Reception staff were really helpful when dealing with an item that needed cleaning.
Champagne bar wasn't open during our stay! Foyer was always busy with lots of suitcases.

Hard to find parking there but u can give the car to the valet who will park it , hotel charges 39€ for 1 night park !

The room given to us on the first night was a bit cold and the beds were not suitable for us. Second and third night changed us into better and bigger rooms. Very pleased.

A very rich and varied breakfast. Clean rooms. A wonderful location—just a few minutes’ walk to the main square and only a few minutes from the PRIMERK. Very close to the metro and tram ; a central and convenient place to stay
he heating/air conditioning in the room didn’t work. It seems to be a known issue, yet the hotel didn’t inform us. When I complained, they offered to bring a radiator heater. The problem was eventually solved, but for a hotel of this level I would expect the climate control to work properly.
Most of the dining room staff didn’t really speak English, and it took a long time to explain that we needed gluten-free bread.
A point for improvement: diversify the gluten-free options available

Great location. The spa var lovely, massage there was good. Happy hour was good, great drinks and cosy place to sit at before heading to dinner. Shower in room was really great.
Rooms were a little dated, had some dirty stains on my nightstand. No black out blinds in room. Breakfast was just okay.
