Breakfast has many lines, still, the food is the same everyday.
The area is quiet.
they don't have slippers. There are separated elevator of each roome zone.

Location - few steps away from Main railway station, National museum, Old Town and many more top spots.
Bed - comfortable.
Breakfast - big time window, wide sorts of products, always plenty of free tables
Room - little too tiny, rug was messy, cannot open window
Elevators - there is 9+ elevators, but only one is to your block/room. It`s a bit disorienting, especially for a women :)

The hotel is conveniently located close the train station, town square, Charles Bridge, and all of the other notable sights of Prague.
It took a bit to understand the layout.

People smoked right outside doors, had to go thru every time we left or came back. Could not open window. Staff kept slamming closet doors.

The location is great. We went everywhere on foot, the staff is super nice and very helpful. The room (double standard) was comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping staff was great. A rich breakfast bouffe with anything you could think of. We will be returning. To Prague definetly and to the Grandium of course.

Disappointing
The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of the main attractions and sights. The location is convenient for exploring the city on foot.
Although the hotel is advertised as a five-star property, the overall experience doesn’t come close to five-star standards — in my opinion, not even four-star.
Even basic details you would normally expect at this level are missing. For example, the water placed on the table in the room is chargeable, whereas complimentary bottled water is standard in many good four- and five-star hotels. Overall, the service and amenities simply don’t reflect the rating the hotel claims to have.

Wonderful
I would like to give a special mention to Roman, who is a wonderful example of how much a person’s passion for their job can make a difference.
Despite being older in age, Roman is incredibly energetic, cheerful, and always welcoming. He is a great conversationalist, genuinely enjoys what he does, and gives every guest a level of personal attention that makes you feel truly valued.
Roman is a perfect example of how loving your profession and caring about people can completely change the impression guests have of a place. His positive attitude and dedication definitely made my experience at the hotel more enjoyable.
