Good beds , clean rooms
There is always a huge line in the reception, the bathroom especially the shower is small and uncomfortable, the shower heads are very old and there is no bath cover so your bathroom is always wet, very small rooms as well.

The lobby was a nice area to relax. The breakfast had a broad range of options. The staff were very accommodating when we asked to store bags. Room cleaning was efficient.
The rooms were slightly warm at times and the bed sheets had pen on them.

We really liked the hotel. It is located within a 5-minute walk of Wenceslas Square, exchange offices, the Vytopna restaurant, Vodafone, the National Museum, the Opera House, and many shops (including Lidl).
The room was cozy. Wi-Fi works well throughout the entire hotel.
Breakfast was tasty and varied. Every morning at breakfast there was a stand at the entrance with freshly squeezed orange juice and champagne.
The staff were polite and attentive. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!
The glass shower screen only covered half of the bathtub, so when taking a shower, water splashed all over the bathroom, making the floor wet.
