Very good location; one of the comfortable family room I’ve seen in Europe, friendly staff
Breakfast was really awful. I’ve never seen a breakfast so low in quality and made just for cost-cutting. One of the most disturbing thing was that they only put peeled banana, so that people only eat there and could not grab one when they leave; and at the end they became all black. I find it a very cheap way. And there were many details like that.

Location, amenities, kind personnel, spacious bathroom
Room space, room view, quality of pillows and narrow shower. Privacy is also a problem when being in the bathroom as there is only a glass sliding door that doesn't close firmly.

Great location for seeing the main sites and very close to metro and tram stops.
The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice. Made a good start to a day of taking in the sites.
Can't think of anything to complain about at all.
