The check-in was smooth, and the staff very welcoming. Breakfast variety was well-planned, there is something different each day. Our room was located in a quiet zone. Very near to grocery shops and some great restos.
It could be a little crowded during breakfast, so eating earlier than 9am is advised.

Very good location. Close to public transportation. Clean. Good breakfast. The housekeepers are not as good as we expected, but each time we call for service, we get a response in reasonable time.

The Breakfast Buffet was amazing...never saw so many different choices geared to every kind of taste...
I was not too thrilled that the Queen bed had 2 separate sheets and that the shower only had a half a door...guess I'm used to a complete shower door so that the water stays in the shower and not on the floor...but I figured out what to do so it didn't happen again...nor was there a clock in the room...otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable..

The hotel was a short walk from old town. Tram right outside the main entrance. So good location. Room was comfy and clean. Quite small but rooms were soundproof. So nice and quiet. Breakfast was everything you expected. Including an omelette station. Staff were friendly on arrival and checkin was smooth. Iron and iron board in room (unusual these days).
Spa wasn’t part of the hotel and was an extra 22€ for 90 mins. 1 sauna, 1 steam room, 1 aromatherapy room plus a hot (warm) tub. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world, and this wouldn’t stack up against most of them. Defo a 4* in my opinion. Bur price definitely represented a 5*.

The Grandior is a luxurious hotel in a great location with generously sized rooms and excellent staff. The hotel is located at the edge of the old town centre, with all attractions within walking distance. The breakfast facilities are outstanding,
The hotel had on-premise parking available which was a bonus, however the extra cost was substantial. Not actually a complaint as expensive inner-city parking is to be expected, but it still hurts a little for those who travel by car.
