Staff were really helpful. Enabled me to park up early, check in early, dump my luggage in the room and go and explore Prague. The room was large and spacious. Well equipped. Free WiFi. Bathroom with bath, shower and bidet. The AC was effective and quiet. Blackout curtains kept the room dark. The windows keep the room quiet.
Really good night's sleep followed by an excellent breakfast. Plentiful and varied with dishes cooked to order in the restaurant.
House keeping staff were lovely and friendly too, nothing was too much trouble for anyone.
There was nothing not to like.

Beautiful building with a very comfortable feel. Rooms were presented perfectly, all amenities as expected. House keeping were excellent also. Breakfast was very varied with lots of good stuff. Overall a lot was very good!
The lifts were temperamental which was annoying
Occasionally felt the staff were a little dismissive and not as welcoming as I’d have hoped. Including an instance where our room card didn’t work and when I mentioned this to the reception staff instead of quickly swapping out for a working card, told us the card did indeed work and they wanted to go back to our room on the eighth floor with us to test it. Mood of the staff changed immediately after they tested it and also saw it didn’t work.

The service was very very kind and useful.
As soon as we arrived the receptionist helped us find the perfect restaurant.
The hotel is kept very clean and tidy, and the place is very quiet. Very good value for money.
The towels.
They were hard and not easy on the body.

Excellent location , tram in from of the hotel and public transportation hub a few steps away . Palladium mall within walkable distance. The suite had a stunning view of the city and was spotless clean . Special thanks to Mr Rastislav the front desk night duty manager for his superb customer service , very welcoming and always smiling . Will be back again .

Breakfast was fantastic, incredible choice. The location is good, pretty central but not heaving with tourists. Bus and tram stops outside.
I couldn't turn the air conditioning off, only down, unless I removed the key card and then I had no lights or TV. It was a warm week but I didn't need it on all the time. I would have preferred a bedside lamp.

The stuff was great. Very kind and nice people. Always tried to help me. The room size was good, and bathtub was great.
I was sick so I had to stay on my room for two days. There were wi-fi problems all the time. It got connected and disconnected every few seconds. Most of the time it was disconnected. When I pay for a four/five star hotel, I expect the wi-fi to work in my room. I can deal with no wi-fi and just use cellular data but when I wanted to use cellular data, I couldn’t because there was no cellular reception at the room as well. No signal almost the entire stay in the room. That means I couldn’t do Zoom work, I couldn’t call anyone, I couldn’t order online food or anything that I needed. The staff was great and tried to help me, but they didn’t manage to fix it. They offered to move me to a different room but I was sick and couldn’t move much. It was very disappointing. I didn’t get any compensation. It was very disappointing and hard to manage like that.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location was good, about 20 minutes walk from the main railway station and a bus stop across the road for accessing sites around Prague.
