Wonderful
The room was comfortable and silent. The breakfast was very tasty and the choice was fantastic. The tram stop is in front of the hotel, however the location is quite close to the city center.
The staff is very kind and helpful.

Clean. Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The shower wasn’t very good. The water went everywhere and I could move it up or down.

Very small and outdated room.
Poor breakfast, every day was less and less options available. 5 star hotel and they just provide 2 types of ham and 3 types of cheeses and the rest of the products provided have very poor quality

Good variety at breakfast, convenient location from some great restaurants (strongly recommend the newly opened Hansik nearby for a special meal or Puro for amazing gelato). Room was clean and very spacious.
No proper soap dispensers in the bathroom, just a shower gel type container that was difficult to squeeze. Tv screen was small, no complimentary water in the room although there’s free tea and coffee. Gym is functional, but very small and needs an upgrade. There’s a strong smell of perfume in the reception that is very noticeable.

This hotel is located in front of the tram line and is only a 15 - 20 minute walk to Old town square. It is also one subway stop away from the main train station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.
We were on the 8th floor and found our room to be quiet and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good and there was a good selection of hot and cold dishes.

The location is good and the room is bright, clean and has AC , bed is comfy. The staff is friendly, special thanks to Thomáš Porters he’s professional and helpful.
