Very well located and clean! U had a big balcony that I used to see the sunset and take some coffee lookit at the streets. The breakfast was the best part, yummy, organized, with variety and on sunday there was a woman playing the piano, excellent ambience!
It was ok, the gym is too small and basic. They forgot to tell the person from the car to pick me up at the airport, good thing it was easy to get an uber there. Also I got an appointment at the spa for a thai massage, very expensive and not good at all, did not like it and was not as string as I asked for, please dont waste your money there.

Breakfast , location and the staff.
Both the room and bathroom are in need of updates. The accommodations reflect a 4-star standard rather than the 5-star experience advertised. On our first day, we experienced a water leak in the bathroom caused by an outdated showerhead. While the staff resolved the issue promptly, a problem of this nature should not occur at a 5-star property.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel restaurant served one of the best steaks I've ever had. The complimentary drinks on arrival were a wonderfully welcoming touch!

The room was big and comfortable but it was on the second floor on the city side. So it was quite noisy (tramway etc...) Breakfast was nice and lot of choice. The location was perfect. Only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the old city.
Nothing really... just maybe the gym is smaller than expected.

No english spoken TV channels beside news, lot of German and Chech sinhronyzed. Bathroom door was a sliding one, come on guys ...

Comfortable, clean, quiet, good staff. Conveniently located Bus and trams in front of hotel.
Carpet could probably use a steam clean but was still acceptable given the amount of traffic it recieves.
