Wonderful
The location was very good, and our triple room was a nice size for our family. The breakfast selection was very good too although after five days of the same thing it did get a bit old. They had waffles for only one of the five days that we were there - would be nice if it had been a daily offering. I also loved the fact that there was a spa on site in the basement. Not affiliated with the hotel and it's a separate company, but I made good use of the spa services every evening and it was such a treat after a long day of walking :)
Didn't like the fact that there were always people standing outside the hotel smoking at the entrance. But it being a public area, I guess there isn't anything that could be done.

A great hotel in Prague. Central to everything we wanted to do, including a visit to a ballet in the Opera House. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and very friendly.

A wonderful hotel with true European hospitality. I was delighted with the stylish interior, the spotless cleanliness of the room, and the very comfortable beds. I'd especially like to mention the delicious and filling breakfasts, which gave me energy for the entire day. The location is very convenient for exploring the city, with many excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place to all travelers!

Good location, clean fresh facilities and very friendly efficient staff
Booked and paid for large suite at a premium price and also paid extra € to upgrade to stay extra nights in the same room to join a group booking with expectation the living area would be similar to promo pictures showing a large area with sofa, table and tv. Understand not all suites are the same and pictures are generalised for promotion but unfortunately our suite’s living area was at least half the size depicted. Living area was a pokey alcove with no sofa and uncomfortable chairs.
