clean room, great breakfast, nice hotel, comfortable room big enough.
shower is not comfortable, can not hang the water streamer. the toilet buttons almost fall off the wall and no one fixed it even though that it was obvious when cleaning the room

Exceptionally clean hotel. Comfortable deluxe room. Tram lines directly outside. Comprehensive breakfast buffet.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely brilliant!
The fitness center would benefit greatly from an equipment upgrade. Additionally, it would be a significant improvement if the room were cleaned and tidied every morning.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was so good with a vast variety. The staff were so friendly and lovely. Everything was always clean and the best part is that the bus station is right in-front of it, making it super easy to go around; anywhere.
