The location is good.
In my opinion, this hotel requires significant improvements. It does not meet five-star standards—in reality, it feels closer to a three-star property. While it is decent overall, it is certainly not at the level one would expect from a five-star hotel, which can be quite misleading for guests.

The Grandior Hotel Prague is an excellent 5* hotel and all the staff are working with true professionalism. We stayed for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. Also I would like to mention Arasta and Marketta from the Reception department because they made our thoughts about the hotel unforgettable. As a Reception employee in my country I really know how difficult is our job and we want to thank you for your service. We want to come back and we really recommend it.

most things, especially proximity to meetings I needed to attend and being able to be central to things i could enjoy after work in the evenings
the bed was not comfortable- only issue the temperature of the room could not be adjusted - i opened the window, the helped to some extent

Old style grand hotel, 15 minutes walk to old square alternatively tram station right in front of the hotel. Take a 24 hr or 72 hr tkt and explore every corner
