Hotel was in walking distance to centre and river. Room was great, breakfast lovely and staff excellent.
Guests would stand outside reception doors smoking, which you could also smell in reception area. Restaurant and bar was in the lobby/reception of hotel which felt like sitting in an airport waiting room. Was not relaxing eating or having drinks with the amount of people too-ing and fro-ing. Gym was like a closet. And it is extra payment to use the spa area.

Excellent stay! The property is located right in the city center and is easily accessible to all public transportation, which made getting around very convenient. A special thanks to the hardworking staff who cleaned our room every day. During the five days we stayed, after long walks and tours, we always returned to a spotless room with neatly arranged sheets. It was such a pleasant feeling to come back and relax in a clean and comfortable space. Breakfast is really good lots of selection! Highly recommended!!
The only small issue we experienced was with the air conditioning. A few times during the night, I woke up feeling warm and noticed the room temperature had risen to around 24.5°C. Aside from that minor concern, everything else about our stay was wonderful.

Fitness facility had some free weights and not just a weight machine. Friendly staff at check in and check out. Lots of choices for the breakfast buffet. Room decor was very nice. Has a bath tub which I used.

Excellent welcome during an efficient check-in. My request was honoured without any fuss and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel seems to be well managed. There was a decent spread for breakfast with a nice atmosphere that I'm pleased to say, didn't have any annoying background music of someone tinkling on a piano or blowing on a saxophone! Why do so many hotels have that now? A great location in the city with easy travel, due to a tram stop at the front of the hotel and a short walk to the Florenc underground station. There is a spa and wellness area that looked nice, although I didn't have time to use it on this occasion. I would happily stay here again.
One of the house keepers entered my room before my check out time, even though I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign attached to the handle of my room! Other than that, everything was great.
