Very Good
The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check into the room early before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and the location is very good—close to the Palladium shopping center and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Bad room, no comfortable , I booked double room I got separated beds and very small beds like for children. Also I been charged of 20 min delayed check out by 20 € unless that I informed that I was not satisfied.

The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely brilliant!
The fitness center would benefit greatly from an equipment upgrade. Additionally, it would be a significant improvement if the room were cleaned and tidied every morning.

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was so good with a vast variety. The staff were so friendly and lovely. Everything was always clean and the best part is that the bus station is right in-front of it, making it super easy to go around; anywhere.

Nothing different from any 5 stars hotel. Location is perfect, close to old town 10 minutes and you're there, tram station in front of hotel door. Breakfast is very delicious with variety of dishes and baked goods.

Bathroom with tub dangerous get in and out of. Difficult and tight fixtures to turn shower on. Too modern/ no place in bathroom or bedroom to store personal items.

I liked cleaning of the room, bed was so comfy
Bathroom door was not closed it always whatever you do stays open, I did not like check in timing it is at 3 pm always, beside for the 5 star hotel sauna was paid which is not good, and most important there was not free water in the hotel they sell water in the room so expensive like 18 czk normal price water they put in 95 czk which is absurd. And they have old information in Booking.com for example it is written al toiletries will be from locciante but no way we even did not find good shampoo or conditioner it was very standard from bottle which is unknown

Some of my personal belongings were stolen during my stay, and despite informing the staff immediately, there was no serious attempt made to address the situation or even show proper concern. This lack of action and interest was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. In addition, the overall quality of the hotel and its services was very poor and far below expectations, which made my stay uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. Given what happened, I kindly request that you take the necessary steps to investigate the incident and compensate me for the loss I experienced, as well as improve the level of service to prevent similar issues for future guests.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and very clea
We chose this hotel because one of my daughters has celiac disease, and we were promised a gluten-free breakfast buffet. In reality, every morning we had to ask the staff, and all we received was two small slices of bread and a cookie. Additionally, our children got stuck in the elevator for about 30 minutes. They pressed the emergency button, but no one came. Only when their mobile phone signal suddenly returned were they able to call the reception for help.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable
The rooms are old, dusty carpeting, the shower was super uncomfortable. Half open and all the water splashed outside. Also, breakfast was pretty simple

Location was great, we had easy/cheap options to reach most places we had an interest in.
Breakfast might be lacking some options for Kosher-keeping people, as well as some more variety of protein / wholesome / meat options. Spa was a little too quiet for me, to be honest; it became creepy the longer I stayed.
