The location of the hotel is wonderful. But the hotel itself needs renovation. outdated room stock. Fungus in the bathroom. Sometimes you get into rooms that you want to take pictures of and send to colleagues to show, but here is a regular room like in a 3-star hotel. Parking is available in the basement of the hotel, but the price is 40 Euros per day. On my wife's birthday, the hotel presented 2 coupons for a drink at the bar (the most common and cheapest wine). other hotels had dessert or a plate of fruit. It's not necessary, but it's still a nice little thing. at the expense of breakfast, again, the usual basic breakfast. Toasts, porridge, eggs, long queues for omelets, various pastries, 1 waffle machine for which there was a queue. in general, an ordinary 3-4 star hotel, perhaps in the Czech Republic there is a different hotel classification system and according to this system this hotel corresponds to 5 stars, but I do not understand this.

Disappointing
I’ve traveled around the world and have never been treated as bad as I had been treated at the Grandior. The staff was terrible and rude. I will never return to this place. It is obvious they do not like Americans. Rude rude rude!

Very comfortable and clean rooms and they provide a good selection for breakfast. Staff were friendly and it was an easy walk to places like the old town
