Front desk staff was very helpful. The room was very quiet, and that was much appreciated. Facilities are limited. Breakfast selection was very good. Location is very good.
Most rooms have no real view. Ours and many, many others look into a wide light well. You can see the sky and other parts of the building but no view.
Also, they need to enforce the no-smoking ban in front of the main entry. A multistory building will always act like a chimney, so every time the front doors slide open (and it's very busy, so that's very often), the building draws air on from the street and all that smoke. The entry corridor from the street, of about 15m, was always smoky.

Nothing different from any 5 stars hotel. Location is perfect, close to old town 10 minutes and you're there, tram station in front of hotel door.
Breakfast is very delicious with variety of dishes and baked goods.

Good location
Bathroom with tub dangerous get in and out of. Difficult and tight fixtures to turn shower on. Too modern/ no place in bathroom or bedroom to store personal items.

The breakfast at the hotel was of a very high standard. I enjoyed it. The location is also close to the centre.
I didn't like the neglected rooms. The carpet was stained and the white leatherette sofa was dirty. Both should be replaced, as this is a 5 star hotel and should meet certain parameters (but cleanliness is not). The bathroom was clean, large and apparently renovated.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are very clean, the hotel is very close to the City center and all the major attractions in Prague. The staff was also very kind, they helped us with everything we asked for. We will come back for sure!
