The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind. The location is also great because it is really close to everything and central.

Close to the central train station, several shopping malls and to the old town. Room was comfortable, clean a quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent, had good food variety, quality pastries and everything was fresh. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall, we’re sure to be back again.

It's nice and clean with friendly staff.
I don't like that in theory there are a lot of facilities, but in practice everything is sold to a third party where they overcharge you for it. In western Europe this is barely a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location; very clean and safe; the water pressure in the bath was greatly appreciated. The room is also quite spacious.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Looks like a 4 stars one. The elevators are a nightmare! The options for the breakfast were also quite limited and not really appetising.

We could do absolutely nothing about the wristwatch that was left in our room and disappeared after we returned from breakfast. The hotel took no responsibility whatsoever and showed no meaningful interest in resolving the issue. Whether this was due to staff access or a serious security failure, the fact remains that an item went missing from our room and the hotel effectively washed its hands of the situation. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer a professional and secure stay. I cannot imagine being more dissatisfied.

Very Good
The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check into the room early before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and the location is very good—close to the Palladium shopping center and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.
