The hotel has a great location. The bus stop and metro station are both within walking distance, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also Indian restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made our stay very convenient.

Overall, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent.
The only thing I was disappointed about was my interaction with the receptionist on Saturday, 27 June. I first spoke with her by phone at around 7:00 a.m., and then met her in person at the reception at around 11:00 a.m. Unfortunately, I found the way she handled the situation to be unprofessional and below the level of service I would expect from a five-star hotel. A guest should feel listened to, respected, and treated with courtesy, even when dealing with a difficult situation. I hope the hotel addresses this, as it did not reflect the otherwise outstanding standard of hospitality I experienced during my stay. This stay would have been a perfect 10/10, but because of this experience, I'm giving it an 8/10.
