The location gave ready access to the attractions of Prague. Having the tram/bus stop right at the front was a real advantage. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast had a great range for international visitors. After a long flight in from Australia, the comfortable king size bed was brilliant. Considering its location, the facilities were excellent. The happy hour deal was good. I requested a quiet room and got exactly that. Right down the back on the 8th floor and we did not hear anything for the 3 days of our stay. This was much appreciated.
Having paid so much for the hotel, I was a bit surprised when we had to pay for that bottle of water. Luckily the town water is good anyway.

I liked how the staff helped when needed and how patient they were with me be a little ignorant of a few customs
The overflow drain in the bathroom needs little attention and maybe clearer information about the minibar cost etc

I stayed for 2 nights in February with my friend. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they also have a concierge desk where they can help you with booking trips. At the end of the trip, they also had a luggage storage set up where your bag is proper tagged so we had peace of mind leaving our belongings for the day. We requested a twin room and this was already sorted when we arrived. The room itself was very spacious and clean. There is plenty of storage space, a safe in the room, a shelf for your suitcase and wardrobe. The bathroom was large with a bath and overhead shower. All amenities you’d expect were there, and minibar menu charges were very clear. We found the room quiet at night and the atmosphere generally felt friendly & safe in the hotel. We booked breakfast at the hotel and also used the room service for an evening meal on our first night. The breakfast room is large and was very busy but it was managed very well by the staff. The buffet itself had a good range of food, and alternative milk products were available there without needing to specifically ask/request them. The evening room service meal was a huge portion and very good value for money. Hotel is in a great location - most days we just walked into the centre but there is also a tram stop directly outside the front entrance. We didn’t use the gym/spa facilities so can’t comment on those.
We had an issue with two separate scam WhatsApp messages (one from a business account) pretending to be the hotel after we had booked requesting payment via a link. They were very convincing as it had my booking reference number, name and stay date. I had already paid so I knew this wasn’t genuine but if you hadn’t paid it could be quite convincing given all the information they had. I booked via booking.com and reported this to them - there is no way to tell how the scammers got my information so I wouldn’t blame either the booking system or the hotel, but if in doubt, definitely ring the hotel direct to check!

Nice reception and bar area, airy breakfast room, clean and spacious bedroom with separate seating area and balcony. Good location with tram stop outside although we walked into town centre.
Only downsides were the lack of a taxi drop off area, but as long as you are quick its not really an issue. Also no complimentary water in rooms but again not a big issue for us and there is a Lidl across the road.

Hotel room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so many hot and cold choices.
The front desk recommended the ATM in the lobby which ended up being a Euronet with lots of extra fees.
