I liked the location of the hotel itself — the railway station is nearby, and there is a public transport stop right across the street. We booked a Deluxe room with a шикарна terrace and a view of Prague. Everything was great, I recommend it!

The staff were excellent and very welcoming. They kindly allowed us to check into the room early before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel, and the location is very good—close to the Palladium shopping center and convenient for getting around the city. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

Perfect location, close to key landmarks in Prague. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities, good catering
A restaurant staff member accidentally (I hope) hit me in the face, which resulted in broken glasses and a scratch on my face. He then walked away without apologising or checking if I was okay. This is certainly not the level of service one would expect from a hotel charging €180 per night. I was so shocked by the situation that I didn’t manage to remember or identify the person - they simply disappeared into the crowd of guests and staff.

Lovely staff, great breakfast, gift for my partners birthday and Christmas Eve gift. Beautiful room and hotel was perfectly located for the Bus Station and exploring the city
We were on floor 7 and the room was just too hot we had to have the balcony door open all the time - the air con just did not cool the room down at all.

Bad room, no comfortable , I booked double room I got separated beds and very small beds like for children. Also I been charged of 20 min delayed check out by 20 € unless that I informed that I was not satisfied.
