Breakfast ok although be nice to have an option on eggs, maybe poached or omelettes on request. Location was brilliant for city sights and right near metro station. Reception staff also helpful and welcoming
The pillows were very unsupportive we found so struggled to sleep without waking to constantly try and re adjust, double up or fold over. Firmer more supportive pillows would have been better for us

A clean hotel in a good location close to the historical center of Prague.
Breakfast was good, but almost the same every day. There was no cottage cheese or sour cream. Not enough choice of cakes. Bed linen was rarely changed

Hotel is on a quiet side street, no noise. Very nice lobby. Lots of shops and restaurants around the hotel. B line Metro station and multiple tram stations very close. 10 minutes walk from the old town square and shopping streets. 5 minutes walk to the river at north end of city.
Not enough English channels on the TV. Bacon and scrambled eggs were soggy at breakfast. Extractor fan in bathroom is activated by what looks just like every other light switch, maybe needs a sticker. Elevator doors are very slow to open/close. Bathroom gets very wet after shower, as there's only a small glass shower screen. I don't understand why hotels stick with baths that you stand in to shower. Just put a walk in shower, less mess. Hairdryer was weak. There were 2 sockets next to the bed but they were so close together, you couldn't put in 2 UK adapters.
