Although the hotel was busy (weekend of Prague Marathon), the staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. The bar staff in particular were happy to have a chat and recommend drinks for us. They were very welcoming.
As the hotel was busy, the reception area and bar were a little loud on occasions but this related more to the guests who were staying rather than the hotel itself.

This is the second time booking here as the stay the first time was so good.
We were located a different side to the property and it was at times a little nosey and the windows didn’t open enough.

Property is located almost 1 km away from the old town area, but close to a shopping mall.
Room was nice but lay out was very weird. WiFi doesn’t work. Also the shower area is in the bath tub which is quite high and slippery.

It is in very good location near the Paladium shopping mall and Metro station.
The price is high and the room was not cleaned properly. I would suggest one small radiator on the bath room to dray towels.
