Location is fantastic.
Airport transfers. I was told transfer from airport was 40e for 4 people (there were 5 of us), the hotel TV screen ads stated 38e, however we paid ~80 for 2 cars from the airport and ~80e for 1 car on the way back to the airport. Very very misleading.

The location of the property was very central; you can reach key areas within 5–10 minutes by public transport. I would have preferred to have a market nearby. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and most importantly, it was cleaned daily. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again. The staff were very kind, which is also an important, yes you can trust and stay in this hotel
There could be slippers in the hotel rooms, may be nearby supermarket but everything else was lovely and perfect!

Excellent breakfast, including the omelette station! Room was very ample with an upgrade.
The room was ample but it felt old fashioned. The shower would leak quite a bit into the floor due to the high tub and the plastic gasket attached to the glass splash door.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.The location was great, just a short walk to the Old Town Square. There was an extensive choice of food for breakfast and we also had a meal there in the evening which was excellent.

Bar staff not at all friendly no conversation from them and close bar by turning off lights and walk away. In ireland they tell you and ask if u need anything before they close.

Wonderful
Breakfast was full of choices and excellent quality of the food, coffee, etc. Room for family with three members was small, with the luggages the space was limited. Location of the hotel was excellent. With ten minutes walk, we could reach old center town or new city center, many choices around to eat, malls to shops etc
We wanted to have more space in our room.
