Our stay at the Grand Hotel Praha was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, starting with the reception, the Mozart restaurant, security, cleaning, and all the staff were excellent. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts at the Mozart cafe. A spacious, beautiful deluxe room with antique furniture and a collection of clocks and porcelain figurines. We had a luxurious room with antique furniture, paintings, and frescoes on the ceiling. The place is amazing, we recommend it.

There are two hotels. One has an elevator and the other has many stairs. This is not explained in the description. On the contrary, in my case, it says that there are elevators for the upper floors.
This was terrible. I made the reservation expecting one thing and when I arrived it was something else. Horrible. If this had been clear in the description, I would have chosen another hotel.
The feeling of having been misled was very bad.

We actually could not stay at this property because the rooms provided were dirty and nothing like the pictures on the website. There were 82 stairs to reach one of the rooms provided in the annexe and the other room had 32 after getting out of the lift. This room had a large bed in the angle of the roof and was so close to the wall that the second side could only be reached by climbing over another person. We were shocked. Our porter told us that disappointment with the rooms occurs all the time. Friends who booked directly with the hotel were given rooms as per the website.

Lovely hotel, the location was perfect for us being in the town centre. We requested a viewing of the astronomical clock, which was fulfilled. It's not the most quiet room, but if you book a room overlooking a busy town square, what do you expect? The complimentary breakfasts were wonderful and the staff were so friendly. I hope that I'll have the opportunity to stay here again.

The location only the rest are overrated. Historical building. If you dont pay for expensive rooms, you will get a small uncomfortable one.
Our rooms were at the second building without a lift. If we had known there were main building rooms, we would have requested it.

Excellent location! The property is located central to everything. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were traditional. Had cafe for breakfast and two restaurants to eat lunch or dinner.
The bed was too low. Would have liked a coffee maker in room and/or water. No extra outlet in the bathroom. Have to walk on cobblestone with your suitcase to get an uber when checking in or out.
