The location could not have been better!! Our room overlooked the astronomical clock and had the best view of the old towns square and Christmas markets. The room was clean, comfortable and pretty spacious. It was a wonderful place to stay!! The staff were helpful and we couldn’t have been happier!

The location only the rest are overrated. Historical building. If you dont pay for expensive rooms, you will get a small uncomfortable one.
Our rooms were at the second building without a lift. If we had known there were main building rooms, we would have requested it.

The location was amazing. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast room had an amazing view of the clock.
Because the building is very old, our room was up and down several flights of stairs and we had to maze through much of the building which made coming and going a bit difficult. Next time I may ask for a different room.

Excellent location! The property is located central to everything. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were traditional. Had cafe for breakfast and two restaurants to eat lunch or dinner.
The bed was too low. Would have liked a coffee maker in room and/or water. No extra outlet in the bathroom. Have to walk on cobblestone with your suitcase to get an uber when checking in or out.

Very Outdated, The receptionists are very rude: the lady at the front desk looks like she’s never brushed her hair in her life, and the man’s breath could knock you over.

Too noisy because our room was facing the square. So much so we had to use earplugs to sleep. Toilet paper was single, abrasive squares versus a roll.

We arrived several hours early due to an issue with our flight, and they were able to check us in right away. Very nice property. Best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. We had a view of the astronomical clock from our room. The bathroom was huge, with an American sized shower. The breakfast was incredible.

Our room was spectacular! We had a view of the clock right out our double windows. I felt like a princess! We absolutely love the location. Everything was walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is unbeatable as a starting point for touring the old city. The breakfasts at the Mozart Cafe were above expectations. Our room's view out one window, The Astronomical Clock, and the other window, The Lady before Tyn church.
