Very Outdated, The receptionists are very rude: the lady at the front desk looks like she’s never brushed her hair in her life, and the man’s breath could knock you over.

Too noisy because our room was facing the square. So much so we had to use earplugs to sleep. Toilet paper was single, abrasive squares versus a roll.

We arrived several hours early due to an issue with our flight, and they were able to check us in right away. Very nice property. Best hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect. We had a view of the astronomical clock from our room. The bathroom was huge, with an American sized shower. The breakfast was incredible.

Our room was spectacular! We had a view of the clock right out our double windows. I felt like a princess! We absolutely love the location. Everything was walkable. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is unbeatable as a starting point for touring the old city. The breakfasts at the Mozart Cafe were above expectations. Our room's view out one window, The Astronomical Clock, and the other window, The Lady before Tyn church.

I hired their most expensive room called Luxury Apartment done the payment before i arrived and i went the address that was in the old town square and which was in my confirmation. After we did the check in they told me the room is in another place which was 10-15 min walk. Than I argued and did not want to stay another location but they told me there was no other option . Than we walked with luggages for 10-15 min and came to a street which i did not feel safe for my family and they took me a flat in an old apartment basement which was awful and i refused to stay there. They told me stay one night and they will move me to hotel and while i was thinking that option and arguing than they told me there was no room available and i had to stay that flat. I refused and book a room from Marriot and also they refused to refund my money . I talked with booking also they told them it was mentioned in my booking which was not true also . I am still trying to refund my money and booking.com not helping on this issue. So i advice never stay in that hotel as they are awful .

Noise from old town square is loud, especially at 2-3 AM when partiers are in the square.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff, very clean, and nice breakfast offerings.
The location is right in the center of Old Town and the area is busy but never disrupted our stay. The hotel felt very safe and the staff attentive 24-7.
