Good location on old town square
Very badly managed , booked 3 nights in presidential suite & was only able to stay in it for two nights as it wasn’t prepared by housekeeping. Thereafter we still had Used bottles of shampoo in bathroom & no hand towels. Electricity cut out. Breakfast poor quality. Was offered an airport transfer as compensation but the hotel didn’t pay the driver & we had big drama when we arrived at airport, had to ring hotel who said they knew nothing of the transfer compensation.

Location is perfect. I was in room 213 right across from the Astronomical Clock in the heart of the old town. Could not have picked a better spot.
No kettle facility in room for tea/coffee. Had to climb over the side of bath to have a shower (not ideal when mobility is an issue). I personally prefer a roll of toilet paper instead of pulling off sheet by sheet, just my personal preference. Would have loved to be able to dim the lamps on the beside lockers. All small things from an otherwise beautiful hotel. Also advertising food in restaurant until 7pm but I tried one day after 6pm and was told only coffee and cake which was not ideal after a long day

Very nice room with landmark view. Great breakfasts. Awesome location right in the center of old town, easy walk to all sites. Friendly helpful staff. great location for seeing various classical music events. Many very good restaurants very close by. We had a great 4 night stay.

Excellent location! The property is located central to everything. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The rooms were traditional. Had cafe for breakfast and two restaurants to eat lunch or dinner.
The bed was too low. Would have liked a coffee maker in room and/or water. No extra outlet in the bathroom. Have to walk on cobblestone with your suitcase to get an uber when checking in or out.

Location was perfect. We visited during Christmas and stayed with a view of the astronomical clock. The view of the clock next to the markets was magical. The room was large and beautiful.

Large comfortable and warm bedroom overlooking the astronomical clock and main square. Windows open to see and hear the clock strike. Old property hotel so full of character. Some reviews bemoan noise outside but its easily tolerable and certainly did not negatively affect us. Pleasant old fashioned Mozart cafe for breakfast again overlooking the square
Room very hot on arrival but easily regulated. A few steps to negotiate inside. Room could've been cleaned more thoroughly. Shower over bath leaks onto bathroom floor

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Praha was wonderful. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional, starting with the reception, the Mozart restaurant, security, cleaning, and all the staff were excellent. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts at the Mozart cafe. A spacious, beautiful deluxe room with antique furniture and a collection of clocks and porcelain figurines. We had a luxurious room with antique furniture, paintings, and frescoes on the ceiling. The place is amazing, we recommend it.

There are two hotels. One has an elevator and the other has many stairs. This is not explained in the description. On the contrary, in my case, it says that there are elevators for the upper floors.
This was terrible. I made the reservation expecting one thing and when I arrived it was something else. Horrible. If this had been clear in the description, I would have chosen another hotel.
The feeling of having been misled was very bad.
