Location couldn't have been better and the view from the room (202) was superb! The staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us when we wanted something, not that we wanted much!
The only, slight, downside was the lack of gluten free options at breakfast, apart from muffins!

The location was opposite the Astronomical Clock in the Old Town. Breakfast was at the Mozart Cafe with an excellent view of the Clock.
There were no lifts & we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor. Definitely not suitable for a person with any mobility issues or if you have any luggage. Our room had absolutely no extra comforts, as basic as a box of tissues, coffee machine or kettle. The spa bath didn’t work. Very disappointing accommodation.

The presidential suite had excellent views of the astronomical clock and square. The steam shower was amazing.
Furniture was elegant and fabulous but not comfortable, furniture from that period wasn’t built for comfort. Would be great if they could add tea/coffee facilities in the room

It was a separate apartment from the hotel. It was very old but had a wonderful atmosphere. It had all the amenities needed and was very central.
Quite dark inside needed to use the lights.
