I’ve reserved a king size bad room, and received 2 twin beds attached together. Was very uncomfortable in the middle.

Overall, everything was great. The location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers good breakfasts, and I would especially like to mention Ludmila — she is very attentive and provides excellent service.
The rooms, however, are quite dusty. Not just after housekeeping, but in general.

Breakfast had a wide choice and some variation each day. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was in a very nice room (the style of the hotel was one of the reasons why we picked it).
Room was just OK regarding size, bathroom was comfortable and big enough.
Two elevators meant you never had to wait long for an elevator.
Location: excellent, right at the edge of the old town - you can do everything on foot.
We were on the 7th floor, at the back of the hotel (we paid extra for a view of the city), but the view was disappointing - just roofs and the top of the powder tower. It's better to be on the street side of the hotel (and not pay the extra fee for the view).
Another small minus was that there were works going on during one day (inevitable in a hotel that's always open, I know, but still), with quite some noise.

Nicest place we have ever stayed in. Wow! The breakfast was beyond belief with choices we never even imagined. Everything was outstanding, even the towels and robes. Incredible.

A beautiful old school hotel in a prime location in central Prague. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.
I was there for a work trip so really didn’t mind the ‘courtyard’ view, however if I was there for a vacation I would definitely recommend upgrading to an external view.
