Perfect hotel with a perfect location. Very good breakfast. We stayed more nights as we enjoyed it and the price was very good for a 5 star hotel with breakfast.
The elevators have some kind of a metal cleaner fluid smell, so we tried not to touch the handrail as we thought it would leave residue on our hands.

The location was great. The room was super quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite Mozart dinner and concert was STUPENDOUS. Don’t miss it.

The property was excellent. Worth money I paid.
Booking.com withdrew money from my card account - 1278 euro. Probably it was hackers attack. Wii appreciate if you could investigate the matter.

This was our second stay at the hotel. The location is excellent - close to the old town square but on a quieter side street. And the breakfasts are absolutely wonderful - delicious and a great assortment of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel was very close to the centre, part of the Royal Way, but in a nice quiet area and we slept very well. The staff at the hotel are exceptional both before our trip and on a day-to-day basis. The breakfast is wonderful with both cold and hot buffet available even Prosecco if you desired for your breakfast.The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful smell as soon as you enter. The room was as expected fairly large and with a large comfortable bed. There is also a pillow menu so you get the type of pillow to suit your needs.
There wasn’t anything about the hotel that we didn’t like.

Excellent Breakfast room staff very attentive and pleasant and food was perfect with large choice
Bar Staff were rude as an example the hotel advertises a gin flight to trial 5 different gins and mixers however the barman did not know about it, and the bar was understocked there was only a little gin left in one bottle with no more available, no bailyeys for evening drink, no smoke ball for cocktails allthough this is also advertised widely and is shown in the video in the lift etc HOWEVER when we spoke to the reception staff thjey were very apologetic and responsive and offered compensation and for that we were grateful with their concerns and reactions
