Excellent Breakfast room staff very attentive and pleasant and food was perfect with large choice
Bar Staff were rude as an example the hotel advertises a gin flight to trial 5 different gins and mixers however the barman did not know about it, and the bar was understocked there was only a little gin left in one bottle with no more available, no bailyeys for evening drink, no smoke ball for cocktails allthough this is also advertised widely and is shown in the video in the lift etc HOWEVER when we spoke to the reception staff thjey were very apologetic and responsive and offered compensation and for that we were grateful with their concerns and reactions

Perfect location in a quiet area.
Beds are comfy, room was clean.

Perfect location for exploring the sights of Prague. An oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was perfect and the bedding and towels of excellent quality. The staff were all friendly and attentive.

Location of the hotel is really good for the travellers. Front desk including all other stuffs of the hotel is really cooperative. Breakfast is good. Rooms are old but spotless and clean.
Air conditioning system of my room has become aged. Rooms are very small too.
