Location was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Lobby had a strange sewer-like smell starting the second day we stayed there. Nobody seemed to care.

Everything! Since we step in to the hotel, we felt welcomed and every time we went through reception, they were friendly and helpful. Also, the service and staff at breakfast was excellent. The hotel is old style but really well maintain and clean. Also the location is perfect, close to everythingPrague is a beautiful city and its people make it even better.
Nothing really. The only thing, it was cold and we couldnt put any heat in the room (we dosing ask for help..too tired at night)

It was a clean place, very comfortable rooms and facilities, very friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was lovely! We also did the Figaro concert in the hotels grand ballroom, which was intimate, fantastic music and the food, wine and Prosecco was amazing! Id recommend the place and we appreciated it was on the edge of old town rather than in the middle with all the noise! It was a two minute walk and youre in the centre anyway.
