Breakfast was delicious! Also the service here was top notch. Our room (the Steinert Suite) was also gorgeous and had incredible views of the old town skyline.

We thought that the room was too hot. Also, the hotel music in the hallways stays on at night and interrupts sleep.

Staff and housekeeping were great.
Attentive to guest needs. Take advantage of the airport transfers.
Location in Old Town Prague is perfect. Easy walk to most of the key sites from the hotel.
We stayed in one of the Junior Suites. Great view of the city.

Breakfast is excellent. It is well managed and the staff are very attentive. Choice of food was very good and caters for various dietary needs. Location of hotel is wonderful, very short walk to main attractions in the old town.

Breakfast was exceptional including food, staff and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and well appointed, Very comfortable. Great location.
Cleanliness was great but cleaning staff were not as responsive to our needs as we expected. Not as friendly as all other staff.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better — I honestly can’t imagine a more perfect spot. The main street is just around the corner. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making sure to accommodate everything I asked for. The room was spacious and elegant, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was simply amazing — in my opinion, one of the best you can find in all of Prague! The whole place has the perfect vibe, exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay in when visiting the city. Next time I’m in Prague, I won’t think twice — I’ll definitely stay here again.
That said, for a 5-star hotel, the facilities feel a bit limited. Despite the beautiful interior, the use of plastic flowers everywhere feels odd — usually, you’d expect real ones in a 5-star property. Also, keep in mind that there’s ongoing construction right in front of the entrance, which can make it noisy and may affect your sleep, as well as complicating taxi access.

The hotel is so centrally located in the old town, a walking distance to the metro and main rail station. My stay included breakfast, and it was amazing. The staff were nice, happy, and professional. Definitely recommend it.
