The hotel is very central in old town Prague. Very clean, the rooms were attended to daily.
They didn’t supply drinking water in the room. The breakfast was unusual, we only ate it once during a four night stay.

The staffs are great and nice and deal with guests as professional, also the location of hotel is excellent.
The hotel is 5 stars but they didn't provide luggage carry service you should carry your luggage bu yourself till reach your room.
Moreover in room they didn't provide teeth brush.
Finally the room is quiet cold (not much cold) in winter.
Hops they will consider these points for good guest experience.

Style and location. Close to all attractions, shops, restaurants etc.
Staff welcoming & helpful.
Nice large room with comfortable bed and pillow choice.
View from our room was poor but we weren’t in the room that much!

You can really see the difference in customer service when things don’t quite go to plan! People in our neighbouring room were smoking which led to a strong smell of smoke in our room. This was absolutely not the hotel’s fault, however they were fantastic when we mentioned it. We were immediately upgraded to a suite and given a bottle of wine as an apology. Everything else about our stay was great - very comfortable beds, nice staff and a delicious breakfast. Thanks for making our stay in Prague so pleasant!

Located in old town of city. Many places you can reach by walking. Hotel itself is very clean. Reception looks stunning. Staff were very friendly and ready to help with any request.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights in January 2026. Well, location, 5 minutes from the Old Town Square, and three minutes from tram and metro, it does not get any better. (we took metro only for airport, the tram is wonderful, lines very frequent, you can go everywhere, and most important admire this beautiful city!) And back to the hotel, the staff was really friendly and helpful, the hotel very clean (and quiet), the room really very cosy and warm, the bed (and mattress) excellent and the breakfast wonderful. We hope we can visit Prague again, and we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Recommend it without second thought. All in one word, EXCELLENT!
Well, yes there is something we don't like at all. The scale, from 1/10 to 10/10. It is unfair. We would like to give at least 11 or 12!
