The hotel was great, location was perfect just meters from The Powder Tower. We were in the Steiner Suite which was spacious and clean with great view. Bed was good but the only downside from me were the pillows they were not comfortable for my taste. One was really hard and the other was too flat. Breakfast on the other had was great amazing espresso, good buffet and additional breakfast menu with porridge, avocado toast etc.

I loved the location of the hotel, easy to find in the center of the city. It was very clean from the entrance to the elevator to the room. Smelling very good:) When I come again to Prague, I would love to stay here again. Breakfast has so many options as well, and everything was good quality.

Such a fabulous location in the Old Town, so close to things but nice and quiet.
Restaurant food and breakfast were both super. Cocktails original.
The AMAZING period ballroom which the hotel doesn't really advertise!
No real dislikes. Maybe a cultural difference in the room being so very warm/hot. Better than too cold with the cold weather outside.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing — both the variety and the taste were excellent, and it was far above the average European breakfast. The location of the hotel was also perfect. It was within a 5-minute walking distance to Prague’s historical attractions as well as to the main transportation center. Overall, we had a great stay and were very satisfied.

Locality was excellent - staff were very friendly and super efficient. Breakfast set you up for the day of exploring Prague
No problems with the property . Although for two out of four of the nights the bar was closed to guests which we have used at the end of the day as it was such a nice place to relax after the business if the town
