I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent—just a short walk from the Old Town Square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of great choices.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable hotel with friendly staff, especially Robert at the reception and Yvetta and Natalie at the restaurant. The breakfast spread is amazing with something for everyone. They staff are very helpful, kind and friendly. Location is 10/10 - within walking distance of most of the key points of interest. Lovely, lovely, hotel & staff. Thank you, guys, and keep up the excellent work

I wouldn’t give it five stars because there isn’t even a basic USB outlet in the room. Also, the bathtub splash guard doesn’t actually keep the water in — water leaked all over the floor.

Location, facility, room, breakfast, and needless to say, hospitality of the hotel!
Checking in at the hotel was 2 hours delayed due to the flight delay but we have arranged our tranfer from the airport. The driver was there welcoming us as well as at the front desk even after midnight with smile. It was our marrige anniversary & there was a sparklng wine (Sekt) in the room with a warm messege from the hotel. I booked a double room with a view so it was on the 6th floor with a wonderful view. Breakfast were very delicious as expected. You can order an omlet, scramble egg and avocad toast, but we liked their egg benedict best!
You can go anywhere you must see in Prague by foot from the hotel. We went to see the night classic concert at the city hall, where is located just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Unfortunately it rained but thanks to the location, we managed. We liked thier color and the design of the carpet in the room on the floor, too.
