Location
Room facilities. Complimentary water was not provided and was charged. Room telephone was not working and problem was not rectified even after number of complaints. Cab ordered through hotel was extremely expensive. Service in restaurant was not as expected from a good hotel.

Fantastic location! In the Old town, close to all transportation, and still on a very quiet street. Staff was just great, especially Lili in the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was good too, not great variety, but of really good quality. Their coffee is also very good. They offer a la carte options of breakfast too (included in the price). The room was very clean and spacious.
Can't really think of anything I didn't like. Doesn't really feel luxurious or like a 5 star hotel, but is perfect value for money.

Nice location and breakfast.
The shower head reduced the stream to zero, and the AC is not strong enough.
