One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! Also , they are kid friendly. That's a big asset.Two minutes by foot from the city centre. I'm completely satisfied with this hotel. I strongly recommend it!

The level of English of the personel and the staff's willingness to help us. Ofcourse the location was perfect.
In breakfast we didn' t informed that there was the option of ordering something from the menue. Also the sweets of the buffet was on the average level that is inconsistent with a 5* hotel. Also we were charged 4E for a bottle of water tat we drink ypon our arrival. 3* star hotels offer sometimes welcome drink.
