The staffs are great and nice and deal with guests as professional, also the location of hotel is excellent.
The hotel is 5 stars but they didn't provide luggage carry service you should carry your luggage bu yourself till reach your room.
Moreover in room they didn't provide teeth brush.
Finally the room is quiet cold (not much cold) in winter.
Hops they will consider these points for good guest experience.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Old Town but a few streets back and very quiet. The service we received was incredible. One of the largest bathrooms I have had at a European city hotel! Special shout out to the extra large sized towels that come in the room, such a luxury.
I have no concerns or complaints about Grand Hotel Bohemia.

Everything was amazing . Especially the location . Everything around , a mall , restaurants , shops and mini markets and also Billa supermarket
The hotel was outstanding it exceeded the expectations. The staff are friendly and trying their best to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable

The staff was excellent and the location was great.
We thought that the room was too hot. Also, the hotel music in the hallways stays on at night and interrupts sleep.

The soundproof, I can hear other guests snoring and there phone morning wake up alarms.

Staff and housekeeping were great.
Attentive to guest needs. Take advantage of the airport transfers.
Location in Old Town Prague is perfect. Easy walk to most of the key sites from the hotel.
We stayed in one of the Junior Suites. Great view of the city.

Breakfast is excellent. It is well managed and the staff are very attentive. Choice of food was very good and caters for various dietary needs. Location of hotel is wonderful, very short walk to main attractions in the old town.

Hotel is old style. Facilities inside the room is little run down. If you are looking for a modern setup, you won't like it.
