Breakfast was exceptional including food, staff and atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and well appointed, Very comfortable. Great location.
Cleanliness was great but cleaning staff were not as responsive to our needs as we expected. Not as friendly as all other staff.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better — I honestly can’t imagine a more perfect spot. The main street is just around the corner. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making sure to accommodate everything I asked for. The room was spacious and elegant, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was simply amazing — in my opinion, one of the best you can find in all of Prague! The whole place has the perfect vibe, exactly the kind of hotel you want to stay in when visiting the city. Next time I’m in Prague, I won’t think twice — I’ll definitely stay here again.
That said, for a 5-star hotel, the facilities feel a bit limited. Despite the beautiful interior, the use of plastic flowers everywhere feels odd — usually, you’d expect real ones in a 5-star property. Also, keep in mind that there’s ongoing construction right in front of the entrance, which can make it noisy and may affect your sleep, as well as complicating taxi access.

The hotel is so centrally located in the old town, a walking distance to the metro and main rail station. My stay included breakfast, and it was amazing. The staff were nice, happy, and professional. Definitely recommend it.

The location was great. Right in the heart of Old Town but a few streets back and very quiet. The service we received was incredible. One of the largest bathrooms I have had at a European city hotel! Special shout out to the extra large sized towels that come in the room, such a luxury.
I have no concerns or complaints about Grand Hotel Bohemia.

Beautiful hotel, interesting history, fantastic breakfast, clean, comfortable room.
Bathtub should have friction strips extend farther along the bottom of the tub. My wife slipped and ended up with serious bruises.

Everything was fantastic! This hotel operates at a high level of customer service, no doubt about it. The staff, the rooms and the food were so enjoyable and pleasing. It really enhanced our visit to Prague.
The hotel is centrally located in Old Town, and you can walk just about anywhere from it. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are all minutes away, with a courteous hotel staff there to guide you. The rooms are very comfortable and the housekeeping staff kept them clean and well-maintained.
The breakfast served was a very nice combination of hot & cold buffet style, as well as other ordered items off the menu. The staff do a great job seating and getting you your food and beaverage in a prompt manner.
The airport transfer service is another great bonus! For a very reasonable charge, you are greeted at the airport, whisked off to the hotel, and provided a very professional, kind and courteous service by a great individual from the hotel. He will not disappoint!
Overall, I would consider this a great choice for anyone visiting Prague. Thank you Grand Hotel Bohemia for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We will return again!

4th stay and the hotel, and in the past, my experiences were positive....but not this time.
Had a fire alarm at 3 AM. Staff rudely knocked on doors and accused people of smoking in their rooms. They knocked on my door 3 times. Saying they smelled smoke. I DO NOT SMOKE. I was trying to get dressed and leave the building. Arrogant and rude staff...2 different ladies knocked loudly and yelled in the hallway that someone was smoking. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. In 40 years of business travel, I have never seen such bad and unprofessional behavior from a hotel staff. Worst of all, at no point did they try to get people to evacuate the building!

Excellent location! Spacious and clean rooms-with great views. Responsive staff and absolutely wonder breakfast. At breakfast staff were very attentive.
Pillow were flat but i think this is a cultural difference.

The hotel is beautiful. The room and especially the bed were comfortable. We kept somewhat unusual hours and our cleaning person worked discretely around that with a cheerful and professional manner. The breakfast was nice with excellent quality pastries and menu items to be ordered ala carte at no extra charge. The location is on a quiet street just minutes from the major tourist attractions.
We stayed four nights. One morning we had excellent cappuccinos made “by hand”. The other days they appeared to have been made by a machine. Hand made is always best.

Perfect hotel with a perfect location. Very good breakfast. We stayed more nights as we enjoyed it and the price was very good for a 5 star hotel with breakfast.
The elevators have some kind of a metal cleaner fluid smell, so we tried not to touch the handrail as we thought it would leave residue on our hands.

The location was great. The room was super quiet. Breakfast was plentiful. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The onsite Mozart dinner and concert was STUPENDOUS. Don’t miss it.
