Everything was perfect, the room was large and had all the amenities, the pillow was a little softer than it should have been but still good!
Maybe it would be better if a bottle of water was free, especially for those who come late!

I loved the breakfast, the staff was super friendly and the position of the hotel was excellent. I also loved the Mozart Dinner.
It was a bit noisy from the other residents of the hotel (but this is not hotel's responsibility). I would also like to have an espresso machine in my room and more things at the mini bar.

We recently stayed at Grand Hotel Bohemia. The location was perfect — ideal for exploring Prague, with everything within easy walking distance.
The room was comfortable and clean, but it felt more like a good four-star hotel rather than a true five-star experience. It wasn’t “grand,” but it was perfectly acceptable. The staff were polite and professional, though not especially warm or memorable.
The breakfast was good, with a nice variety. However, during the first day there was an issue with breakfast reservations: some guests were allowed to skip the queue because they had a reservation, while others had to wait. This caused a lot of frustration and complaints among guests, as it felt unfair. To the hotel’s credit, after these complaints the reservation system was cancelled, and we did not see this issue again for the rest of our stay.

Before our arrival, responses were prompt and all questions were resolved quickly.
During our stay, the staff were friendly, as always.
We have stayed at this hotel more than once. During our last visit, we were unpleasantly surprised by the quality of room cleaning.
We stayed over Christmas for five nights (on the 6th floor), and during the entire stay there was a slipper (a single one) in the room left by previous guests.
The room is cleaned very quickly and not thoroughly. After a couple of hours, everything is dusty again. This is unpleasant.
Before that, we stayed at the hotel at the end of November. We spent three nights on the 7th floor in a large room with a terrace. It seemed cleaner there.
