Exceptional
The location is excellent, right in the Malá Strana area, one of the most beautiful parts of Prague, close to the main tourist attractions. Everything was fine, with no issues. I recommend it for a relaxing city break!

The place was beautiful and the staff were friendly and attentive and even helped us figure out plans while in prague. The breakfast included hit the spot, the location was great and close to everything and very quiet. The room was unique and boutique style which we adored.
All good, although there was construction near by that woke us on our second day. Not the hotels fault at all.

Great location, comfortable rooms and good selection at breakfast
Third time staying here and only slight issue was the basement room. Decent room but there was a lot of noise from the drain if someone was having a shower upstairs. Souded as if ot was pouring with rain. Not a massivebissue for us as we were always up early but might bother others

The breakfast was excellent, I loved it. The coffee was fantastic, the cheeses were very nice and varied. The breads were also very varied and delicious. The only downside was that the boiled egg was a bit grey, but other than that it was wonderful.
The location is beautiful, the smell upon entering the hotel is wonderful, and the rooms are warm and clean.

The hotel is nice inside and the room was comfortable. The breakfast had a several options and tasted good. They provided a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. The shower water was nice and hot and it was good water pressure. The hotel is in a great location.
The only thing we would mention that we didn’t like was the orientation of the shower head, which made it slightly difficult to shower.

The location of the hotel was really good and the breakfast was very tasty as well; there was a nice welcome touch when we arrived - a book and a personalized message
The attitude of the personnel was far from ideal- it felt cold, unattentive and at times even unfriendly (this is especially so at the reception). When we were leaving our luggage in their storage the last day after checking out, the receptionist even asked us to hurry up as she was cold (like really? they should make an effort to act professionally and with some more genuinly warmer attitude!)There was one kind lady doing all very quickly at the Breakfast (the one with the long blond hair), the second one was totally as if she is not there - unfilled breakfast options, a lot of dirty dishes on the tables being left uncollected etc. I think all of the personnel were non locals but this is not an excuse!
The floor in the room was not clean when we arrived and afterwards they were only doing the trash and changing the towels/toilet paper (no vacuum cleaning and thus the floor was not cleaned at all which is not acceptable).
Lastly, there was no ventilation and all the dampness after showering was directly going into our room (no way to air it out). There was not a single chair in the room, only a wardrobe to put our stuff in and the beds to sit on (apart from sleeping) so not comfortable to that end.

The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. It was my birthday when I arrived and the room had a beautiful surprise waiting for me. The location in excelent.
The main issue I had was that in the morning it was quite loud because of the cars and the people outside. The other problem was that the reception closes at 19:30 so I had to pick up my luggage early from the storage room (my flight was later that night).
