Very Good
Excellent staff - particularly the reception ladies and the chap on the phone (Philip?) who helped me get in after reception closed. Friendly and obliging. Breakfast was good with wide choice. Old style boutique hotel, very close to Prague castle with small supermarkets and cafes beside it. SHort walk to Charles bridge. Room airy, spacious and clean with coffee and tea facilities and stocked fridge.
No reception or security evident after 20:00. Everything locked up so you need to be self sufficient after that. Slowest lift in Europe.

The hotel was perfect. What else can I say?
It is a charming Prague hotel in a wonderful area of town. But be prepared to walk up a hill if you’re coming from Newtown.

Gorgeous views from the balcony, spotless, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!
If you want a hotel that is walkable to town this isn’t for you, had no problem getting a Bolt ride for 10 euro to town.

Very Poor
The location is fine. Everything else sucks. Don't stay here. Like seriously!
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. We paid a considerable amount for three nights, yet didn’t even stay one. Despite notifying the hotel in advance that we would arrive late, the receptionist was visibly irritated upon our arrival. To make matters worse, although we booked months ahead, the only room “available” was in the basement. While it technically had a window, the overwhelming stench of dampness and mold made it absolutely uninhabitable. The smell was so strong it felt unhealthy to even breathe inside the room. When we raised our concerns, the receptionist was dismissive and made no effort to resolve the situation. Fortunately, we were able to secure another hotel and left immediately — there was no way I would spend a single night in those conditions. In hindsight, I’m genuinely considering reporting this property to the health department. After reading through other negative reviews, I see this is not an isolated issue — some guests are even placed in attic rooms under similarly unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place at all costs. Save your money and book a hotel where basic cleanliness, professionalism, and respect for paying guests are actually upheld.

Staff were great, helped me with an early check-in. Stayed here for a wedding. Right on one of the most beautiful streets in Prague, 5mins up to the best lookout of the city.
Light switch is confusing! Press and hold to turn on/dim/off.

It was an amazing experience for us. Starting with a complimentary glass of champagne, our stay was fabulous. We would like to thank to Olga, who was very accommodating and kind to us. Her help is hard to overestimate. She was very attentive to our requests and helped a lot with advices. Excellent impression, highly recommended!

Good
The location was perfect for a short trip, being near all the main attractions of the city. The street was lovely with each building being unique. Going up the street we were 5-10 minutes from the castle, and going down we were 5 minutes from the Charles bridge and the most popular plazas. The staff was helpful and nice whenever we needed something. The breakfast had a vast range of options and was never too crowded. Our room had a big and comfortable bathtub which had a nice plus.
The corridor on the -1 floor smelled of mold which was a bit uncomfortable as we had to pass there whenever we left the room. The room itself also had some mold behind the wardrobe (didn't smell though). We requested to check in at 1 pm (request via booking) but we were only allowed to check in at 2pm. When we checked in at 2pm the floor was still wet. It should be noted that they let us drop out bags at 1pm when we tried to check in. The coffee machine at breakfast was twice unavailable during our stay of four days. We only managed to use it on two days out of four, having to grab coffee elsewhere on the other two days. The coffee was also cheap and not strong.

Fair
Location was good. Welcome prosecco was nice touch. Breakfast was fine - no prosecco, very small juice selection and they ran out of tables on one day because many Europeans just sit and sit and seem oblivious to the fact that others are waiting to sit down.
One of the staff, Maria, was very rude not only to us, but to others. She was just a nasty person and must kiss up to the manager because I would fire her in a heartbeat. She was of no help to us - they had put us in an attic room with several tables on which were a hotplate, pots/pans...items we didn't need for our 2-night stay. I asked to move and the one clerk was very sweet and said she'd make note for the next day as several were checking out. Maria was very nasty and curt to me when I went the next day to check...saying we had been upgraded to this attic room, etc. Made me feel horrible for even asking - I would never recommend this hotel.

I believe it was the best Hotel I have ever been! All were amazing, the room and all the small details in it, the staff, breakfast, location very near to town centre and public transport. Value for money too! We will definitely revisit
Only the TV stations options but it was not significant
