The apartment is nice and comfortable. Tram is very close to the building. The price is very good.
We had some problems with parking and we couldn't turn on wifi. There is no reception,and you have to be pushy to solve the problems.

The rules of residence have very strict conditions regarding the time of settlement. To get the keys, we waited for two hours near the apartment. Before that, we communicated the time of our arrival to the property several times. We also reported the number of members of our family. But the apartment had only two sets of bed linen instead of five. We could not prepare food for the children in the kitchen, as the electric stove for cooking was broken and did not work. Impressions from the apartment are very negative. Definitely do not recommend staying here.

Very good location. Proximity to local shops and local restaurants both Czech traditional couisine as well as Chineese, Italian and others. New building. Car parking spot in the basement of building is a huge plus. Nice and tidy toilet, a big bath.
It was not a big issue, because we dined in the city and there was a kettle and a microwave in the appartment, but I could not turn on the stove - perhaps it is an induction stove and the pots are not for induction...I do not know. A lot of young people live in the area so there whwere a few times when people called our appartment by accident at night, but we closed the doors so it did not bother us a lot.

I did not like anything about this. Horrible experience. No check in desk, contact person not answering 1/2hr, is also late for agreed time. Asks for more money to check in before 16:00. Just pay for a hotel, the price difference is not worth ruining your day.
I booked a room since i needed rest after a very long drive from Germany. The night before at 21:00 I was told just: 'check in only after 16:00 checkoit before 10:00'. I sent them a message I was arriving at 11:30-12:00, i couldnt change plans from the night before.
There is no check in reception. The whatsapp contact didn't answer me for half our, hung up on my calls. After galf hour he sent his friend. The friend came late after agreed time and told me that if I want to get into the apartment before 16:00 i need to pay. Please understand, when you get a message at 21:00 you cannot plan half a day in a city where parking is very expensive. I asked them for my money back and I will book another hotel. They said no.

The apartment is very bright and has a nice view. A washing machine in the bathroom is very welcome.
The oven was very dirty, there was full fat on the baking sheet. The oven stank.

Parking space included, very spacious apartment with enough privacy very close to public transportation. Included washing machine, kitchen props and cookware.
Maybe just super hot when are temperatures ove 30 degrees, but fan was included so not a big deal.
