Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, big room, big bathroom, fridge (mini-bar) in the room and a couple of English channels on the TV.
The reception area is being completely renovated, the rugs in the hallways are old, dirty and stinky and my bedroom floor was not swept under my bed (I saw an old French fry, nail clipping and lots of dust).

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel’s location was super convenient, it is just near Zara and Mango.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy.
Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Not clean enough, not same as on the pictures, and hotel was ongoing renovations which were not mentioned while booking the hotel

Everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and so attentive about every single thing we needed during our stay. The rooms were cleaned to perfection and the hotel itself was so close to absolutely everything that we haven’t used any transportation throughout our one week stay. Highly recommend it!

We had a very large room which was warm and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the shower great. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food and staff were very attentive, supplying soya milk as soon as I requested it
Although there were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room, it was no trouble to go to the restaurant where coffee, a variety of herbal teas and hot chocolate were available all day free of charge

Location ideal only 100 yards from Wenceslas Square and Mustek Metro. Rooms are a good size with comfortable big beds and large shower rooms. Breakfast was very good too
Due to its location on the Main Street it is very noisy 24 hours a day. At night even more so with party goers shouting until the early hours. Request an inside room with no window to the street to avoid this

The location is perfect—right in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock. I can honestly say the location was ideal, close to many tourist attractions and surrounded by plenty of shops. The room was large, spacious, and featured a very generous shower.
I stayed there for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised with two bottles of wine and a birthday card that said “Happy Birthday.” The staff was extremely polite and attentive.

We found crumpled paper under the bed
After flushing, the toilet occasionally continued to run and did not stop unless it was flushed again.
All the power outlets were European. It would have been nice to have a UK-type socket, but the staff were very kind and lent us an adapter.
One of the entrance light was not functional.
