I loved the location of this hotel — it’s right in the middle of a shopping center, which made everything super convenient. I was able to walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, and even some historical landmarks. Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated. The included breakfast was fair and offered enough to get the day started. The staff was another highlight — everyone I interacted with was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful when I had questions.
For the price point, I expected more. While the location was excellent, the actual room fell short in several areas. It was quite small — barely enough space to move around comfortably with luggage — and there were visible water stains on the carpet, which made it feel less clean than I’d like. The air conditioner also didn’t work well, which was frustrating given the warm weather during my stay. It struggled to cool the room properly and was a bit noisy, which made sleeping a challenge at times.
The internet was fair — not particularly fast, but at least stable. None of my work calls dropped, which I appreciated. On a positive note, the bedding was comfortable, and I did sleep fairly well once the temperature cooled off in the evenings. Still, considering the condition of the room and the amenities, I didn’t feel it was worth the higher price.

Only location was good
Was informed that the air condition won’t be switched on in April, we need to keep the windows open. This caused the room to be very hot and when windows we’re kept open, tooooo much noise till about 03.00 am

Only saw that the room was spacious other than that ….definitely not a good experience. Will not suggest anyone.
1. Vegetarians will starve.
2. Not pleased with staff approach as did not even bother to look into our concerns…..both at reception and the restaurant.
3. No double bedsheets for couples.
4. Worst part is ….staff very conveniently use the excuse to hide behind the reason …I don’t understand what u say. They only want to avoid doing Ayushi for the customer.

The hotel was in the perfect location for our trip. We felt we were right in place for everything we wanted to do. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and right in the middle of a fantastic shopping area - which my daughter took full advantage of. The hotel was very close to the metro which made it very easy to travel to and from the airport. The area felt very safe and was lively. The hotel was brillant. Our room was massive, the beds were very comfortable, lots of wardrobe space, clean with a good sized clean bathroom. Some products were provided, including shower gel/shamphoo, soap and some body lotion. No shower caps provided. We had a mini fridge which was useful. There's no kettle in the room but there are free tea/coffees/hot chocolate available in the breakful room 24 / 7 so that was a real bonus and we did use this. We were also able to leave our bags once we checked out of our room. When we came back to collect the bags we were invited to have another coffee/tea if we wanted one. The hotel room for us was very quite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, only thing missing for me was a wider range of fruit. My daughter is coeliac and they were able to provide her with gluten free bread, which was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel as we really enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast could have had more fruit choices.

Great location! Beautiful view from the room ,modern style bedrooms ,very clean. Breakfast was OK ,good selection of hot and cold food ,but ladies could be more friendlier , rather than asking "room number " as you walk in ,say Good morning first and smile a bit maybe .
Bathroom sink needed some attention ,really bad smell coming from it .possibly some plumbing issue ?
Hotel is on the hight Street,so at times can be a bit noisy ,but got used to it by day 2.
Apart from that had a nice stay ,thank you .
