Excellent Location, very nice selections for breakfast and good service.
This hotel unfortunately does not meet the expectations of the 4 star hotel. There are no amenities, very basic lobby and as per service - receptionist was eating at the desk and not as professional as one would expect. Room was clean, however bathroom was not as pictured - it was small, with the built-in stall shower. Very tiny not working TV.

Very good location, right in the center. Very nice and polite staff, good service. Also good facilities, the room was quite nice.
Breakfast could use a wider variety of options to select from, and Wi-fi could be a little better. Other than that, everything was great.

Unacceptable Security Failure: Theft: $30,000 in valuables stolen from my room. Negligence: Room lacked a basic security safe. Inaction: Management refused to investigate, offering excuses. Their failure to provide a secure environment and take responsibility is a breach of trust. They are complicit. Avoid this hotel.

- Location of the property was absolutely perfect. Being in the Centro Storico meant we were just a quick, easy walk from the Duomo and major attractions, saving us so much time on travel. - The staff was responsive and attentive. Any request we made, such as for local recommendations, was handled quickly and with genuine warmth. - The room cleaner was flexible and very helpful. We especially appreciated their willingness to work around our schedule and their helpfulness with any small needs we had such as providing us a heater. making our stay much smoother.
The breakfast was basic, lacking the variety and generally sticking to standard continental fare. Furthermore, the property itself presented some architectural challenges common to Prague's city-center accommodations: the building was old, albeit renovated and clean, which often led to noticeable noise issues. Thin walls or poor sound insulation from the street below, caused disruption in sleep. This issue is compounded by the hotel's prime location right on the bustling Na Příkopě shopping street.
