If you're looking for a room within a very short walk from Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, this is the place for you!! Absolutely huge room and en-suite, super king comfy bed, and one of the best breakfast buffet offerings we've ever had in Europe.
No kettle in room for hot drinks (although perhaps this is just a British thing)! Free fresh ground coffee and hot drinks available in the buffet breakfast room 24-hrs a day. No restaurant or bar (mini fridge in room).

Excellent Location, very nice selections for breakfast and good service.
This hotel unfortunately does not meet the expectations of the 4 star hotel.
There are no amenities, very basic lobby and as per service - receptionist was eating at the desk and not as professional as one would expect.
Room was clean, however bathroom was not as pictured - it was small, with the built-in stall shower.
Very tiny not working TV.

Very good location, right in the center. Very nice and polite staff, good service. Also good facilities, the room was quite nice.
Breakfast could use a wider variety of options to select from, and Wi-fi could be a little better. Other than that, everything was great.
