Nice room, fairly basic but had everything we needed for a short stay

The reception staff were friendly & helpful, checked us in early which was a great bonus as we could get on with our holiday straight away. Cleaning staff were exceptionally good & also very friendly. One lady in the breakfast room was lovely, the other one was rude, never said hello & huffed at me when I couldn’t get the toaster to stay down, she’s letting you down unfortunately but the rest of the staff were great.

Very good location, near the old center and commercial avenue. 24h. acces to coffe / tea machine, no extra charge. Confy / clean room, big bathroom, nice bed, ok breakfast.

Everything was great. The room was big, the bathroom as well. Pleasant stuff, clean rooms.
wifi was not reachable from our room, so we spent a lot of money on buying internet via eSim.

Perfectly located hotel with exceptional staff who thoughtfully arranged a birthday surprise for me. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful property.

Amazing location, walking distance to all main attractions and shopping areas. Spacious and nicely designed room with super comfy bed. Free coffee machine in the lobby is a super nice bonus. Breakfast menu includes fresh vegetables and fruits, variety of eggs, breads and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful

If you're looking for a room within a very short walk from Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, this is the place for you!! Absolutely huge room and en-suite, super king comfy bed, and one of the best breakfast buffet offerings we've ever had in Europe.
No kettle in room for hot drinks (although perhaps this is just a British thing)! Free fresh ground coffee and hot drinks available in the buffet breakfast room 24-hrs a day. No restaurant or bar (mini fridge in room).
