The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The location is terrific and made it easy to walk to the local sights.
We couldn't adjust the fan - and didn't realize a bathroom dial was for the heated floor. But it would have been good for winter!

Location was great! It was really close to Starbucks and a Supermarket which is VITAL because its hard to find a decent convenience store in the old town. Room service was crazy good - every time I went to breakfast my room was already tidy by them time I was back. Breakfast were really good too and clean dining area! for a person who eats healthy - there were broccoli and fruits!
Air conditioner had sewer odor and I had to open windows to ventilate. Reception was operated by very young individuals with no service or representation experience. And there are homeless people live near the entrance of the hotel they sing at night and do their need next to the hotel entrance.

Location is fantastic. All popular touristic sights are within easy reach on foot in just minutes. As regards transport links the hotel is just 1 minute walk from Mustek metro station and a number of tram stops. It is located in the pedestrian area in StareMesto - the most beautiful area of the city. All shopping stores are literally 1-2 minutes walk away. Around the hotel there is plethora of restaurants to choose from.
Due to renovations the Reception desk was located on the 1st floor in the breakfast area when we arrived and the ground floor reception area was an eyesore due to construction works. But 3 days later the renovation had been completed and the Reception was moved to the Ground floor. So now all is beautifull.

Breakfast was great. Location was fantastic. It was in the city center. The astro-clock was at most 5 minutes walk away. There were a lot of shops near. Thanks.
There were not electic outlets next to bed. And a little bit of more furniture like a bigger desk in rooms might be helpful for guest for putting their daily items.

Great location, amazing breakfast buffet, big room, big bathroom, fridge (mini-bar) in the room and a couple of English channels on the TV.
The reception area is being completely renovated, the rugs in the hallways are old, dirty and stinky and my bedroom floor was not swept under my bed (I saw an old French fry, nail clipping and lots of dust).

We had such a lovely stay! The hotel’s location was super convenient, it is just near Zara and Mango.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy.
Our room was spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean.
The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed.
Would definitely stay here again
