It is very central to Prague's main attractions. The room was very clean and spacious.
The staff on the front desk were helpful but things were lost in translation so I found the information centre around the corner more helpful.

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, and when I arrive, there was a horrible smell in the room.

Second time we stayed there and is very good for the price, specially for the location! Is so close to everything, is nice to have a break during the touristing. Breakfast good, room spacious and clean.
Carpet on corridor are very old, should be removed or changed.

Perfect location, very central, we were able to walk to all the tourist sights. Breakfast was delicious, great start to the day. Our room was beautifully furnished and the bathroom looked newly refurbished.
This is only a very minor issue, but the room aircon was not very effective.

Pleasant
Getting scam messages from their booking message contact. When arriving the personal could not find the reservation for a while and where not that serviceminded. The breakfast is kinda poor, nothing exciting and only a few sorts of bread and yoghurt to choose from.
