staff and bar was very good and the overall hotel and rooms are amazing . is in a good area with some fantastic restaurant
Food was cold in the restaurant and the menu was too fine dining for italian , also they have not changed the menu in a year Spa was good but massage overpriced and the pool jacuzzi was cold no cups one morning for our tea , asked them to bring but never arrived .... Over all its a very expensive hotel and I cannot see what extra you get from other hotels in that area which ar half the cost

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. I would suggest booking one of the nicer ins that are authetic to Prague, they are much more curated and luxurious than this hotel. The Rooms are small, staff is racist and someone who expects top quality service from a four season hotel will be highly disappointed coming here.

Hotel is perfectly located; very luxurious and comfortable; staff was very nice; felt like a business hotel in some ways - less warm and homey than other hotels - but this was expected, so not a disappointment
Breakfast was fun, but could have been slightly less elaborate and included in the stay. Felt like a Four Seasons - in a good way, but also in a way it made it like a Four Seasons anywhere - once inside, you could be in France, or Italy, not necessarily Prague.

Hotel was in an excellent location and staff wereery friendly and accommodating.
Very expensive, room was dated. Ridiculous that we were paying 2k euro a night and breakfast was not included. Fruit basket in room was terrible / bad quality fruit. Coffee was not replenished daily.
