Location was right in the center and next to the River with amazing view. Breakfast had a good spread. Staff was very warm and friendly. Concierge was super fast in organizing. Rooms were spacious, clean and met our expectation.
Housekeeping needs to be improvised as there was no consistency in the chores being done and the staff was not coordinated tho they were hardworking.

Good Location and excellent service as one would expect from The Four Seasons group.
The common spaces such as lounge, spa and dining area are too small to accomodate the amount of guests. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table at breakfast as the dining hall was full to capacity. The men's sauna can only accomodate 5 people (at most) and there is only one shower in the mens changerooom. The indoor pool had no available loungers and was full of kids (never seen kids in a spa before) The reception area is also extremely small for the size of the hotel.

The lobby smells wonderful when you enter the hotel. The flower arrangement is beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's location is very close to everything. It was a delight to watch the Charles Bridge from the hotel in the evening. Thank you for everything. I will come back.
