The location of this Four Seasons is great.
Compared to other Four Seasons i found this one a real let down. Really out of date and not in great condition.

I'm sad I did not wake up in our beautiful grand suite at the four seasons. I don't think I can rate this place enough! from the moment the car door opened, it was just heaven! the staff is so knowledgable they assisted me with every reservation, information regarding sight seeing and places to go. To the DELICIOUS! amazing breakfast with the most kind staff, Our suite was on the top floor with lots of windows and large living area, dining, and our. master bedroom with spacious walk in closet and ensuite was just perfection!! if I could give 1000 stars I would!!! BEST PLACE TO STAY IN PRAGUE! and a short walk to the luxury shops was the icing on the cake!

Our room was in the original part of the building and quite spacious, with high ceilings and casement windows that actually opened - always a bonus in modern hotels! Staff were helpful and attentive - even the doorman always ready with an umbrella or directions if needed! Hotel location was in our opinion the best in Prague - next to Charles Bridge and all major attractions - why would you stay anywhere else!
A minor point, but perhaps a few more casual bistros or cafes on the premises.

Everything was great.
The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly.
I was also satisfied with the room service and breakfast.
I stayed in a city-view room, but I think the river view would have been nicer.
I stayed here for my birthday, and I really appreciated the cake and some sweets for my kid.
I had a very happy birthday.

What to say about I think BEST hotel chain in the world. All amazing. Best location to visit Prague and four seasons stuff make them even better. Special thanks to Daniel in concierge services and his recommendations. Special thanks to Patric and the Greek gentleman (sorry forgot your name). Four Seasons Hotel Prague, is in a great location and if you get the rooms with the river view is amazing. The rooms need to be updated as it is a 25 years old so it can be better for the value. Staff was great.
The hotel needs a renovation in the rooms as it is a bit old for the value and comparing to other four seasons hotel. The Brunch is very bad, it is a rip off. We tried it and we had to speak to the manager about it and they were very professional and agreed with us and did not charge us and there was no quality or options for food.

The lobby smells wonderful when you enter the hotel. The flower arrangement is beautiful. The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel's location is very close to everything. It was a delight to watch the Charles Bridge from the hotel in the evening. Thank you for everything. I will come back.
