The place is very nice with an excelent coffee shop right at the entrance. Warm and cosy. Perfect place to camp and rest during the night so you can visit Prague during the day.
The apartment we stayed in has a functioning kitchen fully accesorized for a family of four. Hot (boiling) water come fast in the shower so no cold heart attacks ?.
We were two adults and two small children. Pleeenty of room to run arround.
Also, Kim, the host a very pleasent and warm welcoming man. Allways helpfull with tips and tricks. He saved us arround 70€ just by recommanding public transportation from and to the airport. And a few bucks more for filling our water bottles with pure filtered water.
No smoking allowed on the premises. Not on the balcony, not in the garden, not on the terrace. But this is, i think, a common thing in Prague. Smoking only allowed on the sidewalk.

Amazing place to stay. It has a beautiful patio and garden area, a coffee shop and very nice rooms. For the price we paid we were over the moon about everything. Thank you!

It was such a beautiful place, very well located, everything was perfect, from the room that were clean and comfortable to the staff that was truly so kind. We only stayed for two nights but I really would’ve liked to stay more time. I recommend it 100%

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful through out the stay. He gave us good tips where to go, what ATM (https://maps.app.goo.gl/e4RPzrj95Stu68YB6) to use to avoid ATM fees and poor exchange rates. Plenty of towels, full kitchen with utensils, dining area, fridge. Car parking was on the other side of the street for €10 per day (paid directly to hotel) and free on Sunday.

Location is good, 1 tram to get to city centre. Staff is amazing, so friendly and helpful, the little terrace is gorgeous
The only thing that was missing in the room was maybe a fan/AC and softer bed/pillow, other than that, everything was perfect

Quiet, comfy place with its own exeptional place to rest in the inner yard. Right next to a tram stop and two stops away from metro station.
It may be a little uncomfortable to have windows directly into a yard or flat in the house next to it.

I was kindly given a larger room than booked and it was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable with a wonderful little kitchenette and full size fridge. It was such a nice place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Transport link into central Prague was very quick and easy with tram 22 stopping right outside. Staff were very hospitable and incredibly helpful...sent instructions for a nice self-guided walking tour of Prague and made themselves available for any questions/concerns. Will definitely book again if I return to Prague.
Cannot think of anything that was amiss with the accommodation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lorenz Family and Caffee house. From the moment I arrived, the Owner( Kimus) was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
The room was really nice with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep. The view from the room was stunning, adding to the overall experience. Also The tram station is really close to the, almost at the door, which is really comfortable for people who would want to travel around the Prague. Kimus made and shared an incredible tour for bunch of nice places. Which I really appreciated!
I really liked the little coffee shop that is in the lobby, coffee is really nice and I like conversations you can have with the owner!
The hotel’s location is another major plus – close to key attractions, yet quiet enough to relax. The house is located in a really calm area, really quite and the Owner cares about it. There is also a small terrace outside, probably will be really nice in the summer!
Overall, “Lorenz family and coffee house” s a fantastic place to stay, whether for business or leisure. The attention to detail, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a top choice. I highly recommend it and will definitely return!
