We left bag for few days, left the hotel and got the bag back when we came back. Open it back home and found some things missing.

Great location - great room and gym!
They wanted to change the charge for the dog to € 39,- / night even though on their website it says € 25/night. It was also agreed in writing before that it would be 25 when I booked it. Claiming they just changed the prices in June - and if you charge € 39,- … there were no bowls for food and water in the room.

It’s exactly like the photos. The property is a few steps away from the main station. The hotel offers an excellent selection of food for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!
Just one particular person was very rude. A hotel like that doesn’t need to have a rude person on the front desk.

We booked deluxe room , it was very big and comfortable room , the location of the hotel is good 7-10 minutes walk from the old city. Breakfast was very good and the staff is very helpful.
Unfortunately we paid top many for the room and we got room on the first floor. It was noisy, there is no sound proff windows .

The hotel's modern design is beautiful and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with gluten-free bread and plant-based milk alternatives available. The restaurant and bar team were outstanding throughout my stay: friendly, professional, accommodating regarding dietary restrictions, and serving excellent food and creative, beautifully presented drinks. They were undoubtedly the highlight of the hotel.
The reception experience was disappointing for a 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, I asked whether someone could assist me with my luggage and was told that I could surely manage it myself because only one receptionist was on duty. Of course, I am perfectly capable of carrying my own luggage, but after a long journey and with several pieces of baggage, I found the response surprising. The issue was not the luggage itself, but the lack of hospitality and willingness to help that one would normally expect from a hotel in this category. Throughout my stay, the reception team appeared rather uninterested and little information was provided about the hotel's facilities or services.
There were also several housekeeping and maintenance issues, including dead insects on the curtains, visible stains, a damaged bathroom sink. In the wellness area, basic items such as clean tea cups had run out and had to be requested.
At check-out, numerous guests' bags were left openly in the reception area waiting to be moved later, which did not inspire confidence regarding luggage handling. Having stayed in hotels of various categories, including several 5-star properties, I found the overall level of hospitality and attention to detail disappointing.
