Disappointing
Location is good if you’re not site seeing and you need to be at the train early or you arrive from the station at night and have a plane the next day. In the city, there can be some traffic
No common sense. Facilities could be nice if they were able to be used
I only picked this place bc andaz was fully booked and this place had a gym and sauna. They wouldn’t let me check out at 12:15 when check out is 12 and the pristine and empty gym was closed for cleaning 10-12 does this actually make sense for the people who paid to stay at their place? Why does it take two hours to clean a gym with like 6 equipments? Why can’t they just wipe around me like every other gym in the world ?
It’s like/ you have to wake up early and choose whether or not you want to eat their 35 euro chia seeds and yogurt or if you want to use their facilities.
The sauna was not even on at 11:45 when it’s supposed to be on by 10 am . No one was in sight here to help, I was in only a towel and had to walk around looking for anyone- no one except some random maintenance guy. So I called and then I messaged multiple times. I had to dress and go tell the front to turn it on & they weren’t even doing anything so idk why they couldn’t answer the phone?I’m typing literally inside the sauna bc it’s literally not warm at all. The only warmth is from the light bulb I’m just so disappointed . It’s 12 now. Sauna is cold. What a waste, it’s all I wanted before a 19 hour flight day

Great breakfast, both buffet and a la carte. Very nice staf. The service and cleaning were very good. Also enjoyed the sauna a lot. I very much recommend this hotel!

This hotel is simply wonderful! The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had – fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. The spa is beautiful and among the best we’ve experienced. It’s our second time staying here, and we’re sure we’ll be back again. Highly recommended!

An excellent boutique hotel — modern and elegant.
Great location: less than a 3-minute walk from Václavské náměstí and about 10 minutes from the rest of the city center.
The room felt spacious and was very comfortable.
The breakfast is also excellent and of a very high standard.
The hotel has a bar called Monkey Bar, which serves world-themed drinks and dishes — very nice.
There’s also a spa; not the largest, but it feels upscale.
The bathroom is relatively small and lacks a towel warmer rack.
Service at the bar at night could benefit from better staff training.
Honestly, everything else was perfect.

Very well furnished and friendly staff. Even down to the smell of the candles in reception was amazing. Well decorated bedroom and bathroom.
The only thing that could have been better was better selection of tv channels as the only British ones were the news channel. Access to Netflix would have been good. As a coeliac they really catered for gluten free diners too which was great. I didn’t know there was a gym which I saw was really well equipped so think could have been better indicated on the website along with pictures as I would have used this if I’d known.
