The Gym is the highlight of my stay, beautiful space and very well equipped.
I had to request for many adjustments throughout my stay due to lack of attention to details.
I tried the food at the Monkey restaurant and it was very disappointing, also the stuff wasn't prepared in regard to the drinks offer.

It’s a short walk from the main train station. Our room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of quality food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was conveniently located very near a metro station and the main train station so it was easy to get to the Congress center for me. It was also in a very safe Neighbourhood and it was safe for my 18-year-old to wander around the city center. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bar attached to the hotel was also great for a nice drink after a day at the conference and had some interesting varieties. The breakfast looked delicious. Unfortunately I had no time to try it out.
The property was fantastic. Most aspects breakfast was a little pricey. The AC could not cope with the summer heat however, the staff were very good at fixing it quickly.

Disappointing
Just an OK hotel
- Good location, not too central (to the hordes of tourists) but within walking distance
- Good sound isolation
- Front desk staff were lovely
Room-keeping dropped the ball.
Forgotten hand towels, unchanged bedsheets (there was a stain on the bedsheets when we first arrived that remained there for the following 6 nights), trash that wasn't emptied, vanity kits that weren't replaced (but instead they'd give us two shower caps or something).
The air conditioning controls were just for show I presume. Even though we'd set it to 20 degrees during the hottest days in Prague, it never went below 23 degrees nor did the rooms feel cool.
The shower temperature control was broken, it took some time to get to your desired temperature and at best you could get a slightly warm shower.
We had two rooms - one of the rooms had a funky smell the first day (and presumably room-keeping opened the windows to air out the room the following day) but then the window couldn't be closed without assistance (or at least we couldn't figure it out).
Having this hotel under booking.com's 5 star hotel filter is definitely misleading.

The decor was beautiful and very stylish. The room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great and the bar had a lovely atmosphere. The location was really good for sightseeing and we were less than 10 mins to Wenceslas Square. It is also directly opposite the main train station. Handy for travel.
