We had really speciall stay at the Falkensteiner hotel Prague. The staff was very kind fullfilled our every request. The location was great, and the breakfast was wonderful. I would love to return one day. Thank you so much for making our stay extra special

The hotel is perfectly located for those arriving by train – it's right across from the main railway station.
The whole place is beautifully designed – compliments to the interior designer! The rooms are spacious and very well equipped.
Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. There was an interesting à la carte menu plus a buffet. And the perfectly brewed coffee made our mornings extra special.

Disappointing
Staff was extremely polite, cleaning lady tried to be as quite as possible. Room was big and clean.
The hotel does not have its own parking, even though they advertise that they do. The options are either a private garage 200 meters away, where you have to park the car yourself, or another one about a 15-minute walk away. Basically, the hotel will not assist with this, so you’ll have to drag your luggage through the rain on your own. The hotel doesn’t even have a designated spot to unload your bags from the car.
One evening, we had no hot water and received two different explanations: first that the system was down, and second that a gas pipe had burst in the street. Obviously, this was a lie. The water in the bathtub clearly hadn’t been run for months, so you’ll have to accept that you’ll be enjoying a bath in yellow water.
