Wonderful
I was surprised that a hotel so close to the train station was so nice. The room was very comfortable, and the bar downstairs was lively and fun.
I think "spa" is an overstatement for the facilities offered. They were very nice, but there is only a steam room and a sauna.

Right next to main train station. Comfortable and beautiful design. Spa is a plus. Nice sauna and gym. Breakfast and food at the Monkey bar is delicious. Staff is very kind.

The breakfast was outrageously great. They had double-wall glasses for coffee! The staff at the breakfast were attentive beyond expectations. Reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. Shower was good. There was enough space to open both our luggage easily.. Location was convenient to train station and touristy areas. The facial tissue "hidden" in the drawer under the sink was cute.
Only the lack of "Americano" coffee. Everything else was great.

Lovely well designed room, nice staff.
Immediate surrounding area was not very commercial so had to walk to get to get to shops and busy areas.

The front desk staff were not very welcoming or friendly.
The hotel seemed understaffed, and the front desk staff were not very welcoming. I was also disappointed to find that room service was not complimentary and came with an additional charge of 500 CZK.

It’s location
I paid about 200 euros for a twin bed room and found out that they gave me a room in the highest floor which has close roof and windows which is in the roof above my head
So rains and wind would disturb your sleep like mine

The hotel really is beautiful. My room was great. Comfortable bed. One of the best if not THE best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It has everything.
The staff isn’t the greatest and communication is non existent. I was supposed to have breakfast included, and there was a miscommunication that happened on booking.com. A man named Jan offered to give me breakfast at 20€ instead of 28€. When I never heard from him, a man named Robert said he had go check with Jan to make sure I wasn’t “lying”. I couldn’t believe it. Jan never communicated with me after that. Never tried the breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station. The interior decoration is very nice. There are plenty of nice eateries near by, and the city center is a convenient walking distance.
The staff was less-than-welcoming, which was disappointing. As a small example - they declined to provide two key-cards for the room. The hotel entry is not accessible, which is inconvenient if you arrive with heavy luggage.

The breakfast was amazing - this was the best one I've ever experienced! The rich variety of cheese and ham, addtitional menu with eggs cooked, fresh juice bar and even unlimited prosecco! We've spent almost a week in the hotel in total (we did a few more bookings in addition to extend our stay) and never got bored with the brekfast menu.

Very clean room and hotel in general, thoughtfully decorated, everything worked flawlessly, the whole hotel was peaceful and silent, great breakfast choices, i.e. not just omelette, but egg benedict every morning if you choose so.
Very very attentive and kind staff, noone looked miserable or sick of being there. Great place.
I recommend it.
