The building was stunning and the room was so lovely to stay in.
The temp control in the room isnt the best. I like to sleep with air con which they didnt really have.

On the plus side, some of the stuff was very helpful, like the person on the check in who promptly changed my room when I had some cleaning issues with the first one. Or the lady who helped me with some other issues in the room with the window shades. However on the bar and breakfast I found staff slow to serve and to be honest indifferent too. I was a bit disappointed with that. The location was good, the beds comfortable and the amenities ok. The bar was a nice area and it provided with a nice space to enjoy a glass of wine. So was breakfast.
I had some issues with cleanliness. They changed my room immediately upon mentioning it. The second room I went to was a loft and the windows were high up. After 4 days, I missed having proper windows. Overall, the stay was good but I am not sure I would go again mainly because Prague has so many accommodations to offer that I also want to try. I think that for their price (despite having a good offer from booking), they should try to up their game a notch. They have good things going for them but also need improvements in others. Again some of the staff was very helpful and others were indifferent. At one point, I asked a lady if I could take my cappuccino in my room because I had a business call and she said it was against the rules. That seemed a bit, so i asked another lady who told me of course I could take it upstairs. So, there is a bit of misunderstanding there.

First class accomodation; clean, roomy and nicely located, with an excellent restaurant and a very good gym and sauna.
Strange arrangements in the wellness section. There is no change room, leaving one to change in the toilets. The spa is actually a shower. And there is only room temperature water available; nothing chilled in the sauna section (lest one trips to the gym). What is there is well appointed, just strange in the manner described.
