Everything, hotel amazing, staff so friendly and welcoming , location perfect and the monkey bar was was an added bonus as it was a restaurant on my list to visit and I was delighted when I realised it was part of the hotel

First and foremost, the staff, super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
Big room, very clean, great breakfast with everything you need.
Very good location if you don't mind a 10-15 minute walk to the center of the old city; I see it as an advantage, as it is quieter.
Honestly, we liked everything. The only thing that could be upgraded is the TV to offer more international entertainment.
It is more of an upgrade suggestion than something we didn't like.

the location was perfect; everywhere was within walking distance. we especially loved the bar, it left us with unforgettable memories. the staff were also really helpful and welcoming. overall, i would recommend it to others.
the room was extremely small. there was a little space to move.

Great location, amazing facilities, spacious room and a comfy bed. Breakfast was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Room was big, breakfast was really nice options, restaurant and bar was also great.
Our bathroom had a little smell, not sure if it was due to mold or not. There was also not good ventilation in the room, so it was very hot.

The breakfast was amazing served but wonderful and friendly staffs. Cozy stay and with good location out from the city noise. Just 10-15mins walk from the "Old Town" and city night life. Oh ya one more thing, they have this Monkey Bar where they do serve good food as well.
