The property is located in a great area. Only a 10 minute walk to the city center and a 5 minute walk to the main bus station
The A/C wasn’t the best (unless we couldn’t figure it out). But we just opened the windows and it was cool enough

Everything was pretty good, overall great value for money. Location is perfect for arriving by train, or by car (my friend pre-arranged parking around the corner). Breakfast was a good range and easy to fill up. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The room was big with lots of space for bags. Staff were all very nice and helpful.
Not really dislikes (I would stay here again without doubt), but just some things that might be relevant to others:
- we stayed on a weekend and the noise from the bar downstairs can be a bit loud (our window faced the inner courtyard), but it doesn't go late.
- the sauna is limited hours, so we didn't get to use it as planned
- there is a lot of housekeeping trolleys that seem permanently left in hallways, making the walk to the room not the best
- for some unknown reason, there were pendant lights hanging from the ceiling right beside the bed, which I hit my head on about 10 times (I am not tall!).

Train/underground next door. Spa facilities. Location very good. High ceiling in room give better feel for the standard size.
No grab bars in tub and to narrow. Stop with the half glass shower. Rather have full curtain..

I loved it
The staff do not help with luggage and clearly get angry with doing it. They get so angry and rude to the point that they start making noises, I think the dont understand that not everyone is on vacation and some people have actual long work trips and need to take their luggage.
