The location was excellent with a short walk to the Brandenburg gate and all of the museums are nearby also. The reception staff were all friendly and very helpful. When I asked about a pharmacy nearby to buy sunscreen, the gentleman gave me a small tube from behind the counter to keep. This was much appreciated.
Our air-conditioning didnt work and it was very hot when we were there. We were given a floor standing fan and told that a technician would look at air con the following day. This did not happen

Tragically, the biggest mistake in my life, please don’t book this hotel shouldn’t be five stars, maybe two.., it’s not a joke, it’s reality.., unfortunately

Location to the train station, was able to walk to most tourist attractions
No kettle to make a cup of tea, it’s not the same making a cuppa using a coffee machine as the water isn’t boiling

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good.
Room quality was just average for a 5 star hotel. The hotel did not have a 5-star hotel ambiance. Location was on the edge of the main areas compared to other 5-star hotels in the city.
