The Receptionist was very friendly and professional with exeptional knowledge of the hotel and City's attractions. I loved the room!
Please train your bar staff to get better understanding of the cocktail.mixology, as they didn't know how to make an espresso martini and tasted horrible. Sorry guy but that's the truth.

The room and spa facilities were excellent, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location was lovely - a slightly quieter/less touristy part of the city but with lots of interesting things to do nearby.
The bar was not open at the hours advertised.
