The staff was amazing, very helpful. I had an issue with parking after my check-out and they helped me with alternative parking for free for couple of hours until my situation sorted out. Everything else was great, too. No complaints whatsoever.

A clean well-maintained modern facility. Professionally run hotel with spacious, functional rooms and a well-managed team keeping it all shiny. Great breakfast buffet! Super staff!
Jacuzzi was unacceptably cool when I was there. Impossible to enjoy at 25 degrees Celsius for me.

Cleanleness and comfort were excellent.
The uniqe point we didn't enjoy is that although we , 3 adults, were staying in the room and asking for the forgotten third chair, unfortunately the stuff couldn't think to bring the missing third cup. There were 3 chairs for 3 adults, but only two cups on the table and 2 glasses in front of the mirror in the bath.

Great location. I went to Prague for the superhalfs marathon, and the hotel was walking distance from the start/end of the race. Good breakfast and near to the public transport.

I liked my stay here very much. Hotel is located in the heart of Prague 7, but they still have enough parking slots included in room's price (rare thing, from my experience). Very helpful staff, speaking very good English (also - not always in Czech Rep.). Unfortunately couldn't visit a spa (I had a twisted ankle from snowboard) but this hotel seems to be very well managed and maintained. Its also a quiet street, so nothing wakes you in the morning before the time.
If I'll have to stay around in the future - will definitely consider.

Very nice staff who are always available and ready to help. The place is dog-friendly and offers a good, tasty breakfast. The location is quite good, in a quiet area. There is private parking available, about a 7-minute walk away.
