The staff were fab and all the additional touches, complimentary welcome prosecco at the hotel and at their sister hotel in Prague centre, complimentary bottle of wine, spa access right down to the water and tissues for your return trip and a prague magnet momento. The mini fridge is actually really cold which is rare and the breakfast was good.
The hotel was fab and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
There is some room for improvement, on day 2 the hot tub was freezing cold, the loungers in the spa have no cushions. The mattress on the bed was very hard and the toilet seats are extremely flimsy. A few improvements and the place would be exceptional.

Beds were very comfy. Fresh towels every day. Voucher for a free drink. Restaurant prices were good. Good transport links and good restaurants nearby.
It was too busy for me to feel relaxed. I could not book the spa for when I wanted to go and when I did get a 60 minute slot, I had to share the jacuzzi with a couple and their three loud toddlers.
Breakfast time was also super busy and not relaxing.
Another big problem for me was the bright blue wifi light on the bedroom ceiling which I didn't notice until i switched off the lights. I'm so glad I brought a sleeping mask!

Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Free drink in the bar, bottle of processco and walked to the room. Accomodated a late checkout and access to the spa (although small, perfect for an hour). Happy to look after our luggage on the day we checked out. Although not really walking distance to the city centre, accessibe by tram in 20mins. Staff happy to help and suggest places to visit. Prague pass give to us on arrival as well.

The hotel itself is well decorated, modern, in good repair. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable with a powerful en-suite shower. We used the wellness area, which you book for 1 hour, it was good, both the jacuzzi and sauna were cooler than many that we have used in the past. This was actually really nice. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied and tasty.

Everything went perfectly. The staff were very polite, the cleanliness was impeccable, and there was a wide variety of breakfast options (buffet). Everything was very fresh and delicious.

Super clean and comfortable. There was a parrot in reception which was fun (If you’re Irish we there for the game so it was extra funny). We got a great deal but didn’t get to make use out of all the facilities which looked great. Staff super helpful
Maybe not the perfect location was about a 10 minute drive to Prague old town but an uber was less than 10 euro. Don’t ask the info guys outside Prague airport for a taxi by the way we got scammed and this accomodation offers transfers for much cheaper!
