We had a lovely time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are charmingly decorated. There was a huge breakfast buffet, and it was delicious.

The bed was confortable.
The kettle to get a warm drink after a day walking outside.
Well connected by public transport to the center.
Being able to relax at the spa.

Firstly I like fresh white beddings and towels. Fridge with drinks. And wine as complimentary.
Also friendly staff( most of them are ukrainian girls and boys) happy to help with everything.
To improve your rate I will advice to change all chipped plates during breakfast. Also put slippers in the rooms.

Very clean, reasonably located just a short trip on the tram which is easy to use. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and spacing rooms that were warm during the winter

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful. Although not in the centre of the main tourist areas I’d town, it was very easy to get around by tram (and we even walked home from the old Town once too). We chose the location because we had a car and parking was very easy at the hotel. Some great places to eat close by as well.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They gave us lots of extras like 2 welcome drinks, a free bottle of wine in the room, a free Prague pass, free mulled wine downstairs and a gift on checkout. The breakfast was excellent and so was the location. There is a tram and bus stop on the main road a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are also many lovely restaurants in walking distance
The whirlpool was a little cool and the beds were a bit hard.

From the moment of checking in to checking out, everything was perfect. The staff, especially Bohdana, in reception, were very helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious
While the location is a little out of the city, it's not an issue as there's a tram stop just around the corner from the hotel and getting an Uber or Bolt was no problem

The location is perfect,
Just 3 mins away from tram station and takes about 15 mins to reach all the touristy area. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and so were the staff at the hotel.
The only complain I have is regarding the crib. They didnt have a proper mattress for the crib and the crin had massive holes.
Please update the cribs and everything would be 10/10

The hotel was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious. The personnel was very kind and helpful. There was also free parking space. And just 5 min from the hotel there was tram, which took you the centre and old town of Prague.

It was an excellent stay. The staff was really proffesional, friendly and ready to help us in any case. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast was ideal for begining your day with many choices condinental but local too. The connection with the city centre by tram was easy and very often. The total experience was nice and it is a hotel to choose again in our next trip.
