The room was fine—your typical classic hotel setup. I expected it to be a bit more spacious, but I can’t really complain. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff: incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely amazing. Some of the best service I’ve experienced in a long time!
Breakfast, sorry, going to be honest, it wasnt the best as in other hotels, food variety was quite small, and the people (other guests) there were constantly bumping to other guest.

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The staff were exceptionally courteous and professional — I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service at the reception.
Everything about my stay was smooth and pleasant, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and friendliness of the team. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

A lot of extras: wine, free drink in a bar, water, fridge magnet, discount for next stay
Very nice staff.
A toilet and other places in a upgraded room smelled so bad, because of A/C directly from kitchen. Another room was offered, but I refused, since we already unpacked everything. Do not book room 517!
People do not know how to behave in sauna, but it is not hotel fault.
Due to overcrowded parking we had to park 5 minutes away, but for free.
It could be overall a little more clean.

Great location close to the public transport connecting to the city center. We liked the spa and the breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed
The breakfast was pretty packed at some point and staff didn’t manage to clean up and refill missing items fast enough.

Chose Colorfactory because of wellness area. Didn't disappoint. 1hr daily with jacuzzi and sauna included in booking, well organized with time slot you could reserve beforehand. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Safe gated parking area for car. Breakfast buffet plentiful and fresh, refilled continuously, with lots of options. Breakfast room / café area really comfortable, pleasant atmosphere and inviting. Room clean, spacious, including a kitchenette with kettle and fridge, as well as cupboards for items you might have brought with you. Coffee / tea available for free as well as snacks and drinks to purchase stored in fridge. Bathroom spacious, everything works well and solid. Hair drier, toiletries, soap at sink and in shower provided. Furnishings / build quality looks relatively new and solid. Staff always available when you need them. Received different welcome gifts, including a bottle of wine, glasses provided in room, as well as bottles of water when we left. Prague city card included, which gives you discounts for lots of attractions in Prague, for example the Natonal Museum or the TV tower. Highly recommend this hotel.
Could have used some hooks or furniture in room to put clothing, jackets or travel items on, was a bit limited, but maybe also for safety reasons?

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff also super friendly and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was amazing with many options.
The room was also very spacious and beds super comfy.
The location is also great, 2min from the nearest tram spot and also close enough to the center if you want to take a walk (which we did couple of times).
The gym is better equipped than some gyms I’ve seen in the hotels so far.
Maybe the bathroom could benefit from some upgrades but that was minor.

☺️ At first, we got a very good impression of the hotel. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, and even spoke Ukrainian. They showed us to our room and gave us a discount card. Among the positives are also the daily bed-making, cleaning, replenishment of water, etc. Breakfast offers quite a large variety of food. There is also free parking inside the courtyard.
