☺️ At first, we got a very good impression of the hotel. The staff at the reception were very nice and friendly, and even spoke Ukrainian. They showed us to our room and gave us a discount card. Among the positives are also the daily bed-making, cleaning, replenishment of water, etc. Breakfast offers quite a large variety of food. There is also free parking inside the courtyard.

The Spa was a nice setting, the only thing I wish for is the Hot tub to be hotter! Everything else was nice

Hotel color factory is a gem. Not only are the rooms good, the staff helpful, the breakfast fantastic, every time we stayed there we received small gifts like a drink, access to an incredible cafe downtown, etc. Access to the spa also adds value to a stay at the hotel. I don't know when I'll come back to Prague, but I'll make sure to stay there again.
The immediate neighbourhood is fine. It many cities it would be considered good. The real Prague magic is about 3km away. An easy walk, or the tram system makes it really easy to access too.
Everything met my expectations or surpassed them.
The only thing I can think of happened while at the small hotel spa. One day, we had Germans who went to the spa dressed like how they are used to in Germany. I guess they didn't get the memo that outside of Germany and Austria bathing suits are mandatory.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Delicious breakfast, wonderful spa, and outstanding service. I’d like to give special thanks to the reception staff for their help with everything. If we come back to Prague, we’ll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast is amazing and it comes with different drink. The food tastes good. The staff is very helpful. They help me with reheating my food in the afternoon. Moreover, they come with a lot of complimentary gift, such as Prague pass, wine, champagne, free drink. Love those gifts.
However, the choices of food can be a little bit more as it was be too plain for me to eat same food for 3 days. And the duvet can be one big one instead of two in the double room.
