Exceptional
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide selection of food and drinks; I especially appreciated the variety of desserts. The room was spacious and had a minibar, which can be convenient. The minibar is essentially a small fridge, and we used it to store groceries from the supermarket (cheese and cold cuts). It would be great to have a small empty fridge in addition to the minibar. The bed was very large and comfortable, but the pillows were not to my liking.
The reception staff were polite and spoke Russian, Czech, and English. There is a private parking area right next to the hotel, but it was overcrowded, so we had to use another parking lot about five minutes’ drive away. It is free of charge, and the hotel provides a card for access. We had no problem stopping temporarily in front of the hotel to unload our luggage before moving the car to the parking lot, which is open-air but has a barrier at the entrance.
The door signs were convenient, allowing us to let the staff know whether or not the room needed cleaning.

When we checked in, it seemed that someone had used the bathroom and not cleaned up properly, and the staff had missed it, which was immediately noticeable.
We did not like the pillows! The large pillows were very uncomfortable, and our heads and necks were too high.
Upon check-in, we found out that we still had to pay the tourist tax, which was around €30. These were unpleasant unexpected expenses, as I had assumed they were already included in the price.

Amazing hotel for that price! Everything was fine, clean rooms, good breakfast, great location and very close to the tram. Parking is also very good, secure.
We liked everything. We were just a bit confused in the moment about organisation(one day the room was being cleaned after the breakfast and the other day late in the afternoon, all of the days we chose our own table at the breakfast and the last day we were all seated and couldn’t. But everything else was amazing.

Very Good
I was a returning customer for the spa and very good value rate. Rooms are basic but do their job as intended. What else? It's a basic hotel with nothing special. Breakfast is okay too.
The location is not ideal for me and the staff doesn't smile, they're not rude though. Only the checkout person that asks you for a review is very bubbly.

We appreciated the free parking, although when we arrived there were no parking spots left at the hotel parking lot so the staff directed us towards the other one a 10-minute walk away. However the next day we moved our car back to the one next to the hotel.
The staff was helpful and provided a map and basic information about public transport. There was a tram stop 2 minutes away so although we were far from the Old Town etc we could get there quickly anytime we liked. The towels and linens were changed daily and there was a lot of space in the room. We did not use the hotel café but we did get a voucher for a free drink and a Prague Pass card with various discounts.
The pillows were uncomfortable and the rooms were not the cleanest but far from filthy. Lots of outside noise in the mornings from the staff throwing out garbage but it mostly went away when windows were shut. The location looked sketchy - although it might BE safe it didn't seem like it in the evenings.
