staff was friendly and helpful. room was an exceptional size. breakfast was ok. room waa clean when we arrived. connection to the oldtown is quite good.
we stayed for three days and they didn't clean the room once. they made the beds but didn't vacuum the floor. it's a spa hotel, yet the spa area is very small (1 hot tub, 1 1-person sauna, some wooden chairs to lay down, some open showers). unless you pay extra for a massage. so you pay more with the idea it's a spa hotel, but it's just enough spas to have the name. therfore overpriced.

The staff were exceptionally helpful pleasant and patient. Great advice given. Parking was easy and breakfast was superb in terms of choice.

Clean rooms, breakfast is great with a wide selection. But the best is probably the staff who are really lovely and helpful!
Unfortunately no aircon, which apparently they are not allowed to install by council. But there was a big fan available in the room which cooled us down a lot. We slept good!

I loved everything. The staff are exceptional and helpful. I had questions about transport and the castle, and the staff were very thorough and made it very clear how to achieve my goals.
The room and spa facilities were excellent and clean.
The breakfast and dinner were superb.
It was so quiet at night that I slept well and was surprised to see so many guests at Breakfast as the hotel was so peaceful at night.
The variety of breakfast was amazing.
I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for your exceptional hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered free gifts to the guest including wine and water and discount city card. The spa was also very comfortable and very clean and relaxing.

Lovely staff, very accommodating. Very clean rooms and restaurant is lovely too. Great cocktails. Tram stop is very convenient for getting to the main town
Only complaint is rooms were roasting - no air conditioning and the room didn’t cool down at night as temperatures were so hot.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were a good size
The TV in the room didn't work which was a bit annoying when you wanted to watch something at night or in the morning.
The kettle/coffee/ tea station didn't have milk and only had x1 tea bag :/ bit disappointing in the morning
