The staff in this place are some of the most friendliest and accommodating staff you'll ever meet.
I was treated so well here by the staff and were so accommodating to my requests. They upgraded my room (when I didn't even ask for an upgrade), and allowed me a ridiculously late check out time free of charge.
The spa and facilities (whilst a bit small) are kept very clean and has everything you need should you need to visit.
Breakfast had a wide variety of good options.
The rooms (whilst slightly dated) were clean and comfortable.
The value for money at this hotel is absolutely incredible.
If the rooms had AC in the rooms, it would be the perfect hotel. Fans are provided in the rooms though.
Once again I cannot reiterate how friendly and amazing the staff were here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and book this hotel again if I'm back in Prague.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived well before check-in time, but they were kind and responded to our request to park the car in their secure parking lot. We wanted to leave our car and luggage in a safe place to enjoy the whole day of walking around Prague.

The property is very clean, quiet and practical location, it has a restaurant, bar and a spa. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There is a free parking lot a little walk away from the hotel. There is also visitor parking down the street that can be paid through an app. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Giving us a card for some city discounts, directions to the parking lot and on the check out,we received a water bottle and a discount voucher for the next stay. The breakfast was wonderful, good food, good coffee, yummy sweet cakes and pastries. They also had vegan milk for coffee which o appreciated. Overall, it was a great place and we will return again.

Great breakfast, full of different options.
The availability and kindness of the staff.
Complimentary wine found in the room and possibility to use sauna and gym.
Coffee at breakfast to be improved.
No cookwares in the room even if there was a small kitchenette. And I didn’t see air conditioning in the room.

Even though we did not use the wellness options, price is was still fair compared to other options, the breakfast and the room was fine, and the crew was kind to us
Room could have been a tiny little bit cleaner, and to be fair, there is no A/C, but a very powerful fan instead which was more than enough for us (22-25 degrees Celsius), but it might lack in hotter days.

The Prague discount pass, free welcome drink in other hotel and this hotel.
Breakfast - As travelling alone nobody is at the table when picking a drink or some food. This caused the staff to remove food and coffee a few times when I was still having breakfast. I have discussed this with the staff on location when it happened 2 times and then it didn't happend anymore. ( 5 day breakfast)
Breakfast - Taking late breakfast, an employee comes to you notifying they close in a few. This is good, and information about times was perfect. But sometimes the communication (English) was difficult, or a culture difference. This sometimes gave me the feeling not being welcome as the message came over harsh. - Depends on tone and language from the employee.

Hotel is located on the rather quiet street and close to the tram station (3-4 mins walk), where from trams will take you to the very center of Prague within 15-20 mins. Rooms are clean, decently sized and equipped. There even was a welcome bottle of wine in the room on our arrival. Room was cleaned and water bottle was refreshed every day.
Breakfast was pretty good as well, with a decent selection options. My wife's only complaint was that there was no "caffe latte" option on the coffee machine :).
Last but not the least, hotel's staff was unfailingly polite and helpful in every way. Thank you all very much!
Well, we noticed the lack of A/C in our room. While that was not a problem for us, since the weather during our visit to Prague was quite breezy, but it might become problematic in the heat of the summer.
The SPA facilities in the basement of the hotel are pretty basic: one sauna (where customers sit totally naked :), one infra (?), and a large jacuzzy bath with water of the cooler temperature than expected. You have to book access to SPA in advance. Used it once during our stay and never looked back for repeat of the experience :)
